841  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Dollar on: May 18, 2016, 08:27:00 PM
Dollar still be a winner. The dollar is used as the main currency in the world. the use of the dollar is very stable. almost all countries use the dollar today. I believe the dollar will still survive up to 100 years. and bitcoin will begin to undermine the strength of the dollar in the future.

Even bitcoin will be powerful in future but it can never take the place of dollar, and bitcoin will always be used as an secondary currency, the first choice would be only dollar.
I do not think so. I just think about the reciprocal of what you are saying. Bitcoin is going to be the primary mode of payment for all the people and dollars may sustain as a secondary currency in some part of the world.

Are you kidding me? just think practically how many people are aware about bitcoin at this stage and how many people are using dollar? I hope you have got your answer.

You are right about that the bitcoin is way smaller than the dollar, the dollar will win every time it has to play against the bitcoin without any doubts.

Yeah dollar is the king of the fiat currency and it will be in future too, and it will not be easy for bitcoin to replace dollar as it holds huge market cap across the globe.
842  Other / Off-topic / Re: du you spend coins on real life. on: May 18, 2016, 08:24:37 PM
Im never tried it, because never found any offline market accept bitcoin in my place. maybe if KFC, Mcdonnal accept bitcoin as payment im sure i will use it.
What place are you living in? I'm pretty sure many stores, and even some little ones started accepting bitcoins for payment. As for me, I can pay my utility bills with bitcoins now and that's pretty good enough.

May be you are talking about US and Europe where you can spend  your bitcoin easily but its not the same scenario in Asian countries.
843  Other / Archival / Re: Do you have paypal account even though you have bitcoin? on: May 18, 2016, 08:22:51 PM
After see this topic paypal or bitcoin?, i'm curious who have paypal account these days.
Do you still have paypal account even though you have bitcoin?
Yes i do have paypal account but haven't used it for over 2 years now, i hope i don't have to use it.

Exactly same here I have account but I havent used it since long time as bitcoin is taking care of me and I really don't need Paypal at this stage.

I use my paypal seldom, although I got quite some balance there. These days it's better and faster to pay with bitcoin or creditcard. Having an extra paypal account is not usefull, which is why I am considering to terminate my account soon.

A few months ago i closed my paypal account too. Most shops accept creditcards so what's the need for paypal? Creditcards provide the same buyers security as paypal. And hopefully in 3 years time I can say the same thing about bitcoin.

Yeah if you have credit card then you don't need to use Paypal as credit card will take care of you in best possible way and for rest bitcoin will always there.
844  Economy / Speculation / Re: 100 bitcoins. Will I be a millionaire by 2020? on: May 17, 2016, 04:25:18 PM
I think you have great chances to get millionaire because with 100 bitcoins you only would need a bitcoin price around $10000 to have a million,  although to be realistic it seems almost impossible for the next four years.
you are right. but I guess the price of bitcoin will not be as high as it was in 2020, so you must have more than 100 BTC to become a millionaire, well maybe it was around 1000 BTC

Exactly, and the major issue is that we don't know what will be the price of bitcoin at that stage, but its good to collect as much as we can at this moment.
845  Economy / Speculation / Re: How long is Bitcoin life? on: May 17, 2016, 04:23:35 PM
no control bitcoin and bitcoin users who control everything. so how long bitcoin life, it depends bitcoin users, if they continue to use, manage and maintain it well, bitcoin can live longer.

Yeah and I think existing of users will continue to use bitcoin and will never stop using at as I feel that now we are getting addicted towards bitcoin and not easy to quit.
846  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you actively spend your bitcoins? on: May 17, 2016, 04:21:37 PM
sometimes i spend my bitcoin when i need amazon gift card or steam code, not all my earning just a little bit from totally my earning.

This is one of the most trend thing in bitcoin today , that steam is already accepting bitcoin.
And I know it can boost the market with bitcoin for those steam players.

Yeah I saw that too in one of an advertisememt in some wallet website. This is one of the big steps. I hope this will make bitcoin more popular in the upcoming years.

