841  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: As an undergraduate, is it advisable to invest my trustfund in Bitcoin? on: August 10, 2023, 01:41:00 PM
That sounds quite risky, especially given your status as a student without a stable income. I would recommend an alternative approach. Instead of investing that money, why not explore online work opportunities that offer payment in Bitcoin? This way, you can mitigate the risks associated with investment and simultaneously invest by holding onto what you earn. It's a form of investment in itself.
842  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do anyone have done this? with gambling platforms on: August 10, 2023, 12:50:12 PM
I think actions like that, triggers KYC verification..... so the best way to prevent that, is to stay on the platform and to withdraw smaller amounts. Just keep playing small amounts constantly and withdraw small amounts occasionally.

If there is one thing that casinos hate most, it is players withdrawing large amounts of money .... no matter if it is after a huge win. They will spin that "KYC" nonsense... but it is just delay tactics to get you to stay longer and to gamble it back into their bankroll.  Roll Eyes

I agree with you, as long as a user doesn't tries to withdraw any large amount of money he/she will never have to do any type of KYC verifications. The casinos only want KYC verification from the users who are known to withdraw thousands of dollars, and if someone limits their daily withdrawals to smaller amount then they don't need to go through KYC verification at all.
I have reservations about that being safe. If you happen to win a substantial amount of money, it will undoubtedly be noticeable in your account balance. Even if you opt to make small withdrawals on a regular basis, the system will likely perceive your actions as consistently withdrawing without placing any bets. Therefore, it's reasonable to assert that if your goal is to achieve a significant win at a casino, you must be prepared to fulfill the KYC  requirements

I also believe that the gamblers should try their best to avoid any bonuses of free bets as they require very high amount in wager which is unlikely to happen for most of the gamblers. A better way to start gambling with those casinos is to avoid such bonuses and free bets at any cost possible.
First and foremost, we are already aware of the wagering requirement and its corresponding rules. If we agree to those terms, there should be no issues or complaints when we're required to meet those requirements in order to enjoy our winnings. This is simply a fundamental aspect of the process.
843  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin best option to invest on: August 10, 2023, 10:08:33 AM
It's good to invest in bitcoin but let us remember that it's a virtual and any money and profit we make in bitcoin should be directed to establish another business that will be seen physically and be managed physically.

As investors, it's necessary for us to understand how to manage risk. Some of us here use money from our businesses to invest in crypto, while other investors make money in crypto and use some of their funds to start businesses. The point is, having multiple businesses or sources of income is always better than focusing on a single investment alone. As an investor, I understand that putting all our eggs in one basket is very risky, so it's necessary to diversify our funds effectively across different investments.

Moreover, investing in crypto does not guarantee a profit; it's akin to gambling where the outcome is uncertain. Therefore, we shouldn't rely solely on this and think of it as a surefire success. It's crucial to consider the possibility of failure.
844  Economy / Gambling / Re: Using ToS against users normal? on: August 10, 2023, 09:22:28 AM
it is an dishonest behaviour and can also be said to be a breach of an agreement.

Might be honest, but I doubt it will link to a breach of agreement. You know that gambling sites are very smart; they would always ensure that the TOS are always in their favor, so I don't think they will put themselves in a situation that will attract lawsuits. Now it will boils down to the debate of reputation as there are gambling sites that operate legally at yet they don't have a good reputation.
I know that casinos are smart and they will not put themselves in a situation that will endanger their activities in the eyes of the law. Are you suggesting that casinos will have a clause such as this in their ToS; The company is liable to change any of the above Terms of Service at any time even without the consent of their customers. If there be a clause like this, it therefore means that the casinos are free to change their terms of service at their discretion.

