841  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [Link] How to be eligible for potential ZkSync retrospective airdrop on: April 15, 2023, 09:23:47 PM
There’s a lot of guide how to be eligible but again, better not to expect that much as airdrop is not mandatory and I think they already state that there will be no airdrop for this year. This should be the same with other projects as well, like in SUI they don’t have to do some airdrop and the hunters already accused the project as a scam, again better not to expect too much.
842  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: cashout money on: April 15, 2023, 09:14:45 PM
This is a good example: do not use other people's accounts! Everything that concerns money and bets with high risks should be accessible only to one person, there can be no other options. It would never have crossed my mind to make a deposit on someone else's account and play it is almost 100% future blocking. There is a security system on every site and it notices suspicious transactions and blocks the account accordingly.
Exactly, don’t try to cheat the system by using others account because you might experience the same faith with this one. If OP don’t have any contact with the real owner then there’s no way to get that money back since the site is asking for a supporting details and documents, better for OP to move on. The site are very strict with this one, if your account being tagged as suspicious you can’t do anything but to comply with them.
843  Economy / Gambling / Re: List of crypto casinos with high wagering requirements on: April 15, 2023, 09:07:30 PM
Actually, there is no written wagering requirements on the ToS which only mean that they doesn't have any wagering requirements to withdraw. But ofc you will be suspected mixing if you withdraw immediately right after you deposit. Their x5 wagering requirements for suspected violating their AML policy through mixing is fair punishment and safety protocol to avoid crime under their nose.

The list should be plain standard wagering requirements and not including the special case if you want to make it a valid list for high wagering requirements.
I agree with you, a fixed wagering requirement in case of suspected misconduct is far safer for users than a scammy endless KYC that no one is able to pass. Unfortunately many unprofessional crypto casinos, including the biggest ones, don't hesitate to scam unwary customers by using the AML excuse to seize their funds. So this kind of rule is actually a good point for a casino IMO.

KYC serve its purpose for the good sites, and we know that fraud really exist in gambling.
Well, having a fixed wagering requirements can be a good one but that doesn’t mean your account can’t be audited or ask anymore. Most of the wagering requirements is not that high and easy to achieve, the site should make a clear rules with regards to this one and inform the players if there’s a changes.
844  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is SUI a SCAM project or LEGIT? on: April 15, 2023, 08:56:10 PM
SUI conducted a TestNet program which lasted for almost a year and eventually they refused to airdrop their community who spend time and efforts to ensure the success of their project. instead of airdropping their communities they lured some few members of their community to participate in their presales. so, what is your opinion on this.? Is SUI a SCAM project or LEGIT?
Hard to tell a scam project until it happen. If they are able to attract good community then I think its better for them to focus on making it a good project. Airdrop is not necessary and there’s no assurance for this, since the hype of airdrop is coming back, many expect that every project will have this, again it will still depend on the project developer, though rewarding the community can still happen in other way.
845  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Times When Casinos Will Ask Certificate That You Are A Responsible Gambler on: April 15, 2023, 08:52:20 PM
Casinos will never ask for this or else gamblers will go to other site and play with them, if you will restrict your players thar much, don’t expect them to stay with your site. Casinos though have to help those people who are already suffering with gambling addiction, I hope they focus more on being a responsible casinos than focusing on their profit. Remember the more healthy gamblers, the more profit for them.
846  Economy / Gambling / Re: justbit.io asks for KYC (their site say NO KYC) then confiscates my winnings on: April 14, 2023, 09:58:10 PM
I have been reading other similar cases on different casinos, and the response from the customer support is usually the same. What I find that is common in all the cases is that the users were not aware of the Tos, they assumed everything would be fine since the casino is legitimate. With the everyday changes in policy regarding cryptocurrency, it is important to carefully read the TOs and watch for new information concerning any changes they may have made regarding kyc and withdrawal.
This is why they should fully understand the ToS, its just a 10minutes read and it can save you a lot of money. Though OP knows that the site is KYC free, ToS still states that KYC will be asked if there’s a big withdrawals or if your account is suspicious for some reason, and the site have the right to ask for KYC as it is stated on their ToS. The site though should inform properly every user if they will change or update their ToS and give time to user to prepare for the update as many might not be ok with the updates.
847  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are lotteries really a good way to engage with gamblers? on: April 14, 2023, 09:42:22 PM
My suggestion is when you want to announce the winner, it's better if you have a livestream during pick the winner. So anyone will know if the winner is picked randomly and not scripted due to lack of transparency.
Noted. Maybe we also should make a livestream for our Lambo lottery...