Bitcoin is gaining more popularity nowadays and it will be used and accepted everywhere in future and we will also find many shops that start accepting bitcoin as a mode of payment.
847  Economy / Speculation / Re: how much gonna be 1 BTC in a year? on: May 17, 2016, 04:19:36 PM
I don't know what will be the price of bitcoin after 1 year but I am pretty sure that it will be higher then the present price, but anything is possible in future.
848  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: May 17, 2016, 04:17:49 PM
Right now I consider investing is better due to the fact the bitcoin has a good future that will let the bitcoin rise to a high amount.
Investing will let you provide a lot of profit in the future of this year if everything will goes like it has to go.
bitcoin invested today is very good, but you should really choose a reliable investment, because so many people are actually losing money because they have not carefully choose a place for investment
a good investment at this time is just buying and holding bitcoin for the next few months. This truly safe and you will get more profit.

Yeah for me bitcoin is the best investment at a moment, even with a small investment I can earn best in future as price will rise in future for sure.
849  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: May 17, 2016, 04:16:37 PM
gold, I would rather not to worry about my money.. gold price wouldn't change that much like BTC would
yes, gold is more stable and is secured by a variety of economic power in the world. gold is very convincing and offer security to invest. I put most of my investments to gold.

If we talk about safety, of course gold - price is much more stable, but when we speak about investment Bitcoin have much better prognosis.

For a really long term yes it will be gold to take the best pick. But if you are a person who goes online everyday and see the market flowing every minute then it would be best to go for bitcoin.

Yeah bitcoin can be really good in coming months as people are investing their money only in bitcoin only because we are approaching towards halving which can give best returns.
850  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your plan to get rich with Bitcoin? on: May 17, 2016, 04:12:14 PM
by using faucets and tasks online.
Lol I've never met people who became rich just by getting out bitcoin of the faucet and online tasks ?
it will only give you a small income dude. you need a very long time to get rich from the faucet method and do the work of others
you can not just rely on two ways it alone

Yeah faucet can never make you rich in future, as it is very time consuming and if you want to get rich with it then you need to keep on trying to grow your coins over a period of time.
851  Other / Off-topic / Re: Complete the sentence... "I would sell all my Bitcoins if..." on: May 17, 2016, 04:07:55 PM
Just complete the sentence with your thoughts... "I would sell all my Bitcoins if..."
"I would sell all my Bitcoins if i need urgent money to help my family" yeah so far i need to help my family in financial,so i think i gonna sell all my bitcoin when its enough to help. buying bitcoins is not my favorite activiy,i prefer to earn bitcoin and then sell it when price is really good.

Yeah I would have done the same, If me or my family needs money in case of emergency then I won't care for the price, even if the price is lower I would prefer to sell.
852  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you buying bitcoins? Why? on: May 17, 2016, 04:06:17 PM
I buy Bitcoin because I like to make some extra money with it. By buying coins and selling them for a higher price you can make a profit with Bitcoin. At the same time Bitcoin helps me to save money because I use it to invest in Bitcoin.

I rarely buy bitcoins these days and I earn the through means of mining and investment but the first time I bought bitcoin was to get some quick startup cash rather than going through the tiring faucet run and other puny methods.

True. Buying now may take you to a risky position. Better just earn evem just for little bits. Those little satoshis are getting valuable due to a good price that we are seeing now.

That's true try to earn as much as possible as its always better to earn then buying as you don't need to invest and whatever small amount you earn will be more valuable in future.
853  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC price to 600 ? on: May 14, 2016, 02:59:12 PM
hold continues to rise 650$ and sell for trading
This is a very good suggestion. Because once bitcoin prices hit $650 price levels definitely we will again get an opportunity to buy back around $500 price levels so selling above $600 price levels will get any trader profits.

$650 is expected to be achieved at the time of halving, but nothing can be assured what will be the price  at the time of halving but lets hope for the best.

