That's because I'm under default trust, so anyone can see my rating, while only those users who have you under their trust tree can see yours (not many I guess xD).
And that's for good reason: trusted members feedback matters more.
You'll need some other trusted and experienced user to give a positive to negate mine, but won't happen since everyone understands why this is a Ponzi.

Otherwise everyone could create 100000 fake accounts to give himself positive feedbacks and scam everyone asses unaffected...

[EDIT] and by looking at your comments you still don't understand that the scam is matematically evident by it's own structure, not based on any assumption and that delivering ipo coins has nothing to do with that (nay, part of the plan, as it was extensively explained). But you are probably dev's sockpuppets anyway so I'm definetly wasting my time.

Trying to clean his scam record, to fool some more people. Like I won't notice xD Funny stuff.

For reference, most "up to date" simple explanation why it's a Ponzi --> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=522874.msg5940664#msg5940664
843  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][STD] StandardCoin - BUILT-IN EXCHANGE - Permanently Rising Rate on: April 08, 2014, 12:52:28 PM
The risk is there, and very high given the particular structure of this ponzi, 75% instant loss when you invest. Even the best Ponzi are not eternal (and this is pretty bad and evident).
But again the problem is not what I or you assume, is he didn't state that, nay he say the opposite, that no loss is possible. I truly believe you are 100% a troll by now xD Must have been the 10th time I repeated that simple concept xD
Was fun but now I have better things to do, really.
844  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][STD] StandardCoin - BUILT-IN EXCHANGE - Permanently Rising Rate on: April 08, 2014, 12:41:27 PM
Again, and lastly: even if he doesn't he still created a Ponzi, deceiving people (for the fun of it?). If he doesn't cash it out it would be retarded (though very likely he'll do, thus the "extreme caution" is still a fair warning) but he still put up a fraudolent post.

A penitent scammer. Would be the first time. Still deserved negative even then Wink

Only if you believe a Ponzi to be somehow wrong.

"Ponzi" (wikipedia) means a fraudolent investment scheme where you deceive investors to put money in, telling them no loss is possible (or even that profit is guaranteed), when actually the only way they can profit is if new investors come, losing money in their stead. Eventually new investments will stop and bag holders will lose everything. Exactly what this coin is xD

Deception in itself is wrong. You can do it "legit" by declaring you are running a ponzi (here, for example --> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=558656.0  gambling section).
Otherwise, you are at least a deceiving scammer, like dev is. So he is lying and holding your money, very very bad combo. More than enough for a big fat -xx feedback and extreme caution tagging.

You keep missing the point over and over (pretty sure you are trolling, but let's go Wink ): there is nothing more to prove relatively to the scam we contested him (id est "trying to run a Ponzi scheme"). He already did that in post one. The system is a Ponzi, by it's very structure. Wikipedia (and some brain, though very little) is your friend.

He can choose not to run away with the money or to change the first post stating the truth, i.e. this is not a secure investment where you cannot lose but just a Ponzi but that's not going to cancel his attempted scam (ALREADY done, nothing more to prove about that), I can only mitigate the feedback (something funny like "attempted a ponzi scam but then changed his mind. So maybe now you can trust him....").
Very unlikely he'll do that anyway xD
847  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][STD] StandardCoin - BUILT-IN EXCHANGE - Permanently Rising Rate on: April 07, 2014, 11:24:48 PM
Maybe you are right about the risk, but (omg.... again.... ) the point is legit devs aren't try to hide the risk making you believe the opposite and bla bla bla all the other things. That's what scammer devs do and end up getting tagged.

That's IF he's a scammer.  Why can you not accept that he may be telling 100% truth?

I am. I'm totally convinced he's telling 100% the truth. I'm a firmier believer than you. And that truth is he's running a ponzi xD
I'm not going to explain it to you again. You go and read some pages ago if you want.

Time will tell!

Indeed, but then it'll be too late. Not needed since it's all on his website, you just do the math or read some reply back Wink

Bye.

(if you were trolling, I willingly fed you).
848  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][STD] StandardCoin - BUILT-IN EXCHANGE - Permanently Rising Rate on: April 07, 2014, 11:18:20 PM
Ofc, that's what I said: big trust issues involved. You are taking the risk with big companies, not with a nobody anonymous new member, who is acting shady to begin with (puts up a Ponzi as first action, answers "nobody is holding anything" when someone rises doubts about his "exchange", which ofc is false).

And, to remark once more, this problem is a plus, the system being a ponzi worded as secure investment is enough of a scam and the reason for my negative.

Probably no more risky than investing in any other coin.

And you really ought to try some pharmaceuticals that they won't give you in a pharmacy.  Your mood is too serious.

Maybe you are right about the risk, but (omg.... again.... ) the point is legit devs aren't try to hide the risk making you believe the opposite and bla bla bla all the other things. That's what scammer devs do and end up getting tagged.