Liable is not the right term; it should be 'reserves the right to change any of the above terms...'. However, a regulated casino can only change its terms if it's lawful or would not violate the guidelines of a license provider. Therefore, there's nothing to worry about because as long as it's legal, it's usually right.
845  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Imagine life if there was know bitcointalk like this forum on: August 09, 2023, 03:43:44 PM

I no so many persons has other major sources of income aside from this forum while some persons depends on the forum to earn a living, so tell me if there was no forum like this how things would have been for you?, I love learning so I'm always here to learn so please share your knowledge and views.

I believe that when this forum was created, it did not attract users with the intention of earning from using the forum. Forums are typically created because people enjoy discussing ideas on a specific topic. Since this is the Bitcointalk forum, it primarily focuses on discussions related to Bitcoin. As time went on and the forum grew in popularity, it naturally expanded its scope to include discussions about altcoins.

As the forum gained popularity, it caught the attention of many companies and projects that wanted to advertise here. Active members began to benefit from these opportunities. However, it's important to remember that the benefits we receive here are privileges and they could be discontinued at any time. Nevertheless, if you genuinely love the forum, you would likely continue to contribute even if you weren't benefiting financially from it.

You seem to be implying that making money through bounties, advertisements, signature campaigns, and similar methods is the main focus. However, I want to emphasize that these are secondary to the knowledge we gain here. The information and insights we acquire are valuable assets that can lead to success in investing and trading. Therefore, even though there's a risk involved, being knowledgeable is worth it.
846  Economy / Economics / Re: Am I a bad person if I manage to avoid taxes? (Hypothetical question) on: August 09, 2023, 02:56:28 PM
So, my legitimate question is, after all the robbery, a person, who doesn't pay taxes, is a bad person for the society or not? More likely I want to get answer from those whose countries have a model similar of European healthcare and employment insurance.

Yes, not paying taxes is illegal. If people do not pay taxes, the government's stability would be compromised. Let's not forget that taxes are the lifeblood of a country. We must acknowledge the reality that as employees, we cannot avoid paying taxes, as our income is readily visible and declared by our employers. Although everyone is required to pay taxes, business owners have a more advantageous position than employees. They can manipulate their financial records, avoiding detection for tax evasion, as long as they understand how to navigate the system.

In accounting principles, there's a concept known as tax avoidance, which is legal and mainly benefits companies, rather than employees.

847  Economy / Economics / Re: Big companies will never let you have the financial freedom on: August 09, 2023, 01:31:36 PM
We can only enjoy freedom if we have anonymity; that's supposed to be what crypto would bring into our life, complete freedom. However, with the advent of regulation, cryptocurrencies are not fully anonymous anymore, as coins are regulated through exchanges and companies that facilitate transactions.

It's not the big companies that are to be blamed, as they are just following what is mandated by law; it's the regulators, it's the government that should be blamed for the loss of freedom.

If we are aiming for full freedom, these should exist:

-Blockchain
-Decentralized exchange
-No government intervention.

849  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [don't have such a mindset] Bitcoin accumulation/investment not a competition. on: August 08, 2023, 01:12:29 PM
We are proud of investing in Bitcoin, but we can never say that it will definitely yield more profit or success in the future. When we talk about investment, there's always an inherent risk involved. What we are betting on here are its chances to grow in the future, which could be influenced by a multitude of factors. More good news might lead to success, but what if the situation turns the other way around? That could certainly result in failure.

That's why it's never guaranteed to be profitable, and we should never convince someone to invest in Bitcoin solely based on its potential for profit. It's essential to discuss the risks as well, so investors are well-informed that there's risk to manage. Once they understand the risks and potential rewards, they can make a responsible decision and won't blame anyone if their journey doesn't go as planned.
850  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: August 07, 2023, 07:55:59 PM
The Lakers giving Anthony Davis $186,000,000 with a three year extension seems a bit insane given how much time he has missed. He’d better start staying healthy for the amount of money they’re giving him. 62 million dollars when he only plays about 50 games in a good year seems like like overpaying. I sure hope that contract doesn’t come back to bite them.