$650 seems to be difficult to achieve by halving, as price is rising slowly and we are not seeing any major pump at a moment so its difficult to predict.
854  Economy / Speculation / Re: Your predictions for 2016 on: May 14, 2016, 02:56:48 PM
I think it will be around $800 by the end of the year, but of course halving will play an important role in deciding the price for this year.
855  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: May 14, 2016, 02:54:21 PM
If I quit my day job, how would I focus on Bitcoin? There is no way to earn Bitcoin other then trading and sig campaign.(to make a decent profit) So no, I would not quit my day job to focus on Bitcoin fully.

Trading and signature campaign is not either permanent. There is always a change in trading just like the price of bitcoin and in signature campaign you don't know when the campaign will remain and how long it would stay.

of course trading will last a long time, depending on bitcoin. if bitcoin live very long, as well as trading.
signature campaign is not permanent, but you can benefit from this moment, when the signature campaign is still very much at a rate that is high enough

Yes signature campaigns are not permanent but it will still depend on the company of how long is he going to advertise his campaing/ company.
It won't be permanent but it can be for a very long time.

If one signature campaign ends there will be other campaign that will take care of us, so we don't have to worry about that, everything depends on the price of bitcoin.
Dont expect for signature campaign to stay long at this forum.. because there's a possibility that signature campaign will be gone in the future.. its better to find other source of bitcoin so that if signature campaign is gone you can still earn bitcoin in other activity..

Since how long you are a part of any campaign? I am here since last 2 years with same campaign and it is paying me on regular basis so don't comment if you are not aware about it.
856  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin worth to you or not... on: May 14, 2016, 02:51:55 PM
BTC is something that gives me an additional source of income, an additional investment, and an alternative currency. Those three reasons alone are enough to keep me stuck with BTC.

Same with me. It makes my budget a lot bigger than the past. And it really helps whenever I get broke and spent all my cash. Plus it is not that hard to earn it. You just need to learn some basics about it.
The main reason why people is using Bitcoin is that they want to make some profit of course and of course some want to use it as their new payment method.
You will be weird if you think that Bitcoin is not that worth because you can do many things with that.

Bitcoin is really worth to all of us as it is allowing us to make some good money and it is also an best investment for the future.

bitcoin is currency with a high-value and of course bitcoin very feasible for everyone. I would not say the future, because the future bitcoin is uncertain.

Looking at the present growth of bitcoin I don't think that future is uncertain, bitcoin will survive for a longer time and we all need to have faith in it.
857  Economy / Economics / Re: Should I believe in Bitcoin ? on: May 14, 2016, 02:49:41 PM
for the current and the next few years you have to trust in bitcoin, because bitcoin still has a good long-term. but for the future I do not believe bitcoin will be permanent

We cannot judge anything at this moment, if demand and supply keeps to continue then bitcoin can never disappear in future, it will be much more then our expectations.
858  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you actively spend your bitcoins? on: May 14, 2016, 02:47:23 PM
It really depends on the price of Bitcoin at the time. If the price of Bitcoin is high, I would sell, but when it's low i would buy. You could make money with Bitcoin this way. Trading is a great was many people make money with Bitcoin.

Yeah but there is a big difference in spending and selling I think if you see higher price the you should sell it and convert it to fiat to get more benefits from it.
859  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you holding your bitcoin for a price increase? on: May 14, 2016, 02:43:58 PM
We can do a lot of things with bitcoin such as trading, investing and mining while we are waiting for the rising of its value. I'm holding my BTC too and at the same time I accumulates some of them through services. So as the price go higher and makes profitable.

Each and every user is trying to grow their coins at a moment so that they can earn higher profits by selling at the time of halving when the price would be really higher.
860  Economy / Speculation / Re: If bitcoin dropped to $1, what you do? on: May 14, 2016, 02:41:35 PM
I will collect 1000 coins if I see that price in near future, as I don't think that bitcoin will fall that low in coming years, its just an unrealistic value to think of.
