I don't think BTC is dead.
bitcoin isnt dead... dont listen to people who say that it is, they just need it to drop lower to make coin of there shorts. look at bitfinex price is above all the other exchanges atm. either way though im using viorcoin, its backed by phone minutes similar to the early mpesa, but i still need bitcoins to buy them. |

Monumental hubris.
That's what ultimately doomed Bitcoin. Too much circlejerking about how Bitcoin is worth $xxxx and not enough effort to add utility to Bitcoin as a currency to make those numbers realistic.
What do you mean not enough effort to add utility? Have you even seen how much work people have been putting into all kinds of Bitcoin projects? Look at all the developments in the past year alone... just because the speculation forum is just a bunch of people speculating about the price doesn't mean there's not a whole world of people out there who are busy actually doing something productive to help the development of Bitcoin in the real world. If you don't see this you must live in the speculation forum yourself and can't see anything of what's going on outside it. Ok, I'll bite. What new services have emerged in the Bitcoin ecosystem in the last 12 months which you deem to be offer the general public a service which is 1. As easy or easier to use than any existing system 2. As cheap or cheaper than any existing system 3. As reliable or more reliable than any existing system i made a few phonecalls to china and the US yesterday over the blockchain, though I didnt use bitcoin specifically, I needed to buy bitcoins to be able to use this sidechains tech. and its the blockchain technology that made my encrypted call cheaper easier and reliable. bitcoin is the easiest way for me to transfer fiat to the crypto world bitcoin is the cheapest way to transfer that wealth around |

Usually when BTC drops ALT go up and vice versa  gonna be a crazy month in crypto land. blockexplorer says 167 wallets-243 with coins in them in one week 50% growth for this indicator in one week is very good. |

did you do all the regular things, like set an address as your voip account
click on connect before typing in a number making sure you inputted the phone number correctly?
this could be a simple thing.
you type the phone number in the same place that you would put a vior address.
does it say connected in the bottom left corner?

are you using windows 8.1? windows 8. sometimes wallet cant open what i do is i run it with compatibility settings to win7 cant make a call to vior address or any number. i also have vior credits. C cex blue trade etc etc and this one only has one? because we dont have pump and dumpers paying to get us on exchanges Exactly legit coin with huge potential nothing to do with scam groups If the coin never gets on major exchanges though, it will never get the exposure it needs to prove its potential. agreed, bter and cryptsy will be important milestones. |

vince i really like your enthusiasm, but in this den of vipers you need to start thinking for yourself more. almost everyone here is out hunting for bitcoins. dont believe everything or better dont believe anything you hear, think everything out for yourself and never believe more than a little bit of the hype. there are some good people around, but it takes along time to grow trust in this place. if you dont follow my advice you are gonna get burned, a bunch of times. |

If btc falls vior might not succeed

and btc is close to being stuck in a short squeeze, if price goes above 375 it will jump to 500 right away.
But now is traded with btc, so more or less is related. When bitcoin drops hard, people usually liquidate some alts, to sell btc and rebuy low later. Its a fact xD. TRUE. gotta believe that there is a future in crypto as a whole, if btc dies its gonna be a while before looks this way twice. |
