And he's not right about the governments. Is Japan you could do a lot with BTC. In Switzerland you could even legally pay your taxes in some cantons with BTC.

My recommendation is to offer a service like @ preev -10% if you want to turn cash into BTC with tickets.
Because everybody could make unverified VCC with transaction limit of 250 euro and complete the transaction himself, without worrying about your funds source.
than you for your feedback. i don't think you can get a VCC for 2 USD (2 USD being the 2% fee i take for this service). Not those kind of VCCs used for PP verification. I meant you could easily have bitcoin debit card like Cryptopay.me, BitPay Card, SpectroCoin, etc. where you are selling your BTC in real time for EURO and can use the cards anywhere. |

How are new coins available on exchanges ? Who decide to put these coins on exchange ? What are the steps to put a coin on an exchange ? Are they some decentralized exchange where to put any new coin ?

Every exchange have different criteria. For example one are requiring donation of 1-2BTC, others are adding new coins by voting. Third required a donation, audit and voting. You could easily get a exchange specific information by Googling 'exchange name + adding new coin' |

When will the new xrp increase to $ 1?
big question mate and I think we will wait for much more time as we seen that in every attempt to pumped up big bag holders sell their coins so its been an up and down scenario and bitcoin is bullish so 1$ per xrp will depend on how the btc will stop and be steady for a while. I doubt if XRP will ever reach to $1. it got massive supply.. Yes, it may not reach $1 in next 1-2 years, but at least passed the drop from two weeks ago. As the situation doesn't look good at 3500 satoshi. Now it's getting higher and higher and I think Ripple will reach 8-10K satoshi in less than a month. |
