8441  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can De-Fi Replace ETH ? on: March 11, 2021, 08:54:37 PM
There are still people that don't understand the classification of defi and cryptocurrencies.

It will help if you can be more specific in your enquiry, if you mean a defi project well I can't say yes or no because the space is evolving every day and we have some fantastic project in the likes of avax, dot, sol that seem like a good competitor to eth, eth is not just a yesterday's coin, this project has been in existence for years now and has gain respect and trust from people.
He is generalizing the defi scene as the replacement for ETH but not knowingly that most of these projects were made on ETH's smart contract. I don't think any of those defi will replace ETH or has to be a competitor of it unless they'll follow the path of BNB, who became the rival now of ETH.
8442  Economy / Gambling / Re: www.SatoshiSaves.com - Exchange between/inside bitcoin gambling sites. on: March 11, 2021, 08:14:12 PM
Yes, improve your website and I think it's a good idea if you put up some visual materials on how the process works. If your service really works then that's easy for the gamblers who are into those supported sites of your service.
With the fees that are not that cheap today if it's converted to USD seem to be high and paying only with those amounts for the fee that you've listed seems to be unbelievable.
8443  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NFT is an interesting space on: March 11, 2021, 07:38:37 PM
Wow, so it was posted by coingecko 2 years ago and no one has listened to him. The craze for NFT today is on and there's massive money that's on it today.
One NFT can cost more than a million and that's what I see most of the time on the news and many are still not yet on it including me.
8444  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any opinions on Reddcoin? on: March 11, 2021, 02:37:19 PM
agree.  its had a nice bump in the past month so maybe there is some renewed interest that is percolating.  Bought them a long time ago so nice to see some upward action lately.
At what price you've bought it? There's a recent surge for it but if you've bought during its bull run, you're still far from breaking even. But if you're fine waiting again for this coin to pump.
Not discouraging you though but it will really take a lot of time before you might see it again par with the past ATH. Just by looking at its charts, it shows that you need more patience for waiting it.
8445  Economy / Gambling / Re: Free 4€ for sign up and another 4€ for ID verification on: March 11, 2021, 01:33:56 PM
IDK I would advise against KYC unless the casino has a proper license registration
And the twist is the amount that he has mentioned. But he has already given some words that you might have missed. I don't understand he's into this small amount in exchange for his identity.
Yet, he said that he has won a lot from a casino that I don't even know.

8446  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best Altcoin to invest on: March 11, 2021, 12:59:37 PM
Im low/mid cap hunter

my fav coins now :

Tier 1 Smiley
Superbid  (800k Atm)
APY

Tier 2  Cheesy
KEX
OPT

Those are coins that I really don't know and I refrain from doing that strategy. Although I'm very much aware that there are traders that have made their fortune through those mid tier/cap coins.
They're earlier than the others and that's why the edge is on them before it goes on the pump. And when that coin gains a lot from the market, they'll be proud of themselves for deciding to invest with those coins. Still, I wish you the best.

Kiefer could possibly leave the PBA.

Guiao confirms Kiefer weighing 'really good offer' from Japan team

For me this is good so the PBA will wake up that they are not offering a competitive salary, if all our good players will play abroad then PBA would become boring, Kiefer should go for the benefit of the league.  Cheesy
This is also good for the other aspiring new PBA players, if someone like Kiefer will come out and will take offers abroad, this will open opportunity for the other players that are waiting to be drafted.

For me, the only downside here is the quality of PBA will decline because the best players are getting good offers abroad and for the sake of money they'll grab it. Let's take it for example, JMF, if he gets an equivalent of at least 1 million pesos monthly salary playing abroad, I think he will grab it if he choose money over the love of the league, these are just possibilities so it could happen.
It's not only about the offer but also the exposure that they'll get. They might get better offers after they take those opportunities from different countries that are also scouting good players. They use that opportunity to get a better offer that they can work on which is what most of the PBA players are dreaming of. Not just also about the high salary but the benefits for sure are better than what PBA can offer.
8448  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain In Simple Terms? on: March 11, 2021, 10:50:17 AM
don't be discouraged. i learn it since 2016 and i still thingking i am a noob until now. you don't need to understand all the experts explanation about blockchain technology. you only need to understand how it works.
the one simple term i can understand is "you don't need a bank, you can be your own bank".
That's a good start to understand how it works since talking technically isn't going to be used all the time and in simple terms and explanation, one can understand it.

It is impossible to delete anything from the received base or to replace the block. The base has no limits, it can be supplemented endlessly. This is the biggest advantage of blockchain.  Cool
Yes, blockchain is immutable. No one can delete or edit what's already stored in it.
8449  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Did you earn or get any good money form airdrops? on: March 11, 2021, 10:06:29 AM
Forks can be also considered as airdrops so I should say that I've earned from them because I have dumped it immediately. Despite that I don't like them to hold, I've got free money from those. Well, there are still some few that you can make good money from these airdrops but if you have a lot of time following most of them, I think from 1 out of 10, you can have good free money from those. But that doesn't mean that you'll get to earn from them from time to time.
8450  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: March 11, 2021, 09:25:23 AM

Whatever is the decision of the team and the management, he can't go against what they've planned for.
He already signed a new contract, any violation of the contract will have a serious consequences.
Yup, that's a serious breach of contract if he ever goes against it. But I don't think he'll do that, it's his career and livelihood that's at stake.

8451  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: March 11, 2021, 08:52:19 AM
Hello mga paps, tanong lang.

