It would be interesting to see Dwight Howard back in the NBA, perhaps on a different team. If he were to join the Warriors, I think it could greatly benefit them, especially in the paint. I understand that Howard is no longer in his prime, but his experience and attitude as a player could bring a high level of energy to the team. He wouldn't necessarily need to play heavy minutes, as they already have Looney who can consistently do the job. Howard could serve as a valuable backup.
As far as I know, the Warriors have been exploring the possibility of signing a reserve veteran big man for a few weeks now, and it looks like Howard could be a good option for them. The meetings in the Warriors' front office will definitely be very important for Howard because if he really wants to return to the NBA, he should accept all the terms and the role in the team that will be offered to him. |

Ну что, вынес решение центробанк. Подняли с 12% до 13% ключевую ставку. Весело рублю будет. Россияне "вздохнули с облегчением". Кредиты ипотеки всякие... Да и вообще экономика страны. А еще и прогноз по инфляции подняли. Ту так и хочется сказать рублю, "дурень бросай ружье, да всплывай". Надеюсь понятно о чем я  Сейчас ЦБ волнует только инфляция и Набиуллина в очередной раз отметила, что они не видят рисков для финансовой стабильности из-за курса доллара. Кстати, если раньше ЦБ резко поднимали и опускали ставку, то сейчас они намекают на то, что собираются удерживать ставку на высоком уровне в течение продолжительного времени. Вероятно, весь следующий год средняя ставка будет в районе 12-13% или может быть даже выше. |

Кстати как они будут продавать, через биржу или через отс - не известно Исходя из этой статьи, отмечу еще несколько моментов: 1) FTX разрешено продавать активы, за исключением BTC, ETH и "определенные инсайдерские токены" еженедельными партиями через инвестиционного консультанта. Будет установлен лимит в 50 млн баксов в первую неделю и 100 млн баксов в последующие недели, затем лимит могут увеличить до 200 млн баксов с одобрения суда. 2) BTC, ETH и инсайдерские токены могут быть проданы после 10-дневного уведомления комитетов и попечителя (Министерство юстиции США). 3) Информация о продажах будет ограничена конфиденциальностью и будет доступна только узкому кругу лиц, при этом публике будет доступна отредактированная версия. 4) Продажи могут быть приостановлены в том случае, если будут письменные возражения со стороны комитетов и попечителя. 5) FTX могут заключать соглашения о хеджировании с использованием BTC и ETH с предварительного одобрения комитетов и могут использовать их для стейкинга. 6) Токены FTT не могут быть проданы без дальнейшего разрешения суда. |

I thought when they had Wiseman that they had a chance to win another one but I don’t think an old CP3 is going to put them over the top. I think they need a big man who can shoot.

Очень сомнительное решение менять название на созвучное FTX  Когда впервые увидел эту новость, то так же вспомнил сразу же про FTX. Впрочем, сама биржа видит это иначе и в этом анонсе подробно рассказывают, почему сменили название именно на HTX. Если вкратце, то H означает Huobi, T - TRON, а X - биржа. Если же рассматривать HTX через сочетание HT и X, то HT - это токен платформы, а X символизирует биржу. Помимо этого, X - это римская 10, что является данью уважения к 10-летию биржи. |

Like what's the "materially reduced role" mean in terms of minutes? I hope they don't mean it like star players just on the court doing basically nothing just so they can be considered as "playing".
Most all-star players are interested in making their personal stats better. So, I doubt that there will be cases when an all-star player stays on the court and does nothing. IMHO, this rule should have been added a long time ago, and I think many fans would welcome it. I believe there have been many situations where fans have bought expensive tickets to a game in hopes of seeing their favorite player but were frustrated because that player just rested on the bench or wasn't present at the game at all. |

I also have a rather large amount of WOF spins to use but I don't know if it's the right moment or not. Actually I think BTC can go lower in the coming weeks or couple of months. It will be sad if it's the opposite because I will certainly need to wait for a longtime before BTC go back again under 26k if it starts to bull run, but when the amount of WOF is a bit large it make a real difference when the price is higher or lower.
Since BTC failed to rise above $30k, I don't think there will be any bullish trend in the near future. Besides, as you may already know, FTX will start selling its assets beginning September 13th. The problem is that they have quite a lot of BTC($560 mln) and other cryptocurrencies, and it can definitely have a negative impact on the price of BTC in the medium term. So, it's hard to choose the right time to use WoF spins now, especially if you have a few thousand spins. |

Но по факту пока только убрали Тинек, Сбер и Альфу из Р2Р. И не факт, что это навсегда. Помнится, был лимит 10тыс евро на депозит для ру пользователей. Сейчас с депозитами все ОК. А ведь когда ввели тот лимит, только и разговоров было, что Бинанс в России VSE.
Имхо, но как я уже ранее говорил, Сизый пытается усидеть на двух стульях и лишь делает вид, что соблюдает санкции против пользователей из РФ. А вот на новости о том, что ЦБ обсуждает ограничение возможности трансграничного движения рубля (что, по сути, снизит и уровень его конвертируемости), рубль неожиданно сегодня отвечает укреплением. Видимо, перспективы жёсткого регулирования как-то обескураживают. Рубль уже укрепился до 96,25. А ещё совсем скоро узнаем, что там решили делать с ключевой ставкой. Думаю, программу удержания курса рубля ниже 100 будут обновлять любыми способами до весны, так что, наверное, будет ещё много неожиданных решений. Сейчас есть сразу несколько факторов, которые так или иначе влияют на курс доллара. Это и предстоящее решение цб по ключевой ставке, и обсуждение новых ограничений на движение капитала, и высказывания некоторых чинуш по поводу дальнейших действий. К слову, курс доллара сегодня падал вообще до 92,44 рублей на фоне высказываний Путина на ВЭФ. Скорее всего, ты прав в том, что они будут продолжать манипулировать курсом и пытаться удержать его ниже сотки как минимум до выборов, т.е. до весны. |
