8461  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Total number of miners? on: March 01, 2017, 01:23:48 PM
There are many who are engaged in bitcoin mining. There are people mining in different countries.
How many miners can we learn in total? Can we find the number of miners according to the countries?

That is a hard question indeed, you can only see the estimated mining pools and not the exact number of people that are mining bitcoin, just like users in bitcoin it is totally anonymous, but I think is is better to not know the exact number we should just get on with the flow of things any way the value of bitcoin is getting really high!
8462  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can i sell Satoshi ? on: March 01, 2017, 10:17:32 AM
Hello Members,

I have a question, My question is that Suppose I have earned 0.02 satoshi in a month so can i sell that amount. Please tell me if any know about this.

Yes You can sell it but you will need a bigger amount than Satoshi! right now, keep on building your amount up to 1 Bitcoin you can get a big amount because the value of bitcoin right now is great, but it would take you a lot of time before getting it so faucet is not the answer for that struggle, you need a different earning that faucets!
8463  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The BitCoin Cause on: February 27, 2017, 01:34:06 PM
I didn't know what is in the mind of a cryptographer called " satoshi Nakamoto before creating bitcoin but from it nature we can easily understand what he has in mind. Bitcoin is a decentralized currency, it's not subject to conventional currencies, no government can control it, it's not subject to Government regulations authority such as bank and others financial regulatory authority.

I wish Satoshi shared his goal of creating a bitcoin. We are making comments based on the results that bitcoin created. Satoshi may not have thought about these things. The aim was to create a digital money that was easy to use. But in time, he may have created effects that he can not even think of.

Well we can never tell what is he thinking right now, but I am very thankful to him and we are all very lucky in experiencing this kind of opportunity of having and knowing bitcoins was one of the best experience I ever had that is why I am very thankful to him, and we all should be thankful if he doesn't share to anyone what his goals with bitcoin I think he had something important to do than getting involve and show himself to the public.

The Internet has revolutionized the Internet for the first time when it is opened to the use of ordinary people.
Bitcoin is also doing the same revolution. So innovations that have brought in payment systems are as exciting as the first appearance of the internet.

Well the main center really was the internet and I think if it is not because of the internet bitcoin would not really possible and we are in the age of the Online world right now and it is really convenient for us in the bitcoin community and if the internet would be gone so does bitcoin!
8464  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 10 main mistakes of Bitcoin newbies on: February 27, 2017, 01:16:02 PM
Hi, with price soaring and newbies joining I found useful sharing this miniguide.
Hope this is appreciated

http://immutable.today/10-mistakes-bitcoin-newbies/

Well some people are really making fun of the mistakes the newbies are doing and I think that article was a 50/50 help and annoyance to them technically speaking instead of making fun on the newbies that are making mistakes we as seniors should be the one who will support and make a good influence for them, we are once a newbie ourselves and a little respect and helping hand can help in this bitcoin community.
8465  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are the most expensive things sold for bitcoins? on: February 27, 2017, 01:05:45 PM
I was looking on the internet but can't find.

Maybe you know?

The things that I saw and got my attention was the brand new 120’ tri-deck mega yacht With a hefty asking price of 22,305.134 BTC that was $11 Million that was being advertised on BitPremier, an online bitcoin-only luxury marketplace.
well there are tons of expensive things that I saw by clicking search on google.com so why does you didn't see all this things,
8466  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin was always meant to be used to purchase a cup of coffee or a can of soft on: February 27, 2017, 12:54:19 PM
Afternoon, All.

Just a friendly reminder:

Bitcoin was always meant to be used to purchase a cup of coffee or a can of soft drink or a candy bar:

Quote
It might make sense just to get some in case it catches on.  If
enough people think the same way, that becomes a self fulfilling
prophecy.  Once it gets bootstrapped, there are so many
applications if you could effortlessly pay a few cents to a
website as easily as dropping coins in a vending machine.

Cheers,

People thinking about bitcoin is just for buying things or for self enjoyment only, I think they don't realize that other people are having a hard time in getting bitcoin I really think small things that we can do with bitcoin are just a free stuff or small things we can do with it if you are happy with just that then I think you can't realized the big potential in having this kind of coins, cause if you have bitcoin you can have freedom, free time, and a variety of things you can accomplish with it!
8467  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why some people prefer Bitcoin over fiat ? on: February 27, 2017, 12:12:04 PM
No !!! he'll use it in a way that is not true, but don't worry!
It was only a few people choose to spend money on is entirely up to them and the business. paper currency and credit are used daily to buy porn, drugs and gambling,
Don't for all
I think only some people who prefer to use bitcoin than fiat dude. because actually many other users still rely using fiat
and use them to major currencies

The main reason why normal people prefer bitcoin over fiat currency is the ability of bitcoin to increase in price. As of now bitcoin continues to rise in value and it has attracted more and more people to save their money in bitcoins rather than bank. There is more profit in placing your money in bitcoins than leaving it on banks.