Anthony Davis is eligible for the maximum contract extension with that huge worth. Therefore, if the given contract is probably below, Davis might just spend the remaining 2 years on his contract and then consider leaving. What the Lakers do is secure him early despite being an injured prone.

In fairness to Anthony Davis, he's the only player I know that even an injury prone, he can unleash his monster performance right away after returning to play.

Referring to his last season performance, Davis was able to keep his average percentage after being sidelined for several games.

Yeah but the NBA is a contract cap league not like the major league baseball league.  Meaning if AD is injured the Lakers won't have any room to sign anyone else.  They are locked into Lebron and AD and both are older and on the downward trajectory of theor careers.  They will sell seats but they aren't going to win anything with old dudes sucking up all the cap room.

The Los Angeles Lakers are obviously not new to the business and they know how to handle anything about cap space.

They also know the consequences of giving huge contracts to their players. These guys are professional.

Anthony Davis is also not new to them being injury prone but as I mentioned, Davis is proven as "always consistent" playing even after an injury. We can't compare him to other players that once experience being injury prone, the performance will also deteriorate and a result, these players are ended up in different teams.

And no, they are not locked or the team is only about just LeBron James and Anthony Davis. Please refer to their performance on the last revamp they did on their roster in the late season. Just came up short in the playoffs but the chemistry is there. Remember that the Lakers are not even expected by the majority to enter the playoffs last season but that was changed after the last revamp, and it's not because of LeBron and Anthony Davis carrying the team.

I very much agree. The latest revamp proved that the Lakers can be more competent as long as they can synchronize their moves and then we have Austin Reaves who showed a sudden improvement as he can now attack a perimeter, what more if D'Angelo Russell was more confident in shooting beyond the arc. It was good but it's not enough that is why this season, they are looking for an improvement that is why they just added one player to their roster and then we have Davis going back as a power forward.

Lakers just aren't that good enough to bang with the top teams.  Bron and Davis one year older doesn't help the cause.  And with more tape on austin reaves I think his trajectory will flatten out, he isn't going to magically end up as a top 20 guy in the NBA.  dude is a decent piece would be great on a top team coming in off the bench.
Well, I couldn't agree more. Lakers are trying to get their young players to be stars but it is just not that easy. I like Austin Reeves and he is indeed a decent player but I feel like Lakers' plan is relying on him and other young players, and it is too much. AD's contract is insane in my opinion. I would bet big money that he will get injured again and can't contribute to championships. I know the recent budgets and 60m is not actually that much high as it is used to be, but still, I'm almost sure he is going to be injured. It is a huge risk to sign him this much.

Quote
They are locked into Lebron and AD and both are older and on the downward trajectory of theor careers.
This is so true. It cannot get better. I don't understand what Lakers are doing and what are they thinking for the next 2-3 years.

Nah it's too soon that AD will get injured and cannot contribute to the championship because the season haven't even started yet and discussing about them going to the championship rounds is a bit premature for now. Knowing AD, he is likely to get injured and that will not get out of his system just like KD, but both stars are known to make a comeback and will be utilized in the playoffs to help the team in their run unlike any other players that after injury, there's not much to expect because their play is not that the same anymore.
851  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo Alvarez vs Jermell Charlo - September 30th in Las Vegas on: August 07, 2023, 07:16:11 PM
Yeah, he could be up there with Julio Cesar Chavez Jr as one of the greatest Mexican fighter or at least in the modern era if he wins his 3 fight deal with PBC. However, I don't know if you will agree with me, but it seems that Canelo is on a decline, starting with a lost to Bivol and then his last fight against John Ryder in Mexico, he was not impressive, causing some fans to question if he still has it or not.

So this fight is very important for him, maybe if he is on the decline, he could still win in a narrow score in the judges score card. But if he chooses a taller and natural 168 lbs in Benavidez, it might be his another L, in my opinion.

