Well, ZEC is dropping 20% per day, probably will end up well below 0.1...
And the "big XZC dump" on Bittrex was about 1 BTC is size, hardly panic selling in the context of 50 BTC volume.
Maybe zero knowledge is just not cool anymore...

Currently only 3 ZEC are being mined and the price is dropping to 0.85... what will happen next week, or next month when there are 12.5 coins mined... I think you can divided the price by 4 as the mining cost will stay the same, but rewards will be 4 times higher, so price will be dumped by 75%. This is a terrible coin for investors... miners will keep on dumping and dumping. If you can short ZEC then you will make a lot of money, else don't buy it, maybe 0.20 BTC would be a good price, but I believe it can hit below 0.10 BTC... Really good advice! Thank you for this. |

As CryptoCoderz said, they will provide a bootstrap.
That means, that your client will sync faster (if the bootstrap is up to date of course)
It will be put normally in the %appdata% (Coinname) directory.

It definitely wasn't planned and although we did state it was going down we didn't state for how long. Sorry, just been an interesting past few days. You're not being rude, something happening like that with little information definitely justifies your feeling. We are continuing development. Thanks for your understanding. I like the project. Optiminer did a lot of work incorporating his optimizations in the wallet. Unfortunately the wallet with his optimizations crashes on Windows at the outset of mining and I don't have any reports of it working on Linux. Optiminer appears to have abandoned the attempt. So unless Optiminer objects, if anybody wants to try building on his work, I think it would be fair to split the bounty (20,000 HODL). I think getting it working on Linux 64 bit and Windows 64 platforms would be sufficient. Here's the pull request - https://github.com/HOdlcoin/HOdlcoin/pull/84and the repo with the optimizations - https://github.com/Optiminer/HOdlcoin/tree/2.0Thanks for the correction and the work you put in on this.