Till that moment it seems that the audience's appeal to lotteries is 50/50
It's also good to have other parties auditing the result of the lottery during live, with this the bettors can assure the fairness of the result.
I'm not into lottery but if I find this more interesting, then I think its worth to try. You just have to input every details and be clear with the terms and conditions so the bettor will not be confused and will not complain about the system of this site. Good luck on this project, looking forward for other updates.
This could be the best suggestion to have other parties working with the result, I’m sure other companies are into this kind of business with have a good trust rating. Live streaming the raffle draw might not be enough to lesses the trust issue if the bettor, if you are planning to do this for long term then start looking for this kind of services, having an auditor or someone in authority to witness every draw can be more trusted.
848  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can this be effective against the increasing numbers of gamblers? on: April 14, 2023, 09:29:13 PM
well, amount of gamblers is not an issue. this is enough to avoid pathological people to join? I don't think ....
Also because gambling in itself is not dangerous it is simply an activity like many others.
I believe that the "real problem" arises when people at risk of addiction start to bet like minors or people who cannot understand the danger of risk higher amount of cash.
You can barely see those logos on the uniform of the players so this might not be effective.
If they really want to decrease number of new comers going into gambling, then banned any gambling advertisements because this is their best way to attract players. Removing a logo can help might not be effective, many will still try a site because they are curious about it and many want’s to have some income as well with their bets.
849  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: April 14, 2023, 09:16:37 PM
We may allow an AI category for future contests with a lower prize pool. I don't think AI art is "cheating" but it has no place against other works, however I know some have bought art from elsewhere that they would then submit in the art contest which is worse, to me. AI art can be interesting though, depending on the prompts you use something super cool can be created. But let's see what rule changes we make for the next one!
Another exciting contest to look forward too.
This is how Roobet marketing team adopts the trend and I’m sure many will participate as using AI will be more easy to others. Criteria for judging will surely be more strict and hard as many arts will look similar to the others. Roobet art contest is growing, its good to be part of this one.
850  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't encourage multiple trading! on: April 14, 2023, 09:02:12 PM
My friend loves opening different trades at a time, most at times is difficult for him to control what's should be. Trading on free chart with multiple opening can be very dangerous. Yesterday he experience unusual hit when bitcoin price drops again, four trades loss at once when the market go against him. Personally I don't advise multiple trade especially when you're not familiar with trade
This could be more risky as he trade in futures, though you can do this better by analyzing the market and I can say that never go against the trend, since the price is still bullish trading short will be more risky as you go against the current momentum of Bitcoin. If your friend still lose the money in trading, better for him to learn more and analyze what is wrong with his strategy, being too greedy is not good in trading though you can have multiple positions with different cryptos.
851  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: FTT comeback on: April 13, 2023, 09:33:05 PM
This could be just a rumor because imagine, its shady how they lose and recover that funds easily there’s a big trust issue already and better for them not to comeback but of course allowing the old users to get their funds back are more ok since I have funds with them as well.

Let’s just wait for their announcement if they really want to bring back that exchange and see what will be the reaction of investors to them, maybe they can have some or maybe many already learned their lesson with FTX.
852  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What happens If Binance Exchange Flee Away like FTX on: April 13, 2023, 09:12:19 PM
If anything should happen to an exchange like Binance, you will have same experience with others that had with FTX, which is losing your entire asset with them because they have your bitcoin unlocking keys from the blockchain with them, this is why we need to embrace using a decentralized exchange so that when the wallet got corrupt or device mishandled, we can easily import our wallet back anytime with the unlocking keys also referred to as private keys.
We should already learned the lesson from what happened to FTX, I have my funds with them as well and I didn’t expect to lose it easily. This is why I don’t want to hold any funds anymore on any exchange aside from my trading capital. If Binance will ended up on the same faith, maybe the market will be more affected as many have their funds with Binance, having your own wallet is advisable so make sure to have one and make sure to always be updated especially with this kind of news where panic can easily happen.
853  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: April 13, 2023, 12:23:43 PM
EDIT: any news about the art contest resuts?

Likely to be released before Friday, had to sort out some of the cheaters/AI generated stuff and some of my judges were busy over the Easter weekend. Will update you all in the thread though Smiley
I was thinking whether there are people in this forum who will qualify using sophisticated AI technology which is currently popular to become participants and participate in the Roobet art contest. big prizes usually make people tempted to do anything at all costs such as using AI.
But it looks like that won't be possible either because obviously that way is strictly prohibited and you are saying it now to vote to get rid of imposters/AI in this event, it's good that only talented and creative people deserve to be the winner.

