The ERC20 token is just an opportunity for the investors. There will be a company created arround June next year. I'll publish the whitepaper today or tomorrow and you will understand much better our vision.
Oh, nice, I'll wait for the whitepaper then ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) My intention was to point some things out which may scare a lot of potentially interested people away. A lot of ICOs these days try to hype their 'project' that in the end has zero value. The dates in the roadmap seem to be still wrong btw -Creating an ether token for all the ICO investors January/2017 -Listing ILS on other exchanges January-February/2017Shouldn't it be - Creating an ether token for all the ICO investors January/2018 -Listing ILS on other exchanges January-February/2018Looking forward to your news

Also the users will be able to run masternodes on POS.
So what's the point for the POS coin if you will be launching another ERC20 token?
That's exactly what I don't get. First introduce MN and shortly after create a ERC20 token? Would be great if you could elaborate a bit @ILScoin - What are the MNs for (Own blockchain) - Why the ERC20 token - Why are both necessary at the same time Thanks a lot ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Thank you ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) We reached 500 entries for the airdrop! Hi ILScoin, could you please clarify how the airdrop will proceed, if there is no field for our address on the form? Also, in your ANN you have typos: -Creating an ether token for all the ICO investors January/2017-Listing ILS on other exchanges January-February/2017Plus, there is no website or other additional information except Slack. And you talk about an ERC20 token and a MN, which of it is it? I would suggest, that you edit the OP a bit, because for me it is way too amateurish, sloppy and many things seem suspicious. In crypto space you can't be careful enough ![Embarrassed](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/embarrassed.gif) Wish you luck with your project though

Hi, read your whitepaper (25.09.2017) and I'm a bit confused. It says: The purpose of preICO is to collect 250 000$. During the preICO phase, preliminary SOFIN will be implemented and exchanged to the main tokens during the ICO 1-2 phase. They will continue to participate in the P2P system and trade on the exchanges. On preICO it will be possible to purchase up to 11 500 000 tokens at different prices depending on the number of already sold coins: Number of tokens | Price in USD for 1 preICO SOFIN | Amount in USD per phase | Type of phase | 1000000 | 0.45 | 450000 | Closed day | 500000 | 0.5 | 250000 | Dedicated phase | Up to 10000000 | 0.8 | Up to 8000000 | Bonus phase |
A complete buy-out of the dedicated phase tokens means a successful preICO. The .ico phases begin in approximately 1-2 months after the end of the preICO. In this period of time, we will redesign the product and prepare for ICO.The purpose of ICO is to collect 9 500 000$. In ICO it will be possible to purchase up to 80 000 000 tokens at different prices, depending on the number of already sold tokens in ICO: Number of tokens | Price in USD for 1 SOFIN | Amount in USD per phase | Type of phase | 9500000 | 1.00 | 9500000 | Dedicated phase | Up to 70000000 | 2.00 | Up to 140000000 | Bonus phase |
Your homepage says: ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fi67.tinypic.com%2F261mdyu.png&t=663&c=h5ytO-dmd21xCw) So the info concerning the PreICO doesn't add up. Am I missing something or are the whitepaper numbers outdated? Would be awesome if you could clear things up for me and maybe say 1-2 words about how you come to your valuation:) The project itself looks promising though.

A little bit more info concerning the airdrop would be awesome ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

No more spots for Jr. Members, right?

Thanks for clarifying things and being that open. Will have a closer look at your whitepaper.

Where can we find a bit more about the company? Any info on current operations - besides ICO/crypto - or any other viable source? I'd really appreciate getting to know some of the history ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Update: The Pre-ICO raised: 12106.97 ETH / 15.000 ETH maxat https://stex.exchange so far! less than 24 hours to go!
Did you receive the tokens immediately? I'd like to join but had bad experiences with ICOs, so I'm cautious.
Yeah, I received my tokens almost instantly, a few minutes after my transaction went through. If you're interested, here is my ref link: >>https://stex.exchange/up/e36ms938n26f <<You'll get extra tokens, have a look: - Advanced benefit for original ICO subscribers - you'll get a 20% bonus from commissions distribution as long as you keep holding originally distributed tokens. Tokens, bought after ICO in the open market, do not have this advantage. This means that tokens, that never changed owner, share a 20% of commission distribution among them, and over time less amount of originally bought tokens will share ever growing stake of distributions.
- For those who subscribe at the pre-sale stage: after ICO all pre-sale subscribers will get 10% of Ether collected during ICO - and you still keep your tokens! During pre-sale we distribute up to 10% of all available STE tokens, and after ICO 10% of collected funds is dedicated for those who subscribe on presale stage.

Does anyone know someone who has actually invested capital in any way shape or form or who has done something other than registering and/or referring others?

Did anyone try AnyDesk or is there a better alternative than TeamViewer that is just as comfortable?

I'm a bit irritated. The SHIFT website says "Q3 - new roadmap" and the now visible roadmap only shows vague steps until Q3. Q3 is now nearly over yet no update. In my unterstanding, a rough roadmap shoul exist in the first place, so why isn't it updated maybe every 6 months or so? That's really bad communication. Substratum has a slack group and youtube channel btw: - Slack: https://substratumcoin.slack.com/- Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCxUJoTH0XLERKl55zGnFI6g

Hi there
Do you know when it will be listed on exchange?
Based on the white paper it should be already added on Bittrex and Bitfinex.
Thanks
They said September, not 1st of September, so be patient ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Also, have a look at their youtube channel, they make a video every day: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCxUJoTH0XLERKl55zGnFI6g

Who do I contact to get my tokens? I invested a month ago and never received my tokens... I know they are manually processing bonuses, but I invested week 1 and they should have got to it by now. This is getting frustrating.
You can also join the slack group, there are always admins or mods online, they help very quickly: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qpWzR1Aqek8
