841  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Could SocialFi be the new trend in crypto? on: September 20, 2023, 07:35:59 PM
Well, many "social crypto" projects until now were a complete disaster... I tried a few early projects, and they all ended up dead. So could SocialFi be the next trend in crypto it's a big question, I am not sure, all I can say is that I am a bit skeptical about that. But it's 2023, and things are not like they used to be.

I am open to new things, and I would like to see some examples of SocialFi sites, but in this article, I didn't see any sites. Can anyone share some SocialFi sites?
842  Economy / Economics / Re: Early Retirement [Pros and Cons] on: September 20, 2023, 05:54:03 PM
In my opinion, early retirement doesn't have cons... it's when you settle yourself for the rest of your life and you can do whatever you want to do. You can use some money for some fun and make more money, but when you are not desperate for profit you actually have more chances for profit.

But some people can't live a life without a thrill... and they don't wish/can't spend time with their closest ones, it's too much bothering for them, so they wish to be the "bosses" as long as they can. Well, I am not in that story... With early retirement nobody would find me, I would be in some mountain village! The less contact with people is an advantage.
843  Economy / Gambling / Re: COINS.GAME | THE MOST REWARDING CRYPTO CASINO on: September 20, 2023, 12:33:08 PM
Yes, I think a crash game is a skill and luck-based game at the same time while slots are purely a luck game. Let me explain why I think that. If you are looking for a 10x bet in a crash game, you should get one 10x bet in 10 bets on average. Sometimes a single 10x comes after 100 bets. So, if you do not place bets for 50 bets and there are no 10x bets, you can start placing your bet according to your target....

As I said, the crash is a bit different. But it's still a lucky-based game, and you can wait for 50 bets before you start placing bets... but even with that nobody guarantees that you will hit x10 after 100 bets, you can see 200 reds easily... and you will bust your amount and you will not have for 201 bet. Anyway, you could show your "skills & strategies" in the latest Coins.Game crash contest, what stopped you if it's more about skills than luck?!

...
And I don't have enough funds for gambling. I believe money management is very important if you gamble regularly. I should not exceed my gambling limit. I planned to invest $150 in gambling, which I did, and I did not want to try more and more to chase the big multiplier because winning is not guaranteed. Still, I am happy with the ending result.

Responsible gambling all the time! Smiley I always know how much I can spend on gambling... but lately, it's more troubling for me to find time for gambling than a few bucks for that.

PS: Today's prize is nice... Smiley

844  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Free spins are also a demo in disguise? on: September 20, 2023, 05:52:19 AM
...

It is only a rare case that people win in free spins because this is only meant to feel them to play their game and if ever you win there are still things you need to consider because casinos right now won't allow a withdrawal if you haven't reached their requirements and there are a wagering requirement that you need to bet money on before you can withdraw. But I have still seen people get lucky on free spins but it's not that much money but still you are lucky to win it.

There are some deposit promotions with +50,100,200 free spins (depending on how much money you deposit), and that can be a different story. But even with so many spins (I tried this kind of promotion more than once, in more than one casino) there are no guarantees that we will hit some big win or bonus round.

Lately, in many casinos free spins are for Pragmatic slots, and I can't play Pragmatic. It's silly when we get some free spins, but we can't use them... happened to me a few times already.

It seems the House games contest is more fun because it's kind of related to your skills and luck combination. While slot multipliers exclusively depend on your luck and there are no skills required to chase a multiplier. So, if someone is a slot game lover then it will be a good contest for them. But, people like me consider slot games as waste of money  Cheesy
...

So chasing and catching some higher multiplier in a crash game is a skill and luck, and chasing a higher multiplier on slots is pure luck? Smiley
I feel like you never busted your balance in trying to catch some higher multi in any lucky-based game... but I could be wrong. When it comes to crash, and only crash (not dice, limbo, keno, Plinko...), if you are patient enough you can see some higher multi, but if you don't place a bet on time you will miss it for sure.

House games or you would be interested in joining third-party slots multiplier?

Since I play under BTCGosu I am interested in all Coins.Game contest here on the forum. So I will try to compete whenever there is some contest from your side.
846  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When the fun stops on: September 19, 2023, 08:50:10 AM
...
It is entertaining, when you deposit say $100 and you can play for say an hour ....but lately $100 will not last you 10 or 20 minutes, because it is just one long losing streak.  Roll Eyes

Well, just burned +$80 on slots... I played less than 20 minutes, a few bonus rounds paid x10 max, and some big wins were higher than what I won from bonus rounds. But those long-losing streaks simply melted my amount... I stopped playing slots and I placed some sports bets with a few dollars left. Maybe I will have more luck with goals today.