I believe your team will select the winner correctly, even so sometimes I like to be curious to see who the winner is, even though I don't participate in this art contest, but often monitor the progress of contest events, I just enjoy enjoying someone's art.  Wink
It's good to know that AI is really not allowed, since before there's no restrictions about this.
Can't wait for the result, few hours left for sure many will enjoy their weekends because of the result.  Grin

a roobet museum with all the art would be interesting
physical and digital
maybe even minting NFTs mixing art and utility
This can be a good idea, let's see what's the future plan of Roobet with regards to this one since there's no details yet if this is true. Cheesy
854  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will the altcoin holders hang on until the bull run comes ? on: April 12, 2023, 09:49:38 PM
Being hyped seems to be the trend in cryptomarket, you’re not alone as many are trap as well with the other projects. With DOGE I think its price can recover, all you have to do now is to have more patience and learned from this mistake.

Elon is know for this kind of hype, you should already know this since you also have your own project and I’m wondering why you are still being hyped when in fact you should know what to do in the first place. Cryptomarket is full of hype, if you don’t know what you are doing better not to ride with any hype and stay focus on your own goal.
855  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you lose on slots? on: April 12, 2023, 09:22:26 PM
Losing is normal because this is gambling and slot games are purely based on luck.
Whatever kind of games you are playing, you always have to be more responsible in gambling because if not you might lose more and this could be more frustrating. Sharing your winnings might not be ideal though, some may not willingly accept your money or this might put you at risk especially in casinos since they might think you hit the jackpot, so I don’t believe on this and you can’t spread your luck so better to focus on your own.
856  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The hype ends ? on: April 11, 2023, 01:30:47 PM
There's no need for a hype with Bitcoin, it is the living proof of a better crypto.
It is not manipulated by any individual, though a big news can affects its price but in the long run Bitcoin will always prevail. What can you expect from Elon Musk? He's not a good guy and only promotes for his own benefit, imagine if you follow that hype and get trap again. Elon should be more responsible for doing such hype.
857  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Si CZ Na Tagapagtatag Ng Binance Ay Kinasuhan Ng CFTC on: April 11, 2023, 01:03:47 PM
Let the court decide and sabe nga nila, ignore the FUD.
Pero syempre need paren natin mag ingat kase panigurado, marame ang maapektuhan if ever. I hope Binance can settle this issue, nagkakaroon na kase ng Panic and alam naman naten na Binance is the top exchange so paano nalang kapag nag collapse sila.

I agree with this- let the court decide and wait for the evidence to be established. If napatunayan na may fraud or halong illegal measures na nagawa si CZ, then yun na yung magiging balita and that will remain a fact.

Maybe they will be like XRP na until now wala paren final decision, this can be a good opportunity if you are still bullish with BNB pero yes super risky nga nito. That agency will not file a case if there's no leak or walang nakitang anomaly pero let's see on how Binance will settle this issue.

For now, sa nakikita ko ay hinde naman apektado ang market kase si Bitcoin already reached the price of $30k and if na break pa nito ang resistance, panigurado bull market na ito. Don't just ignore the FUD, try to analyze ren and be on the safest side always.
858  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Metamask - new feature that detects scams on: April 08, 2023, 09:14:23 PM
To be honest I'm very impressed with the current developments in Metamask, because apart from the security features you mentioned, Metamask also has many new features such as swap and britge. I think in the near future there will be a lot of development by the metamask team.
This is indeed a good update and a big game changer, imagine being tagged as a scam wallet and freezes your crypto this can save a lot of users from falling into a fake wallet. What will happen though if your wallet being tagged as a scam? Are they going to release the crypto or seize it and airdrop it to the public?
No clear details on how they are going to this, though they should surrender the money into somewhere because it should not be their source of income, maybe they can return it to a legitimate victim of that scammer wallet, but doing this will require another work. Let’s see if Metamask is already prepared for this scenario, its good to be more secured though.
859  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tipping Dealers on: April 08, 2023, 09:03:28 PM
Is this the biggest tip ever recorded?
I can’t imaging how good the dealer is by giving such a car, for sure the player also won big money. I don’t always give a tip even if I’m satisfied about their services since I’m on a limited budget and I can’t afford to give away a money even if I won, not unless I hit the jackpot maybe it will change my mind.
860  Local / Pilipinas / Re: {Babala}: Mag-ingat sa P2P trading on: April 08, 2023, 02:22:26 PM
Eto siguro yung mga bumibili ng account para makapangloko, good thing hinde mo nerelease hanggat walang proof na binibigay.
Kahit PC naman ang gamit you can still send the screenshot and confirmation, mag iingat talaga tayo sa P2P and make sure na legit seller ang pipiliin naten, mas risky ito kapag ikaw ang unang magsesend kaya double check if tama ang details ng binance account at ng bank account nila, their trust rating also matters.
