841  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC for Bounty. Why do it? on: August 11, 2019, 08:03:25 AM
Why do some projects require KYC for bounty?  Is this a legal thing or is it a way to make sure they are not being scammed by bounty huntrs?  Are there jurisdictions which would require bounty to have KYC?  This is not a token sale after all.

Yes, that's not token sale as you said. however There's a good and bad side while submitting KYC for bounty hunters.

Good thing is the KYC process will eliminate bounty scammers from the list
bad thing is There is no guarantee what your data will be made to by those who receive your KYC data.

However, KYC must also be implemented using the same method as Token Sale, even though Bounty Hunters don't invest money there (but they invest with their work that promotes the project).
if the KYC mechanism differs between Bounty Hunters and Investors (for example, KYC Bounty Hunters with Google Form) I think this should be further investigated, even for good projects. because it is possible, bounty managers collect your data unilaterally and without the project developer knowing, then they (Bounty Managers) use your data for their needs.
of course in this case there are bad and good. the advantage of KYC for bounty hunters is, we can filter scammers from a project. however, the bad is, we cannot guarantee our data. yeah, that is the thing that is the most questioned. however, there is no compulsion in this case, it all depends on yourself. if you feel it's appropriate, it's better to do it.
842  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH ready to bounce back? on: August 11, 2019, 06:22:27 AM
the simple and very short situation needed for a good move from the ethereum in this situation also but it will not happening from a long period of time that's why every cryptocurrency struggling its development and also struggling to overcome again like the normal
Even though we say we need a good situation, we can only wait for it. ethereum is undergoing a period of development to date, so I think the price is also following the flow of bitcoin. in terms of eth-btc prices, eth prices are stable at prices of 0.019 to 0.022 btc. when prices can break through the barriers, I think the bounce back will start.
843  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH Right Now: Will Do A Bull Run Too? on: August 10, 2019, 09:52:43 AM
Yeah but unfortunately that does not seem to be the case, eth for some reasons still not able to pick up the pace, price has been stagnant for some time now even though there should be a decent rise in price alongside btc, same thing with other potential alts, everything is a stand still, lets see what August - December will bring, there is no fun in the market right now.
there has been no support information to date, so that the price of ethereum can pump. but, we really need to see developments that can occur in August-December. honestly I have prepared some eth in my competition so that the bull run is not late. Well, I'm optimistic about the ETH price issue, I'm sure the price could approach $ 400 or exceed before the end of the year.
844  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Gold? Which one you would choose to invest for long term? Why ? on: August 10, 2019, 08:39:54 AM
How long is your long term?

I would choose Bitcoin if its 5 years more or less. The longer the higher the risk with Bitcoin. If its 10 or 20 years, I would rather go for gold. It has been here for thousands of years, no way its value will perish in the next decade or two.

But then again, we humans have the penchant of putting ourselves in an unnecessary quandary we ourselves make. Indeed, why not go for both?
Yaps, at the very least, with both, we know which set will greatly benefit us. it's just that, I agree, when holding bitcoin for about 4 - 5 years, it might make good profits, and even faster than gold. I'm also more likely to choose bitcoin over gold in this case. apart from that, I will certainly still adopt gold, because it's very good for a longer period of time than bitcoin.
845  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥[ANN][IEO][MYO]🔥 MYCRO JOBS ANN Thread 🔥 on: August 10, 2019, 05:26:46 AM
Those tokens that were exposed at the last IEO were sold, but these are not all tokens. As far as I know, they plan to spend several more, such rounds. And I hope that these will be other exchangers.
I just heard this. maybe they have other goals why not all of their tokens are traded when the IEO was bitforex in the past. however, this project was already quite successful. when Mycro returns to the new market, it will certainly make this coin more valuable. I can't wait to see the progress in the next month.

