841  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people use so many Bitcoin wallets? on: September 18, 2016, 06:43:47 PM
people use many bitcoin wallet because they wanted their bitcoin is stored securely, and therefore they have more than one bitcoin wallet. I think that's good

For the most part, they have no idea what they are doing.   There is no need for more than five for the normal person.
842  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO methods on: September 18, 2016, 06:42:12 PM
I have two notes:
- One person can't run successful project, you may hire some marketers and developers to work with you, this point depends on your budget as well.
- You should create a good bounty system, the bounty hunters will help you to advertise your project, but you should do some steps in order to avoid spammers.

Bounties are good, but this forum has way too many under-qualified scammers and those that boost themselves up and produce no results.
843  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BitStarz refusing to pay my 5 btc on: September 18, 2016, 06:40:13 PM
So why pursue it.  You are going to be one of the people that cannot accept what has happened and wastes even more time following the path that ends in "NO" yet again.

In the end there is nothing that you can do, continuing to go forward in this situation is only wasting your time.
844  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would you vote for a possible president that support Bitcoin? on: September 18, 2016, 04:07:03 PM
yes i would like to vote them but only for those who really honest will support bitcoin and bitcoin users

and not the candidate who only carry bitcoin world as their personal interests and only to increase their popularity

Yes, I would vote too. But I don’t believe a candidate would promise it because it needs agreements with many organizations that are against.

845  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to tell your Girlfirend about BitcoiN?? on: September 18, 2016, 04:05:20 PM
Girls are dumb and my girlfriend is super dumb, I tried to explain to to her twice or thrice but she never showed any interest or enthusiasm in knowing it better, so I decided not to waste my time in it.
I totally disagree with you. Some girls are more smarter than many boys.Dont stereotype all girls just because your girlfriend's IQ is low

My girlfriend is smarter than the most people in this forum.
I said her: BTC - or any other cryptocurrencie - is the future. We don’t believe in the current bank system. We can earn much money in some alt coins and We’ll enter, ok?
846  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where to Invest BTC? on: September 18, 2016, 04:02:36 PM
You could invest into trading where your return isn't based only on your actual luck, but it's based on your experience and goodness of your research too. Although more risky, you could invest into altcoin as well that may help your trading investment too.

Everyone Agrees with you.
Trade is one of the best ways to invest, because don’t depend on luck.
847  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: XAPO locked account! on: September 18, 2016, 04:00:17 PM
My account was verified, using it over a year+ now.

They just locked it and I have to provide the asked documents...

I had this problem one time, but when I verified my account they normalised my account
848  Other / Off-topic / Re: how bitcoin is popular in your country ? on: September 18, 2016, 03:57:40 PM
Bitcoin is not very popular in my country, because it's really hard to find people that using and know about bitcoin. Only 1-2 people know about bitcoin in my area.

Wow! Only 2 persons? Where I live the bitcoin is growing up and more stores are accepting crypto currencies -> http://www.negociecoins.com.br/lojas-aceitam-bitcoins
849  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: YoBit.Net - CRYPTOCURRENCY EXCHANGE & MultiCoin DICE - Free Coins every 1-24 hrs on: September 18, 2016, 03:52:07 PM
The prices on Yobit are low, in fact it is normal that it is low, but i don't expect the prices to stay that low in the coming 12 months or so... as more and more people are trading on Yobit
850  Economy / Services / Re: hire me to do your Computer Science homework and assignments on: September 18, 2016, 01:37:39 PM
I am offering to do assignments, homework, projects or any program in these languages: Java, Python, C, C++. I can also write simple programs in almost any other language.

Payment is 5-10% upfront, and rest as I finish the work with milestone payments.

Payment is only with bitcoin, and communication can be done over skype, email or telegram. Or inbox on here.

Message me with details and approximate budget.

I think your offer is good but local tutors are already available in our country so we can hire them and they can help do our assignments and school work.
851  Economy / Services / Re: NEED ICLOUD REMOVAL SERVICE FOR APPLE DEVICE on: September 18, 2016, 01:34:18 PM
So far I know it's not possible or you have to proof your the owner of the IPhone. Beware that websites that say to you they can remove the iCloud lock are mostly scammers. Apple can and will only help you when you can proof ownership. You can check easily if a device is iCloud locked before you buy it: https://www.icloud.com/activationlock/

I also agree with you that Iphone security is very strong and you cannot unlock a locked iphone. This is a reason the iphone which are icloud locked are too cheap as compared to phones which are not locked.
852  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: XAPO locked account! on: September 18, 2016, 01:30:56 PM
XAPO locked my account? WTF!