Isn't Canelo team docking Benavidez?  The main reason is that Canelo team has no confidence that their boxer will win against Benavidez.  They wanted to maintain Canelo being the cash cow and don't want to spoil their means of getting money.  If Canelo fight Benavidez and got KO'ed or got a controversial win, then I believe the popularity of Canelo will suffer and it is obvious that it will affect their cash cow's capability to bring more money .  This is also the reason why they are prioritizing smaller boxer to fight so that they can have a bigger chance of winning and continue to make Canelo their source of huge funds.

For now it looks that way, but there are speculations that the 3 fight deal that he signs with Al Haymon included a fight with David Benavidez, so it's early to call that he docks him. According to Canelo, Benavidez doesn't have any in his resume that interest Canelo to fight for him. But maybe later, or as what the news says, Benavidez is rumoured to be fighting Andrade next.

So maybe if Benavidez win and then Canelo beat Jermell Charlo, they could set up a fight in Mexican Cinco de Mayo next year. So we will see, Canelo is really looking for this big payday fight in his 3 fight deal.

Is Dmitry Bivol included in the 3-fight deal that Canelo signed with Al Haymon? Because I'm not that sure if Canelo is still making a move for that one as it seems that the discussion between them has gotten cold now and already fell into pieces as Bivol's camp are in the silent zone as well. So anyway, a fight with David Benavidez is what I wanted to see in the future and hopefully there will be no excuses like the kid is not yet on that level to become rightful to fight Canelo because that just doesn't make any sense. And if Canelo will try to delay that fight, I hope he knows that the advantage is gradually transitioning towards Benavidez as there's no high hopes anymore for Canelo if he's already a year or two older than his age now.
852  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tyson Fury vs Francis Ngannou Boxing October 28 on: August 07, 2023, 06:42:18 PM
The latest news is Mike Tyson agreed to train Ngannou in his up and coming fight against Tyson Fury, he followed his promise that he would train Ngannou if he had a boxing match coming and this is it, Ngannou had a big knock out punch if Mike can train him to polish his boxing skill and put a good timing in his punches he has a good chance of beating Tyson Fury.

https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/boxing/mike-tyson-fury-francis-ngannou-30621303

With all due respect to Tyson (I hope I'm wrong), he has little to teach Ngannou. It's like Usain Bolt training Ngannou to run faster. Tyson is unique, and what he could do is not suitable for others, I highly doubt that Ngannou will be able to repeat those combinations with closing the distance or any of those Tyson punches. Although if he builds a strategic plan for Ngannou and he adjusts it to his physical capabilities, then the chances will appear.

I think that is not the plan because we both know specially them as the much experienced fighters that each boxer/fighter have their own style and power which can be incomparable if ever they will try to imitate someone like Mike Tyson just because of the fact that Ngannou will be fighting in the same division.

Tyson will surely not teach Ngannou to move like him but instead he will give some points to consider how to fight and behave like a boxer in the ring because the latter is not a boxer in the first place. It will be a big thing because Mike can still teach a few old tricks that can be useful in certain situations while fighting Fury in the ring. Also, stamina conservation will be a big factor.
853  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Regis Prograis vs Devin Haney on: August 07, 2023, 06:19:47 PM
Weird. We have more votes for the defending champion Regis Prograis rather than the undisputed champion Devin Haney. Do you guys want to see Devin Haney lose or do you just believe that Regis lands his powerful punches?

I am bored with Haney's fighting style and he is supposed to lose against Loma. Now he is avoiding a Loma rematch, avoided his mandatory on Shakur, and avoided the real lineal champ at 140, Teofimo Lopez.

Regis had a bad night in his last fight and if he performs the same way again, Haney will have an easy time outboxing him. Still, I believe Regis knows he needs to perform better this time. I won't be surprised if he hits Haney with his signature awkward but powerful punches, this is the only way to beat Haney. If he cannot hurt Haney then he will lose his belt.

