I’m hopeful for this project that we continue to get solid news and announcements from the team as the real work continues and the platforms various parts come together over the next several months after the ico finishes completely
I am looking out for the Puerto Rico news to be honest. It would really be a great case for many others to follow. Since the recovery after the devastating Maria Hurricane is costly. The repairs to the energy grid alone is around $200 mil That 200m sounds a little low for the scale of devastation but theirs going to be a lot of money dumped into redevelopment efforts from private companies to assure they are future proofed going forward I believe Instead of constructing the plant from the scratch, they are buying and progressing faster than expected. So I strongly think this is the most efficient way for progressing also. Oh really? so they're purchasing an existing plant there? Thats what they did it UK right? My understanding is that it would be more efficient if they go for finished plants. I am not sure about PR plant. Will wait for further details as it is just discussions ongoing. They did both for the UK, they bought two plants and have one being build currently And when is the plant that is currently being build ready to produce electricity? I guess it wont be this year, right? Don't know how long such a construction usually take. |

This project has a better authentication service also for the users and i must say that this is the first e-commerce project based on blockchain that i have seen. This project is out to make investors rich.
I don't know if it's just me but i am not comfortable with a project coming out to make Investors just rich, i think vanig does much more, I think Vanig is all about the community as they place people first before anything else I agree they have an article about every partnership and new Team members that is amazing, and they really are very active on Social media too. I agree. I am looking for more detailed information about their MVP. Till now I have not seen the full details atleast. Hope we get to see that very soon. Expect to see a public release of it this week hopefully As long as it is available before the start of the pre-sale, it's all good. I can wait a bit longer but it would be ideal if interested investors could check it out before investing. |

And Andrei Popescu, Co-Founder of coss.io is an advisor of Bittwatt So they are already connected, so a listing on your Exchange is a logical step the last 15 hours of the ICO are running, on the listing on Monday, the prices will probably already be above the ICO price, so buy fast! Great to see Bitwatt already listing on COSS immediately after the ICO - they are not hanging around, I thought this wasn't possible due to token distribution but they obviously have a well planned procedure in place already. It is a great place to start; they can then later move on to bigger exchanges when they sustain volume. I think it was wise going this direction and not having to deal with all the smart contract states. I think thats also the idea from the team. Coss is having very good relationship with Bittwatt even from the ICO time. So it is wise to list it there as a first exchange irrespective of the size of the exchange. oh man only five hours of the ICO left now.. Can't wait to see what happens with this project in the next couple of weeks! Yeah, the upcoming weeks/months will be interesting. I am also curious how the tokens will perform on the exchange(s). |

See below correct details of distribution and use of funds.  Not much difference between softcap and hardcap if you look into the data carefully. They have to raise only 30% to hit the hardcap after reaching softcap. Hmm, what is the softcap again? I thought it is 5 million USD. At least that's what ICOBench is showing. |

I was asked question on their telegram channel about differences between private and pre sale amount.
My question was:
Private sale is require 20,000 USD and pre sale showing require minimum 0.1 ETH. Why this much differences between both sale?

I think they mean it’s only for people with accreditation status in the US which massively reduces who is able to invest and I believe their are guidelines in place to govern that type of investing So is the private sale only for US citizens with accreditation status? What is the difference between private sale and presale stages of this ICO? The bonus on the private sale will probably a bit higher than in the pre-sale. But I don't know the exact number. That’s typically always the case as earlier investors are seen as higher risk than once the platforms off the ground so they get a pretty substantially better bonus than later in th ico process this basically holds true for all ICOs that have private and presales Something that I am wondering and something I already asked in Telegram is if there is a vesting period for private investors. Unfortunately the community manager did not know it exactly. |