847  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Imagine that you're new to crypto now on: August 08, 2019, 10:04:04 AM
when we are interested in something, of course we study it. whether it's from books, youtube, articles, or other news. we will look for information related to that. a few years ago I was new to the world of crypto, but now, I am quite used to this. continued learning is the thing that needs to be done.
848  Economy / Economics / Re: Crimes involving crypto have risen on: August 08, 2019, 05:49:49 AM
not only in the cryptocurrency crime in this world everything is increasing the crime rate so blaming the cryptocurrency only for the crimes will not give any solution for that so I think we need to make the clear decision before what we do this only makes everyone to be clear minded in the future.
if you look broadly, crime happens every day, even fraud outside crypto. when a security is not so tight, there will be an increase in crime, and it happens in all fields. in terms of cryptocurrency, I think indeed some fraudsters involve crypto for their crimes, but, having experience and information, can make us avoid it.
849  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC for Bounty. Why do it? on: August 07, 2019, 05:01:56 PM
Why do some projects require KYC for bounty?  Is this a legal thing or is it a way to make sure they are not being scammed by bounty huntrs?  Are there jurisdictions which would require bounty to have KYC?  This is not a token sale after all.
There are 2 main reasons for this :
1. Not to abuse bounty with other accounts.
2. Some ICOs restrict some countries and KYC is functional in this matter.
If you are against KYC, look for the advantageous ones among the bounties.
maybe many people think that giving someone our identity will be a threat. however, for some projects, I think it is quite necessary. of course sometimes there are regulations that make a project need to know who they are giving their tokens to, even if it's to the bounty hunter. Well, but it depends on the member, because basically we have full rights whether we will give our data, or not.
850  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trading Teaches Me New Patience And Experience! on: August 07, 2019, 12:28:00 PM
trading requires patience first and experience too i learnt patience when i stated trading because it was much needed for me to sustain in market and experience will also teach us daily and make us confident
for now, I have stopped trading. even so, I certainly learned a lot from it. of course the main point of trading is to be patient, and that is absolute. in addition, looking for information that can make pump prices also become another important point. Well, you could say trading can teach us how to do business quite well.
851  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I quit my job to do full-time crypto-trading. Made 12 BTC profit last month on: August 07, 2019, 09:38:42 AM
I love how you started this thread of yours, and it's an excellent way of telling that you could really make it Full Time in trading. It's incredible how you could really get into trading and manage your own. I'm inspired by how you were able to trade successfully in the past few months and hoping I would be able to do it too. Maybe with the right decisions and of course, the strict balance/risk ratio per trade. I think you need to be more disciplined rather than trading most of the time.

