Best exchange i think Binance and Okex, especially binance I like because it has a high trading volume. Okex is also one of the best but i only trade for certain coin.

As we know, ETH is mostly used to join in ICO projects. Since there are so many ICO scams and regulations, the ICO market is suffering from bad performance, and both ICO projects and ETH holders are selling their ETH.