Oh, the last 40h of the ICO have already begun. Somehow this ICO passed quickly. I am no longer used to an ICO ending on the scheduled date. Meanwhile, the dates are repeatedly postponed. But I am glad that Bittwatt does not join in, that the ICO ends on the weekend and is already listed on an Exchange on Monday
I agree with you, you don’t see this thing happening very often( to be listed on exchange the next day after the Ico ends). Also, besides Coss.io , they said on telegram that they will be listed on the Huobi exchange( date not known yet). Oh really, they've already confirmed Huobi as well? Awesome. Only last 10 hours are remains. But can we have data how much exactly they raised funds and you much tokens they sold yet? Are you sure that they listing on Huobi after sometime? I mean I saw lot of fud/rumer message in telegram channel. I did not seen any official announcement from team. It’s possible but as is always the case await official announcements through official channels not just here say and rumors the team has been very forthcoming with information so I’m sure once they know investors will know as well I think the listing on Huobi would be quiet positive news, that's why official channel would announce it among the first sources. it's very important that unsold tokens are burned, not doing so just brings risks with it
Risk of which the investors share equal or even more of the ratio. However, I think this has been talked about before and burning was the conclusion of it. Yes, I also heard that they will burn unsold tokens. This is really needed if you want to growth of tokens. As far as i know they have also burned a lot of tokens right now and they have even raised the price per token from $2 to $4 for the 3 day sale. Where did you get this information from? There are still $ 2 / tokens left on the homepage, and I do not think they simply double the price for the 3-day sale. Maybe you are confusing something, because there are predictions that the token might be worth $ 4 after the tokenburn when it's listed on an exchange I think he got the information from the unofficial group where price speculation is allowed but unlike the main group no such increase has been established its still at 2$ per token even in the 3 days pre-listing If they are thinking about this i would advice them to desist from it. They should just leave the token price at $2 per token except they don't plan on achieving the hardcap. What do you mean, they don't plan on achieving the hardcap??? They certainly do.... I think it's very possible aswell considering how well the presale went Of course they want to reach their hardcap (or want to raise as much money as possible) because with the extra money they can buy/build more plants. They already have a partnership for the ICO with COSS. You could've invested directly from Coss in the Bittwatt ICO to get an extra 5% bonus. And Coss is now just the first confirmed exchange. Be patient, I am sure more will follow. |

And what is the exact difference between a fee for listing and a donation to the platform? Projects must send tokens to superbloom for them to be listed. If that's really just voluntary, Superbloom will not work. The donation will be mandatory I guess 'free' means that the projects just don't have to pay BTC or fiat to get listed. They will still have to agree to 'donate' a part of their tokens to the Superbloom SEED holders. Although I think 'donation' is the wrong term here because it implys that is vuluntary. |

YE I don’t think people realize they didn’t need to do the preloading sale they only doing it to make up for the fact they took away 3 days earlier in the sale so their giving people another chance for a few days to try to be fare to investors that missed out is what I’ve heard
Yes, its not extended ICO, its just they took pause in between to complete the KYC process. And I am happy, because this gave me chance to buy 4NEW tokens. Finally, the wait is coming to and end and the last stage of sales will be up soon. If you ask me, the present bearish trend of the market is ill timed  could have gotten more token with less Sorry guys, but I got confused here. As per my knowledge sale will start on 1st Jun, but on their website showing BONUS SALE ENDS IN 6 days and 20 hours. I guess they mentioned this by mistake? Or sale is started? Something I missing here..  You can get an early bird bonus if you register for the sale until 31.5. if the sale starts on1.6. there is no early bird bonus anymore. only that is meant. Wow seems that the tiered approach to the softcap and hardcap are causing a lot of confusion. Maybe the team should think about adjusting this? Generally if there's taht many people confused so early on then it doesnt bode well going forwards.
I would prefer a fixed softcap for the whole project. For me a softcap is the amount of money a project needs to develop its idea. So once this amount of money is reached the project can continue, no matter how much more money will be raised. This is why I am a bit confused |

Guys, have you heard about Vanig loyalty program for those who use their tokens? It is based on amount and frequency of token purchases and they talk there about some customer statuses (Silver, Gold, Platinum). I'd like to know more about this feature.
No, I have not heard of it yet. that sounds very interesting. I suppose the more you buy and pay with tokens, the higher you can go up in the ranking? is it like that? Then my wife is already after a month Platimum-Member :-) Since it's based on amount and frequency, I think just holding a certain amount of the token doesn't really do you any good in this, you have to frequently transact with the token. Like you need to meet both requirements. I hope am not misinterpreting though. If it is like described in the Whitepaper on page 30, you will get a status based on the number of purchases (over $25) you do on their site in the current year. 20 will grant you silver, 50 gold and 100 purchases will give you platinum status. Ohh I missed that.. Have they said what benefits each level gives? For the silver status you'll get 25 VANIG tokens, for gold and platinum 50 each. On top of that you will earn 3% / 4% in Vanig tokens if you reach gold / platinum. |
