There is no way to send bitcoin without fee. Fee is for the transactions, without fee there will be no transactions.
But, if there is a local wallet in your country, maybe you can make a transactions without fee.
Usually the transactions has to be in the same local wallet. Like mine in my country.

How do you know that ? I think it's depend on the country. Some country may contains what you were talking about. But it's true, some medias are not controlled. In my own country, media far from racisme and religion. It because in here, we have a few type of religion. But, there are a lot of news that only contain about celebrity, their fashion, their lifestyle, their vlogs and some garbage like that. That is why, in my country or some country in the world would prefer to watch movies, youtube, and something on the internet. Rather than watching TV.

Memang begini harga cryptocurrencies, selalu tidak stabil. Memang ini yang dicari para trader dan orang seperti saya. Beli di harga turun, jual di harga naik. Hal tersebut bisa menguntungkan tapi juga bisa merugikan. Semoga anda dapat terbiasa dan memahaminya. Kalau mau yang stabil ya dollar atau rupiah, itu baru mata uang yang stabil. Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Ethereum, dan lain-lain, semua itu selalu tidak stabil. Naik setiap saat tapi juga bisa turun seketika. Untuk bitcoin sendiri, saat ini memang sedang menurun. Tapi nanti bakal naik sendiri kok. Lihat saja nanti pas akhir tahun, pasti harganya udah $5000.

Hmm, I don't have proof that God exists. But I disagree about the idea of life that come out of nothing. Isn't it strange to us that life is come out of atom and some particel ? What is the purpose of our lifes ? Are we going to eat, sleep, go to work and die ? Is there something beyond our death ? So I believe there are an explaination to all of those questions. I believe that God exists and create human, with a purpose.

Everything has a good side and a bad side, including bank. Bank can be cruel but good at the same time, depend on the situation and the time. Bank can lend you money to make more money. But bank can turn your debt into  nightmare. If we are wise and selective, we could manipulate and use the system to our good. I personally don't trust bank either and never lent money from bank. Damn that is so cruel. But what you say it's true, we should not panic and keep calm down. But if this news is true, then how can they block all the BTC transactions ? Are they block the sites or what ? If they block they sites, then people in China can still use VPN or proxy right ? Or something else to unblock the sites.

Scam sites are easy to track. Don't use google to identify them. Use this forum or a community, for example in facebook groups. You can ask here, the sites are legit or not. There's a lot of people who want to mine crypto but they don't have computers and mining rig. They don't have enough money either. Don't come here with a sad face, this is life.