It's entertaining as long as we play with money we can afford to lose... I like to play slots, but I know how cruel slots can be (and some other lucky-based games), so even though I hope to hit something big I am aware that I can easily bust my amount in minutes, literally. Especially if I get into "buying bonuses" mode!

Let's talk about the recent contest. Do you think others gave up when they saw your 450x+ multipliers? Of course not. I have successfully wasted about $100 chasing the 500x, and there were almost 2K bets without the 500x. I believe others also tried to chase it. Whoever loves competing in a contest always tries to chase the highest until they are on the loose. If I were in profit, I would try further.

It's more interesting when we can see other people's entries in real time... it's more exciting, we compete and we know what multipliers we need to stay in the race. I tried to catch x451, but I didn't have the luck to catch it, I don't have as much free time as I used to have before, and for some higher multies we need to be patient and wait for them.

Well, nice crash contest... I hope there will be similar contests with some other games as well! Smiley
848  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Cogitex really change the world? on: September 18, 2023, 02:58:41 PM
Let's ask an important question: can Cogitex really change the world?

What is Cogitex? Once again we hear "hop", but where is the jump? Big words usually end up with some disaster, so before "changing the world" try to bring Cogitex closer to people, let's see something "real"(jump) before we get crazy big ideas (before we hear HOP).

Good luck with your ambitious goals! Smiley

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5416178.msg62824467#msg62824467

So I got one big zero from 20 free spins at $0.2 bet... It takes a lot of luck to hit a bonus round or a bigger win through free spins! I claimed many free spins from different promotions, but I can't say I was lucky, maybe once or twice I had some significant wins. With just 20-30 spins I usually get 0 - 1$, which is nothing.
850  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Experience for new and old gambler? on: September 18, 2023, 07:28:47 AM
Well, I feel old... I remember those days, we called them "matchstickers".

You could always find them near the various markets, and bus/train stations. They work in couples and mostly scam people from outside the city. I didn't like this game, so I never played it. I started with betting on sports... in the beginning, we had just a few betting houses in the city. And that was nothing special, just one big room with one or two TVs, a small desk with some old computer and printer. Some of them had poker machines and one or two fruit slots.

I gambled on the street with friends, and for years I have been in crypto gambling... The conclusion is simple, gambling is gambling, and without some control, people can lose a lot and never recover. On the streets or online...

852  Economy / Gambling / Re: Whats happening with Betnomi? on: September 17, 2023, 08:26:44 PM
...
You just need to check the betnomi thread to see it wasn't exactly promoting rather than defending. And they can answer for themselves if they weren't ducking this thread. Like I said, funny how everyone is absolved of responsibility when it all goes wrong.

Well, I was active in that thread, and I had a good time playing poker on Betnomi with some other forum members... and it was the only place where I could play "Farkle". I take responsibility, I played there and I had some quality time, and I wrote about that... like many others. Their disappearance was a surprise for all of us here.

Nobody is "ducking" this thread, it's pointless to discuss it more... I think that only some serious legal action against the Betnomi team can finish this story. But who is eager to spend money on that? That's why crypto gambling is like a "wild west", we all gamble with crypto casinos.

....

I do not see it as an effective promotion if the main idea is to get feedback from those who take the bonus.
You can try to have review bounties with some requirement and better rewards for those who are willing to do honest review.
I have not explored your casino yet, but opening your site for the 1st time through mobile browser, I have to say that it looks good enough.

Well, I decided to not participate... I think there are some forum rules against such PMs. There is a "games and rounds section" for such giveaways and a "service section" for reviews.

The site looks good, and they have some nice promotions there, but they need to think about some better marketing...
854  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are You Tax Efficient With Your Gambling Habbits? on: September 17, 2023, 05:54:58 PM
So, question to you, did you ever consider paying taxes on your gambling winnings, or deduct the taxes with the losses you've created? If not, what is the reasoning behind it?

Well, my country is pretty relaxed for now, and I am not sure if there are some regulations about gambling winnings, except for the national lottery and those scratching cards that we can buy everywhere, but I am not touching them.

