Fiba agent sees more overseas opportunities for Filipino players
Seems true, and Ravena is already a big example that a player with great potential can make better income when playing abroad. This isn't good for the PBA organization though but if they improve their salary structure, I guess great players would not leave the PBA. One example also is Ray Parks, he was vocal that he want a 1 million pesos per month salary, he would not say that if he is not getting offers to play overseas I believe. Soon we will see more players that are going to be in leagues overseas. Because the salary is higher and the opportunity are way better from what they're getting from the PBA. But the only con is you're out of the country although if it's for the passion and love for the game, they're both at win whether they're going to stay in PBA or abroad.

Napaka hassle at aksaya ng oras yung mga too good to be true na offer jan sa P2P.
Saktong presyo lang ng market hindi man kasing taas ng iba na too good to be true.

Is there anything that he can do with that team? Don't get me wrong but the management needs to work it out. Even how good the player/rookie to play with them if there's no support from the management bringing quality players to the franchise then there's nothing for them. It's a complete shuffle of players and coaches to make this team competitive. Giving Andre a benefits of the doubt, hope he give some spark for this squad. Blackwater are actually good, good for trading their best players, so I guess Paras will just need to work and play harder so he will get a chance to play with a bigger teams, he said he is committed with the team but the team might only give him a reward like trading him. Andre Paras is a decent player but not a superstar that some are expecting, his popularity is only brought by being an artist but not because of his skills in Basketball. And don't forget that he's a son of one of the PBA living legends, Benjie Paras. In his interview, while he's in showbiz if ever he gets into the draft and with any team, he's going to focus on playing basketball then. Good luck to him and what happened to his brother Kobe? I thought that he's also going with the draft, haven't seen any news about him.

I see my portfolio has lost around 5% over the past couple of hours. So I searched the internet expecting to find some kind of explanation to no avail. I figured another govt issued a negative statement regarding crypto or something. But that doesn't seem to be the case. If anything, the news stories about crypto seem to be positive today. So can anyone tell me what causes dips like this?
Also, at what point are you guys prepared to sell to protect against a crash? Do most of you have sell stop orders on the books to protect against a crash? Thanks in advance!
Think of it as a normal market that whenever it is up, going down a bit is unavoidable. That's the usual routine of the market and if you're looking for a reason for it. You should pay attention to the news websites like cointelegraph or coindesk. They're the first ones to publish news whenever a FUD has spread coming from a known personality.

Guys...do you think the Los Angeles Lakers are below strength without LeBron James and Anthony Davis injured, can make it to the playoffs without their star players? It is possible???
That's for sure that they're weaker without those two. I think it's tolerable if it's only AD that's gone but LBJs influence on the team is bigger than what we can imagine. It's hard to assume that they can make it to the playoffs without these two. Ouch, injury news are really something that I don't want to hear. I hope that he also recover fast.

Some people are too wary when the market dumps, probably they think negatively. But they never know that this is a big opportunity to buy more in anticipation of the incoming pumps.
Because what they only want to see is the pumping of price and there's no balance in the dumps. It's always frustrating to see that the market would move on its correction and we don't want that to happen if we're only wanting to check our portfolio's capacity and market value. But it is the reality that whenever a correction comes, it must be an opportunity that they should take and do buy as they wish on those times.

Maybe the highest can only be $0.1 but it won't go as high as $0.5 or $1. With a huge supply, that makes it hard to even reach those prices that I've mentioned. The price that we can see right now is $0.06 and likely that it will so happen to have a correction.

He really is pressured, poor guy, has a talent but I think it's his manager that did wrong decision for him after the G league and Gilas pull back. I'm confused with the news about him in Gilas again.
Pressured it is and who will not be pressured when you are being tagged as the nest Pau Gasol or Nicola Jokic. This kind of thing ^^ can be ironed out if you have a good representative to the media. A PR guy that will compare Kai Sotto to a less popular player as to ease the pressure on his shoulder. This kid is badly mismanaged, don't know the reason why his handlers are hastily moving him into the NBA without analyzing carefully what he lacks to bang bodies with the big boys in the NBA. I've not heard him being tagged with those known superstars. His handler should really be blamed for being mishandling him and taking wrong decisions that had affected his possible good run to NBA. But it's not too late, he can go to Euro League if ever they'll think of it or for sure they've thought of it already.

This my first time of hearing this and very informed about Muslim laws and have not seen any where were it States getting interest on investment is forbidden, if there is any where in the Muslim laws were this is stated please point out that portion for us.
It's his assumption that it's not for them. He has explained the reason why he thinks as it's not allowed for them. But his reasoning seems flawed. You can read that on his reply ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5324612.msg56593159#msg56593159).