I have to provide a copy of my drivers license  and a proof of where I live!
Till then I have no more access to my Bitcoins...
I don't trade, only use it as a "saving account"

More people having these trouble?
I hope I'll have access quick and guess what I am going to do whit my coins Wink

You need to verify your details once to start using XAPO.  If it is locked due to incorrect PIN attempts then its easily recoverable by your Email.
853  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bank or Bitcoin Wallet? on: September 17, 2016, 01:06:20 PM
I believe that, despite  the fact  that btc wallets still have to  evolve a lot to attract more users,  I think it is already much  better option than banks, because the use of btc  wallets can give to us real control over  our funds and, of course , better security,  if you know  how to use it.

I Totally agree with you. Anyway, I use both banks and bitcoin. Each has its uses at the nowadays. and we cannot ignore anyone of them.
854  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: New U.S registered site - PowerBTC.com - let you earn 10% above mkt price. on: September 17, 2016, 01:03:12 PM
From the headlines it seems like another hyip ponzi scheme. But when some one mentioned that they were waiting for paypal to be paid out to them that just seems like a double fail. Roll Eyes

And now youve learnt something and hopefully you will apply it... All sites promising returns with the little or no risk at all have in most cases turn out to be scam...
855  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: New to alt coin trading, Help on: September 17, 2016, 01:01:21 PM
I am only speaking of the price that they are showing in the wallet software, but I doubt that it is much off from the real deal.  It's funny that on Pol the price is actually coming up on NXT itself.
I may be wrong, but I thought that all coins based on NXT were really NXT assets.  I could not find Burst through the NXT wallet and did not follow through, I was too busy then.  I am getting more into the coin and I will add more here when I get more info.
856  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stop fuckin' around, fork the son-of-a-bitch already. on: September 17, 2016, 12:59:18 PM
I know the idea of a hard fork scares people. Its fucking scary.
I honestly don't know how I feel about it, myself.
I've been watching the Etherium fork to see what will happen, but I think I still need more time to make my mind up.

Confirmation time is a big deal.
You are never going to get a physical store to accept a payment that takes close to an hour to confirm.
This means we are limiting Bitcoin to an online payment system. If that is what is intended, maybe its okay.
But if we want to move the system forward, maybe its time to discuss these other options.

If bitcoin doesn't evolve, it will go the way of the dinosaur.
I'm going to start investing a little bit of money in some of these other coins like Monero in case they end up being the next big thing, I guess....

Those people will by default fall onto the preexisting blockchain and if the other flies and that gets left behind and scuttled, they would have no idea until it is too late.
857  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: NEver keep all your coins on an exchange on: September 17, 2016, 12:57:23 PM
Online exchanges storing private keys, user info, and such.  There is never going to be an absolute secure situation, including the fact that even if a DB is unbreakable, there are the employees themselves that can walk away with information or whatever it is that they need.
858  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Windows 10 Integrated Bash/Ubuntu on: September 17, 2016, 12:54:29 PM
big question is whether the windows and bash clients will interact like separate network nodes

The bigger question is why turn Windows 10 into Windows 95  Grin

Video cards were the same way.  Windows 7, 8 and 10 seemed to deal with the driver issue better.  I think their take is to maintain a good set of network drivers in the install and that way any other driver can be gotten if need be.
859  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for escrow for forum account deal on: September 14, 2016, 01:39:14 PM

The escrow will keep the money until the transaction is completed. It’s better both of them know the escrow. So both of them need to trust in the escrow.

Here you can find some reliable escrows : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=855778.0
860  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for an escrow on: September 14, 2016, 02:19:55 AM
I can do it for you. I have already done some escrows transactions in the past but never created a special thread for that type of service.

What the transaction will you do?
If you want, you can take a look in the escrow list here ->  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=855778.0
Some of them don’t charge anything.