It's somehow debatable that is why we are seeing a mixed votes between the two champions, but for me, I chose Regis Prograis to win by a way of KO/TKO. I know that Haney does have an impressive style specially in his defense and counter punches but he doesn't have that much power to KO an opponent and certainly I don't believe that he can do it against Regis which is also an experienced boxer and had the same bouts as him. Now if Regis can utilize his power and speed, I think he got more chances in this fight compared to the upcoming challenger, Devin Haney.
854  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: August 07, 2023, 04:42:29 PM
...
Also, the PPV numbers, could it generate more than the recent Spence vs Crawford fight?
No way mate! Let's bet. Cheesy Many casuals already understood that their idol Jake Paul is not that special after losing his first fight against a real boxer. Although they have no idea that Tommy Fury is not even a top 20, very raw and clumsy so some might believe Paul's statement that he improved and that he is a real prospect to become a world champion. So maybe this can reach 500k PPV buys.

The undercard is not that exciting either, it's a mismatch. Amanda Serrano clearly beat Heather Hardy years ago so at 41 she will lose worse than their first match. My PPV buys prediction in this event is 300k and I'm already generous with it as this could be much lower.

I would have to agree that this fight is not even getting close to the numbers that Spence and Crawford did. It is the second biggest fight of the year, it's a professional fight. As compare to Nate Diaz vs Jake Paul who is purely for entertainment as this is just a exhibition match and most likely they are just here for the money.

And if might not end good for Diaz, going to be competitive in the first 3 rounds. But after that, Paul's will take over as per his experience in boxing. Maybe less than 500k PPV buys for me.

Yup, there are no high expectations about this event specially about their figures that somehow it will be comparable because majority of the people knew that the results are already clear enough even before the bell rang and as expected, it did happened where Nate was defeated and Jake Paul won and it is not that surprising anymore because Jake Paul can only defeat MMA fighters who are transitioning to the sports of boxing.
Next up is their rematch inside the cage and I seriously hope it will happen just like what was said days prior.

I didn't watch the fight. Pretty sure I had more fun yesterday watching Gerard Butler's action movie, Kandahar. The fight is nothing special, it's only good for the casuals who haven't seen or heard the real fights like Crawford and Inoue earlier. The undercard would've been a good show if only they picked a better live opponent. Jake Paul tried hard entering the arena riding a tank. Cheesy

But I'm just glad Nate is finally getting his well-deserved pay. I heard he is about to get paid $10 million for that event. I wish he just choke Shake Paul until he gets unconscious but I knew it won't happen as he might not get his purse. As for the rematch in MMA, I highly doubt it. It's only marketing in order to draw interest to people that there is a rematch under MMA rules. No way Paul is going to do it against an MMA legend. Maybe Paul is willing 5 years from now, at that time Nate is too inactive and old.

There's not much to see in the first place Grin Just two good actors fooling the crowd while collecting their paychecks at the end of the event. Sadly, that figure you mentioned is just too high from what did Nate Diaz got from that fight because in this article, it was said that Nate was just given a guaranteed $500k (PPV not included) while Jake Paul brought home $2 Million. On the bright side, that is 150k more from Nate's last fight against Tony Ferguson in the UFC as he was just given $350k at that time.
855  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: August 06, 2023, 08:31:19 PM
Ricky Rubio announced his stepping out from professional activity to take care of his mental health. So, the World Cup is coming and he'll be out there for sure.

Does this means that it's possible that he's also going to be out of NBA and won't play for the Cavs when the regular season starts if he's not yet okay?

Nah, I don't think he'll give up his NBA career, it's a bit early for the 2019 FIBA MVP to give up this early. I mean that's his bread and butter right there and his passion as well. If he thought skipping the FIBA world cup could bring goodness to his career, pretty much everyone in the same shoe will do the same. It's also good for his mental health that the Spanish team respected his decision.
He should be more ready in the coming season so he won't lose but improve his value, otherwise he's going to disappear unnoticeably like the other role players in the NBA, since he's actually close to it after recovering from an injury he was struggling real hard when he have rejoined his team in the middle of the season.
Looks like that he's really going to give up the professional career that he's been with. Yes, it's his bread and butter but for how long he's been playing and working.