I’d like to get some opinions on Altcoin investing strategy. Here’s where I’m upto.
1. Only invest 1% of portfolio 2. Take out initial stake after 3x gain 3. What about taking further profits, selling out completely? I’ve read that altcoins will lose 60-90% of their value when altcoin bubble bursts.
1. That's a good test if you want to put only 1% of altcoin in your portfolio and that would be 99% for bitcoin, right? 2. You can take it out whether 2x, 1.5x or any amount as long as you're in profit. 3. There's no way to determine when that "bubble" will burst. You need to think that the market is completely volatile and there's no season as it moves positive and negative from time to time.

I agree that newbie traders must learn from the mistakes of others, so as not to have to repeat the same mistakes. Sometimes many newbie traders who too follow their emotions when going to trade, newbie traders do not want to learn from the experiences of other traders. Therefore most newbie traders will fail when starting trading, although it is natural for newbies to experience failure when starting trading. But losses should be minimized by learning from the mistakes of others. Because in my opinion other people's experiences are the best teachers.
That's the start when they're too emotional with their trades. And to say that newbies should learn the experience and mistakes of others, not all of them will agree on that. Some of them just want to have their own experiment and learning on their own through the process. But I agree that if they learn to control their emotion, that will make their decisions wisely and also the experience of others if they will apply it with their trading style.

They've been anticipating that this Bullish season will continue to soar until 2022. Lets take advantage of the current event while it last. Though I really hope that the correction happens a lot sooner.
Prolly until the first month of 2022 and after that, there will be a big bearish move that will take the attention of everyone. I don't know why the prices of alts dumps a lot when the Bitcoin rises.
That varies, sometimes alts are also pumping when bitcoin does and vice versa.

It was great news and news that's full of hope but not anymore this time. And as for JC Intal's retirement, he's not that productive anymore but mad respect for the guy. He's been part of the league for a long time and probably there's a coaching staff offer to him. His slot open doors for another aspiring younger player.

What I believe Ethereum deserves 100k USD but every time Ethereum transaction problem we face before bullrun market. As we can see, Bitcoin deserves more price than now.
Yeah, right. I forgot about that because before with cryptokitties, the network was congested and fees were high. This time, there's not that much congestion yet the fees are high. As op's prediction, Ethereum won't touch 100k in 2030, but in 2029 there has a high chance to reach 100k USD.
1 year of difference? that's not a lot to wait.

Absolute scam. If you really into trading there is no short cut. Everyone has their own attitude and behavior toward risk appetite. Everyone have to go through the learning curve.
No shortcut, right. Newbies are the ones who likely to fall for such signals. They like shortcuts into making a profit in crypto and they have mostly the same thoughts about the process how to trade and how to make money from the market. For sure there are many crypto trading groups with good signals and most times their calls move as there predicted but at same time there are still trading groups which aren't good enough and also there are scam groups as well too
I won't say many but based from what I've seen and read in the past years, only a very few of them can be said as good. And they are not actually a signals group but people there are just sharing analysis.

He's been out with the G League with what I've read it's sort of being kicked because of the Gilas when he went back here. That's like a non verbatim information for me. But if someone has more accurate information, correct me if I'm wrong. I don't think that he'll be back to G league, he can look for other opportunities in other leagues like in Euro or Australia and the usual, if most of those fails, he'll just go to PBA.
That's very unfortunate of him, he should have not traveled to the Philippines if that would happen to him. He should priorities his NBA dream as our KABAYAN's will be proud of him if he will make it to the NBA. Now, it looks like he has a little problem, hopefully he can still come back but his stats in the G League AFAIK is not really that impressive. That's what I've thought of too before. But that already happened and we cannot change what has happened in the past. I think the problem is on his handler because it's part of the decision making and this guy is still a kid. He will do whatever's going to be suggested to him but too sad that he's already out in the G League. He's not even given a good play time on his days there.

I don't think it's over because the market stabilised lately and we don't see big falls after that %40 around correction.
When more accumulation happens we will see next step forward. Patience is the key my friend.
Yes. There's no big correction that has happened. Most alts that pumped became stable and are still in good prices and the same with bitcoin. This isn't the end of the bull run and we're going to have it see first and got a clue if there's a massive correction that has been slashing a lot from the market. But in this time, we can see it clearly that it's good as crystal.

This is what I remember when I read things about Robinhood. It's been attached that when there's news, that's what I think. But have to move on. Before they add some services, they should be reliable first and keep on testing their system so that there won't be another case of an error on their end.

I sell altcoins that I HODL if they reach the target I have previously set, because everyone must have a different target sell. My advice is not to be too influenced by other people's opinions, because not necessarily other people's analysis is better than the analysis that we do ourselves. And most importantly, always choose coins with a high volume, in order to make it easier for us to generate profits. Because usually low volume coins are very difficult to pump, or take a relatively long time to pump.
That is correct, don't be moved by those people that are showing their gains and likely pushing you to sell what you've got even though you haven't met your price target. Put yourself first in your own portfolio and think of it if the profit you're taking is already enough for you to be satisfied not to satisfy other people.