Pwede ba itransfer eth from coinbase to coins.ph?
Oo naman, walang problema basta check mo lang yung ETH address ng maigi at yung fee. Kung mababa lang na ETH isesend mo, icheck mo ng maigi baka kulang pa yung amount na isesend mo para sa fee. All goods yan, walang problema yan.

8452  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gold or Bitcoin on: March 10, 2021, 11:45:27 PM
Over the long history of its existence, gold has gained a reputation as a stable asset, this is a good way to invest since the movement of its prices will be gradual and smooth without jumps and falls. You can make money on investments in gold, but this will take a very long time, since the gold rate is growing very slowly.
That's the flow for gold, it's increase isn't volatile as bitcoin so it's slow.

Bitcoin allows you to earn very quickly due to the volatility of the same rate. But there is no certainty that the price of the coin will only grow, the value of BTC may collapse and deprive its investors of all income.
Only if you're strong hands and you can surpass the days of bearish times. There are times that bitcoin won't be good after the time you've bought it because the price varies. It can be lower than the price you've bought and that can lead to panic for some newbies.
8453  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2021-03-08] Norway-Listed Aker to Put 100% Bitcoin in Treasury Reserves on: March 10, 2021, 11:05:37 PM
Not surprisingly, the number of wealthy bitcoin investors is growing every day.  Crypto money is not so much a necessary investment, but with the latest events, with proper use, they give a lot of profit.
Yeah, they just keep coming to the market and announcing that they're going all in. They've come to realize that it's a good asset that they can invest and grow with their money someday through it.

I wonder if they have been infleuenced by Michael Saylor.
Maybe, we will not know about that. But it can also be that they're already aware of bitcoin and just looking at it for a long time and somehow did an experimented and watched how long it will go and now that they've seen it, they're getting in.
8454  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading View Plans on: March 10, 2021, 10:39:34 PM
Can't you just try them all since there's a free trial for 30 days? Start with the Pro version and then if that's not good enough for you, move to Pro+. I think individual preferences might be different from each other.
I agree that try the trial version first before purchasing it. And since you're interested in purchasing the plan with any of those based on the suggestion of the people in here. It's best if you get to experience it first. Although in the complete package, the most expensive got the most feature but you can cut that out and choose only the plan that's probably less expensive but you got the features that you needed as you trade.
8455  Economy / Speculation / Re: When BTC Bull run will end? on: March 10, 2021, 10:04:50 PM
I think price will be increasing some days and after that price will go down.
That is the common thing that really happens in the market. There's no increase forever and there's no downside forever.

It is on the trend now and price is growing so fast. Yes, prediction for crypto is very hard.
It's hard to say but there are guides and you can have your own plans until how long you plan to hold or until how long you think this bull run will end.
8456  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: NEW SCAM SPOTTED on: March 10, 2021, 09:38:09 PM
From that link that you have posted, it's a very suspicious link that I would never click in my life. With that pattern of links that we mostly receive in our emails, I'll just have to delete it or just do nothing with it. AFAIK, blockchain.com wallet doesn't even support Dogecoin so that's already a red flag.
Why would they give Doge if they are not even supporting it? the logic.
8457  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com | Creators of Dicing 🎲 | 60+ Billion Bets | 113+ BTC Jackpot! on: March 10, 2021, 09:05:25 PM
I am really amazed about the fact how many pages this topic already has on the forum. Is this not the gambling topic that is the oldest one by far?
Yes, they probably are the oldest ones. It's also the start to see the same dice sites before that have tried to compete but primedice is the one that had remained until the end, until today.

At some moment, it would be like an anniversary to reach number of X pages  Cheesy
Those early folks can just look back at those pages that they're part of this thread, for sure, it will be nostalgic to them after how many years have passed.
8458  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any opinions on Reddcoin? on: March 10, 2021, 08:18:39 PM
AFAIK, it's one of the oldest coins in the market. It's not that the same anymore as before and if you're looking for traction, you better invest in those coins that are very popular and gains traction in the market. And its chart doesn't show a good sign that it's an interesting coin.
Just get the hint on its chart.
8459  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Should I sell or hold on my bitcoin? on: March 10, 2021, 07:43:35 PM
Nowadays Bitcoin is growing more and more so I suggest you don't sell it untill it reaches above 60K $ or you can wait untill 70K$.
More plans of selling when it reaches $100k.

I am sure in the last of this year Bitcoin will approximately 100k$. So I can only give you suggestion. Now it's your choice, you want to sell or hold.
Sell some and hold some. That could be the best decision that one holder can think of. It's very tempting to sell but what's the purpose of your holding and at which price you'll sell some? a sell that's necessary and no regrets after being done.
8460  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: March 10, 2021, 07:09:57 PM
But the trade happened, so the management was lying to him so they can sign him and trade right away?

Slaughter says there was no trade on the table upon his return
So Greg Slaughter was basically thrown under the bus and didn't have the liberty to even consider the trade. Can he sue the management for that non-consented trade?
He can't.
What if there's a statement under his contract in his former team that he can be traded anytime the management of the team desires? He has no option with such trades but to just go elsewhere he's traded by his team or should we call, company.

There's always legal basis before things happened, if that trade isn't there with his contract he can always sue his team, but I doubt that it isn't there knowing how big SMC was.

Greg knows about it and he might have no other options instead of not playing he accepted the fact that it's already his fate being traded to another team, the very chance to ends up his career.

Better  than nothing maybe, if you love the sport you'll continue to play to whatever team you might be moving.
Yes, you'll play no matter what team you're being traded off. And you have no option since you're tied with the contract and the PBA itself is the corporation where all of the players are their employees.
Whatever is the decision of the team and the management, he can't go against what they've planned for.