He's one of the youngest professional basketball player that I've seen. I even remember some of those moments when he's making the news for playing that young on FIBA.

He's got a lot of achievements already, if I'm him, I'll be fine with those and will take care of my mentality.
He may never return depending on the severity of his mental health. Wasn't Ben Simmons out for mental health for awhile? Hasn't been the same since.

We're in the same page because Rubio is now 32 years old and given that he'll just be gone for a while (which is still not sure) will not make a difference because he is already going towards the sunset of his career and so I think his decision is already for good, and that his days in the court playing professionally is now over.

It's not that bad because he had a good run and achieved so many things while playing in FIBA and NBA. He should just take his time to spend with his family and to take care of himself physically and mentally.
856  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Greed can cause a lost bet, (true or false) on: August 06, 2023, 07:55:36 PM
Greed is something that is usually very difficult for gamblers to endure. Usually our feeling always says "A" but because of greed our choice changes to "B" either because the reward is bigger or for other reasons. But actually if we can control our greed for our choices, it can save us from bad choices, even though it's quite difficult, but actually we can train ourselves to control our greed. If we get used to restraining ourselves, I don't think greed will control us anymore.
Greed is one of the worst thing that could happen to any gambler, we just have to relaxed and deal with our challenges other than run from them. Most gamblers in the space exhibit greed; there is nothing we can do to totally eliminate it, but we can supply remedies to help lower it to a minimum standard. It is steadily depleting gamblers and making more room for account liquidation. Greed has caused many gamblers to miss out on huge earnings from the system, as they are usually hesitant in their activities and make sure they have everything in order before ending playing for the day.

It's not even debatable whether if greed can cause troubles or not because that is situational and it depends how you handle it, and not to let greed to handle you. And to start with, greed is already with us even before we start on betting specially after the fact that we are there to make money while entertainment comes second.

What I want to say is that greed can sometimes be your friend because having greed is somewhat the same as having a gut but again, don't let it drive you as that will really put you in a situation that you never wanted. No need to eliminate it as greed is just like luck, you never know when will it hit you.
857  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: It's safe to say - gambling is a guy thing. on: August 06, 2023, 06:58:52 PM
There's no gender validation in gambling as long as the player is capable to play, understand how does the gambling works and have a money that would like to get entertain anyone is open for gambling reason why some soeaking only for men is because men are the one who more practically playing gambling. It depends someone men are the more way risk takers otherwise woman are the wiser and more in money we cannot remove this perspective's always happening. At the end it's all about the money for the casino and satisfaction for the players.

We cannot really say that men are more risk takers because that is quite debatable specially to the women that would loved to argue about this topic  Grin kidding.
Let's just put it in a way where gambling is a gentleman's sport. Nobody said that it should be played only by male but it is a place and entertainment where most participants (gamblers) are male, female are more than welcome as well but somehow I cannot deny that it would be weird as it's kind of unusual to see a female gambling in a room full of alpha males.
858  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A person who won 600k$ in lottery on: August 06, 2023, 06:19:02 PM
~snip~All of us who gamble dream about some crazy big win, but... but... we need to be real here. Big wins happen, but not so often, and for sure not for every one of us.

Only those who are lucky can get big wins. But look how many players are competing for big wins. there are very few chances to win big. Someone who won $600k would have used the profits for the rest of their life. Just bet a few dollars and he won a $600k lottery, it's unbelievable but it's true. It's very rare for players to get that big. I hope he can enjoy his big win and not put it all back into gambling.