Maybe I'll take your advice about drugs, having to repeat the same obvious point for like 10 times is getting to me Wink

Out, going to get some of that good stuff you mentioned.
849  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][STD] StandardCoin - BUILT-IN EXCHANGE - Permanently Rising Rate on: April 07, 2014, 11:03:48 PM
Just my personal hate vs scammers: they make everything harder for everyone dwelling in this community.

And for the last time (then even a die hard arguer like me is giving up xD): the point is not if the coin will succeed or not, or if some are making a profit or not.
A fraud can succeed and even go on for a long time and some people may profit (definetly the dev will, for example xD xD) but it's still a fraud, manipulating people into thinking it's a surefire investement (some will realize, like you, many will not, or even won't believe until too late).

And the proposer of a fraud is a scammer, and gets the deserved tag (this was the central point of the "flame").
Then you are free to try to ride the ponzi, or whatever you want.
850  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][STD] StandardCoin - BUILT-IN EXCHANGE - Permanently Rising Rate on: April 07, 2014, 10:48:49 PM
Betting 120$ is simply my business, whenever, wherever.

Agreed. Dev trying to scam people, however, is another matter and that's what led us tagging him. Not what you do with your money Wink

As for banks being a ponzi: some may agree some others not but that's totally OT as we are not discussing in a thread opened by some JP Morgan's ceo.

It isn't my first investment and it won't be my last one. I spent 120$ hoping for a profit. If I'm going to lose who cares?

I'm not trying to bash your bet (don't call it investment xD). You can go play all your money on Just-dice or the like if you want. The point is different, as explained thoroughly. I think it's enough for this round. See ya Wink
853  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][STD] StandardCoin - BUILT-IN EXCHANGE - Permanently Rising Rate on: April 07, 2014, 10:15:13 PM
You (two) are missing the point, or pretending to: he's (trying to) deceive people to invest into a pretended secure investment, where you cannot lose. While it's not the case. This is the very definition of a Ponzi scheme.
His wording is clear.
All cryptos are risky investments, kind of gambling too if you want, but nobody is telling you "ehy invest in my coin cause you cannot lose, cause I invented a system where you cannot lose, nobody ever thought about that!" (which is ofc a joke, and a scammy claim).

If you realized it's actually just a gamble good for you, but this doesn't cancel out he's attempting to deceive people to scam them. And by the way judging from the replies, many people are not even realizing (or pretending not to..).

Moreover there is the centralized "exchange" owned solely by him and the big trust issue involved. But that's just a nice "plus" xD
Half of this is enough to give him plenty of negative feedbacks. That's why we gave him.
854  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][STD] StandardCoin - BUILT-IN EXCHANGE - Permanently Rising Rate on: April 07, 2014, 10:01:40 PM
P.s: And to clarify YES you can make a profit, like in all Ponzis, if you are not the last holding the bag, but it's GAMBLING and the risk should be made clear and the thread posted in the gambling section (there are some "legit" ponzis in the gambling section of this forum, in fact, where all of this is clearly stated. And in many cases owners of those games have run with the money at some point, not surprisingly, also).
Trying to pass a Ponzi gamble as a secure investement is a deceiving SCAM. Holding 100% of the (heavy) premine and practically forcing to buy the coin directly from him only adds more shady layers to the scam.
Hope I've made it completely clear by now.
855  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][STD] StandardCoin - BUILT-IN EXCHANGE - Permanently Rising Rate on: April 07, 2014, 09:55:25 PM
I just gave it a try. If the coin succeeds I'll take the profit. If it flops I can easiy afford it. That's trading.

Wrong: trading is free market, price can rise AND drop and you are exchanging coins peer to peer, nobody is holding your btc to buy back someday, using investors money to artificially keep the price high (as long as new investors come, if not... boom).

BIG difference.
856  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][STD] StandardCoin - BUILT-IN EXCHANGE - Permanently Rising Rate on: April 07, 2014, 09:35:06 PM
As 2 idiots have been abusing the trust system and have given the DEV a negative trust before he was even able to proof himself I think it is only fair that the people that have received their STD from the IPO (like me) give the DEV a positive trust rating so he has no longer the big red warning letters. He is clearly not a scammer. He got so much shit from some of the idiots here, he could have run away with all the BTC but he did the opposite and delivered a great system and exchange for a very promising coin.

Good job DEV

Are you seriously still going on with this? Hope he at least gave/promised you a good chunk cause if you are trying this hard to look like an idiot for free I don't know what else to say xD Show some more love for yourself.

Why on earth should he run with the IPO when he can potentially grab much more new idiot "investors" money giving him good btc at his "exchange" to buy std? He's a scammer, not a retard (like many in this thread).
The risk earlier investors sell back now is very low (cause OH they'll be at an heavy loss).
And if some external exchange starts to list the coin at a higher then GER price he can dump the premine (he holds the entirety of it xD) at any time he feels like.

So he can just sit and wait safely for more retards to give him free money for a long time.
Though I don't think there are many.

He had nothing to "prove" to begin with, since the system is built to be a scam by it's own structure (Ponzi scheme+centralized exchange+heavy premine), it was a proved scam from post one, thus the deserved negatives feeds.