The US has some interesting laws, but I wonder how many Americans actually follow these rules... I doubt I will report myself and my gambling winnings just like that!

855  Economy / Gambling / Re: Whats happening with Betnomi? on: September 16, 2023, 06:19:00 PM
No one was paid to defend them
icopress was. Zero responsibility taken of course. Grifting in the crypto world must be the easiest job in the world.

Well, Ico was paid to promote them, not to defend them, it's a big difference... and through some promotions & bonuses, signature campaigns & sponsored events, we all promoted Betnomi, but all that was a positive experience we had while we participated in all of that attractive stuff on the site. Who could have guessed that they would disappear just like that?

It wasn't up to me or anyone from here that things went the wrong way... some of us lost more or less with this as well. From each of us, you could see many warnings about responsible gambling, and even we get into problems from time to time. Nobody is "bulletproof" here.
856  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can Chat GTP destroy poker on-line gambling??? on: September 16, 2023, 12:30:01 PM
Guys look @ GTOWizard's (The leading poker software) new product release. They're introducing a GTOWizard.AI, which can solve real time for the solution against any predicted strategy. A scary thought for people in online poker nowadays.

Well, nothing and nobody can be 101% successful in poker. Of course, if we are talking about "fair play", without peaking in other players cards. So I guess even this GTOWizard will make mistakes here and there, more or less... We are talking about poker here, I saw some crazy turns on the poker tables, so I am not sure how successful these AI bots can be. And to be honest, except for some big words and stories, I didn't see how these bots actually work, and where I can see that.
857  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Some of country can offer you legal gambling in 2023! on: September 16, 2023, 09:17:24 AM
...
What do you feel from this that gambling is less ethical?
at least put the link where did you get that list.

but at least consider to tell us which country do you live .

Well, the list is too short... many countries allow gambling, but not all gambling games and some countries are very relaxed when it comes to online gambling. I guess it would be pretty hard to make a list of all the countries and what is legal/illegal in each of them.

If gambling is entertainment and you risk only the money you can afford to lose then it's all "fun & games". We don't need to include ethics and morality if we enjoy doing something we like, with our own money!
858  Economy / Economics / Re: Tim Gurner wants Unemployment to increase. Employers have lost their power. on: September 16, 2023, 08:02:10 AM
The first comment under the video explains everything. I guess the numbers are different, in some countries this ratio is even worse:

Quote
Inflation: 6%
Wage increases: 3.7%

"Now work harder, slaves"

And looks like the pandemic and war in Ukraine didn't stop rich people from getting richer... in the past years their profits are hitting the roofs, but we "slaves need to work harder". And we need to drive less, apparently, my car produces more pollution than Jeff Bezos's 500 million-dollar yacht.
859  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto Casino... Fun or Not? on: September 15, 2023, 01:51:31 PM
You've got a good-looking gambling site, but I'm afraid I can't say much more because I'm not permitted to use your platform due to country restrictions. (I had to switch through multiple Tor circuits just to access the site.)

...

That's quite a long list. Hopefully, you can find a solution to this in the future.

This is a very long list of restricted countries... Serbia is one of them, and I can't access the site. Thanks for sharing the full list, I am sure it took some time for you to open the site. I don't like to joke about using a VPN just to play and deposit in a totally unknown casino.

Well, I think they should look for some solutions... if they wish more players to play on their site.
860  Economy / Gambling / Re: BC.Game-🔴🔴🔴BET RED IN CRASH!🔴🔴🔴 Find More Unique Games! on: September 15, 2023, 06:13:08 AM
I am currently going through a issue where BC. Games introduced Trading and since i actually do Binary Option Trading i did it for a bit i came up from 1$ to 170k in about a hour or two.

So you went from 1$ all the way up to 170 000 $ in a totally legit way without exploiting any rules or bugs? Seems highly unlikely to me. There are a lot of tutorials on this forum giving you information how to upload pictures/screenshots and please do this so we can all have some more background on this case.

Well, from $1 to $170K in about an hour or two is like a Sci-Fi movie... I doubt we will see any background! He can't log in now, and of course, he can't take any screenshots, very convenient. If this happened to me, to catch x170k somehow, on any game, on any site, I would immediately document it all... just in case, and certainly to brag a little.

And I am not sure I understand BC.Games have with trading and Binary Options Trading... What am I missing?