Winning such a huge amount is one in a million chance and it rarely happens. It's hard to win that prize even if you got all the luck in the world so if ever you'll be given a chance, you have to be wise in spending because to be honest, no matter how big the prize that you might have, you could still lost everything in just a short time if you will not use the money wisely.
No matter how billions you may take, if you will allow everyone around you to abuse you and you will not manage your finances wisely, you will still end up losing everything.

Quite easy to say because we are not in their position, I mean we can surely say stuffs like they should do this and that instead of doing this but in reality, there is a big chance that you will be overwhelmed and at that same moment, you probably don't know what will be your next move anymore because your brain is already exploding with ideas that you should do this first before doing that. In the end, money and time was wasted.

Furthermore, of all the people that was lucky enough to win a jackpot prize, most of them haven't had the time to think what should they do because in the first place they were not ready for that situation and that just make it more complicated.
859  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA World Cup 2026 :Canada/Mexico/United States: Discussion Thread on: August 06, 2023, 05:55:48 PM
I know about that case. I have seen documentary films of it and I must say USA authorities alledgedly also were at fault as well. It is said that the oldest brother was a CIA asset who was promised USA citizenship (so he could compete in the national boxing team, or so) and after doing what he was told by his handlers, he did not received his citizenship.

So he decided to take revenge by involving his little brother in that horrendous attack.

Do not misunderstand me, there is no nation which security is perfect but the United States have learnt much in these lastest decades.

Americans have this habit of poking their nose in all these third world nations, rather than minding their own business. As a result, sometimes they face unintended consequences such as terror attacks. I was trying to say that sports events in US do have risks associated with them. And this one is such a massive event, which will see millions of fans travelling to the United States. Qatar managed the security quite well last time, partly because they are such a small country. But 2026 is going to be different. Matches are scheduled to take place in several cities, which are thousands of kilometers apart from each other.

That I cannot disagree but that is very true mate, that is one of the downside of America because they are not minding their own business even if it doesn't directly involve them. It is a habit that sometimes put the whole country at risk and this time, they will face a dangerous situation again because a big event like the World Cup will take place in their country and they cannot avoid the factor that there might be some guys who are planning something in the guise of being an audience in one of the games. That means that while the country is having fun, let's expect that their medium in security will be tough including the screenings of every port and airport.

I agree with you.  It is not a thing of competition,  it is just a team work that the coming of Sadio Mane into the club will make it easy for Ronaldo to score more goals and also the presence of Ronaldo in the team will also help sadio mane to perform well. Fachant is making look as if it will be a game of competition for the players. The essence of having good players in a team is to make the game easy for all  the players to come out with the best performance.
Al Nassr have sets their ultimate targets to achieved this season, they got everything at their disposal, what they need to do is compete with everything inother to win their league and then focused on other trophies. New players added to the team, ofcourse it won't affect Ronaldo in any way, rather there presence will boost him in all rounds specifically pointing to the areas of goal scoring. The new boss will enhanced the club with good management within his squad. We should not hyped Mane, because he has some floppy history. Sadio Mané failed to display a stellar performance with Bayern Munich, he hoped to do a terrific one in his new club.
I was very surprised to see comments of some people who thinks that Sadio Mane's arrival at Al Nassr will form a kind of competition between the Senegalese star give time Balon D'or winner Cristiano Ronaldo at the Saudi club.
Ronaldo for fact was playing in the left side of the attack in his days at Manchester United and Real Madrid but in recent years, we've seen him play majorly as the main striker. Mane will definitely be playing from the left attacking flank while Ronaldo will play as the centre forward. The duo are gonna form a good partnership at the club and help the club win a major trophy next season

I was shocked as well when I know that they've been expecting some form of competition between Mane and CR7, and that will make the team more competitive and stronger. In fact, Ronaldo and Mane already had a history with each other when they both played together in one team in the past (I forgot which club was that) for 3 years and that is also one of the reasons why Al Nassr acquired Mane because of that history, the club didn't mean for them to race with each other just like what the other people was expecting because the plan was to compliment each other, and that will happen soon.