Will be monitoring this thread from now on. Great job.
making 12 bitcoin in one month is amazing. I think many people are trying to produce the same thing. it's just that, we sometimes have different opportunities. This indeed makes me even more excited, and I feel that using bitcoin for investment by holding it in is the best way for now. maybe to produce more bitcoin, we need to use altcoin.
852  Economy / Economics / Re: Is cryptocurrency help to expand the world business? on: August 06, 2019, 07:07:31 AM
Cryptocurrency surely helps with the world business, because for cross border transactions bitcoin is getting much used than the past. As a part of widening, the market is used by very few countries officially. Recently Japan has requested international businesses to push cryptocurrency transaction. This way Japan has been taking initiative in advancements of technology. This way can expect more countries to expand the usage of world business.
the transaction speed of bitcoin is certainly very important in the business world. when someone uses it for their business, the transaction becomes faster, and safer. besides in the world of transactions, it can also be used to expand our business throughout the world, because sometimes, the use of bitcoin facilitates payments from various types of countries. many things are the reason why bitcoin can expand the business world that we develop.
853  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should i quit on joining bounty campaign? on: August 05, 2019, 09:47:44 AM
so far, I feel that there are still enough bounties that deserve to be followed. the problem is we need to choose a project that is truly appropriate and good to support. that way, we can get a bounty that is worth. for now, I don't recommend that, unless you have another job.
854  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Waves will replace ethereum on: August 05, 2019, 06:49:05 AM
Since this topic is made until now I do not see a good movement for waves and as I've said that I'm not sure if waves will be the next version of Ethereum. It's very hard to see their platform
It’s been discussed before and until now ethereum is better than waves. Yes no movement for waves and more users still believe on the future of ethereum. So until now waves cannot replace ethereum.
for now, the development of the two coins is quite slow. although ETH is still above waves, waves certainly still have the potential to replace ETH. if the development of waves today is faster than ETH, I believe waves have the opportunity to be equal to ETH. it's just that, I see that the development of ETH is a little faster than the waves for now.
855  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does hard work in gambling count? on: August 03, 2019, 04:36:29 PM
More precisely not hard work but experience in the gambling game. Every game will be different, for example in poker. You can not only work hard in poker, it takes experienced people, namely in the form of strategy in order to win in every poker game.
in such cases, it is not the hard work used, but the strategy in the game. because of this, experience is needed. many people play gambling without experience, and that has a big risk. even when you work hard at gambling, the results won't be what you try.
856  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin, ETH, and XRP To Become Mainstream By 2024? on: August 03, 2019, 12:21:10 PM
It's going to be mainstream but I don't think it will be that early, we are still reading a lot of FUDS and arguments against Bitcoin and other top cryptocurrencies, so I don't think it's going to happen this coming 2024 although Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are always making headlines in mainstream media.
I think bitcoin has become mainstream right now. it's just that it might take time for ETH, and also XRP. although both coins are famous, the face of cryptocurrency is always known as bitcoin. when developments regarding bitcoin continue to be profitable and continue, it is likely that ETH and XRP will also become mainstream in the years to come.
857  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: LTC will hit 500++ on july 15 2019 on: August 02, 2019, 12:10:55 PM
I believe LTC prices will rise when the market recovers. in July, I think the market has not yet recovered, and is still stable at prices that exist at the moment. for now, I think the price will remain stable at $ 100, however, when prices start to recover, I'm sure the price can exceed $ 200 for the start.
858  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does gambling affect your overall lifestyle? on: August 01, 2019, 06:08:23 AM
Of course, there is an impact, you cannot go on having a great lifestyle buying all the things that you want and at the same time losing a lot of money from gambling, and you can buy all you want to travel to a place you've dreamed of if you won a big amount of money, it does have an impact.
it certainly will have an impact when you lose a large number, or win in large numbers. but, as long as I play gambling, I always lose, and that of course has a bad impact on my life. that might happen mostly to people around me. for now, I choose to monitor this, and see the effects that occur on people.
859  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is BNB the Next Bitcoin? on: August 01, 2019, 04:50:44 AM
l would like to draw your attention to the fact BNB can be best but don't forget it can not be more best than BTC. Why do people ask is BNB next Bitcoin? There is already BTC and it is enough. Personally, l don't need other BTC. It must be asked! I am shocked to see others don't know what is the difference between BTC and altcoins.
I agree with you. I also agree that BNB is one of the best altcoins at the moment, and it is a competitor for ETH, and other altcoins. however, I feel that BNB are too fast to be compared to bitcoin, in fact, even coins like ETH which are currently widely used, are still not good enough to compete with bitcoin. I am not sure that BNB can replace the position of bitcoin.
860  Other / Archival / Re: Is KYC benefit to crypto people or not on: July 31, 2019, 07:14:53 AM
Although some people protest against KYC because they feel they are been ripped off their identity for few pennies, KYC has got legal implications. KYC is a legal requirement from the governments especially when it comes to activities related to finances. It is through KYC that the government intends to track money launders, drug traffickers, terrorism funding etc.
well, many think that their data can be used for fraud or something. however, if it is for pennies money, I think people will oppose it. but, if it is a clear project, and of course it requires KYC because of regulation or something, of course it cannot be said to be a bad thing. however, nowadays KYC is quite important.