You forgot to mention that it can also make your money deplete if the value goes vice versa and I think it is still risky if you had no experience in the movement of bitcoin would be, yes it is greater that fiat in the term to save and invest of money but there are still a down side if you are not very careful in your every move regarding it!
8468  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It's freaking 2017 - Do you own 1 BTC? on: February 27, 2017, 11:50:39 AM
I still don't own 1BTC, but I think I'm very near to achieve that goal If I don't spend it  Cool
I use my BTC in buying things I need and for school fees  Cheesy
Wow, how can you use Bitcoin to pay for the school fee? Where do you live? I am very interesting that you can work and earn money by yourself. In fact, there are many people can not do anything to earn money when they are still a student. Perhaps when you have graduated, I believe that you can earn mroe than 1 bitcoin in a month

Hi! I'm from Philippines, yes I'm a Student and I'm only earning small amount of Bitcoin a Month.
Around 0.1 BTC every Month. Well I'm a Scholar but not Fully and my Parents still supporting me but I also want to help them because were not Financially Stable.
I'm only paying for Examination Fee so I use some of my BTC Earnings , well Exam Fee in our school is very cheap.
I'm only paying $15 each Term. We Have 4 Terms in Each Semester, We Have 2 Semester so I only need $120 for a Whole School Year.
Sometimes I also use my earnings in different matters if we have Financial Shortage.
I exchange it to cash first before I use it to pay for school, I also use it to buy things I need.
Well its very easy to exchange and it only takes 10hours or less base on the option I chose Smiley

Hopefully Earn that much per Month, hopefully on school break or summer vacation.
I'm on a first year of College, but when I graduated I think I'll go find a Good Job  Grin

You seem to have a decent english. You could try to sign up for a signature campaign once you hit Full Member. Bitmixer accepts members if they are Full Member or above. For me is just a tiny extra since I live in the first world, but in Philippines you can make quite a decent amount from posting on forums, just try keep the posts decent, good English, and no spamming 10+ posts per hour.
As far as i remember bitmixer wont allow anymore to join full members as of this moment since i do read they will accept only Sr. members and above.Yeah, having good english does really matter but speaking of 10+ post per hour seems to very spammy. Earning on signature campaigns is quiet decent.

Why would you suggest to join bitmixer's campaign if he is just a newbie . They no longer accept full members and it will take longer than half a month to be a Sr. Member . Don't forget that Bitmixer is also strict and you can be banned if you're spamming and not making any constructive posts in just a week . But 0.1 btc is a decent amount, Why don't you just continue and improve what you're doing? You might get a income increase if you exel .

I really think not just Bitmixer has that kind of a strict rules there are many signature campaign that was very strict in my opinion, and I really think it is up to the campaign maintainer if he is really doing his job they are the one that is checking and seeing all of the members post if it is approve or disapprove and if the member would commit any violation regarding the rules they would immediately ban and kick that member out of the campaign, I think that there are some that was just very lucky in not seeing that their post are spam of Unconstructive  it can be the maintainers fault sometimes!
8469  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Love Fast BTC today! on: February 25, 2017, 01:06:13 PM
I already experience fast bitcoin confirmation for now but a few weeks ago it takes hour to confirm and now it just takes my bitcoins 20 minutes to confirm and that was a great experience because we all know that bitcoin network is getting bigger amount of users so i already expect to wait for a bit long time for my next future transactions.
I do not have  bad experience on any of my transaction not too much delay but I hear some people got problem in it but I'm lucky not belong to them.

Well I had an experince once and it took 1 day for my transaction to transfer but I think it just occur on random occasions but there are a lot in the forum that are experiencing it but my guess are it is just dump luck for some but there are many says that giving larger fees can make it really faster well this issues I wish it can be solve in the future, because Bitcoin really can become the worlds united currency.
8470  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: price at all time high while utility at all time low on: February 25, 2017, 12:47:29 PM
while investors grin about the high price, bitcoin users suffer high fees and long
wait times...

Very sad that the community cannot seem to organize itself out from under
the entrenched tyranny of the "core" developers, a group closely tied to
blockstream, who has accepted millions of dollars in venture capital and
whose agenda is at odds with the common good.

Well can we do something about it? I really think this problem was very common of the bitcoin transaction side and we are really need to use it really badly because that is the only way it making all transaction, but I really wish they would never that greedy about it not because the price is right but do it for the entire community so it will be very convinient for all bitcoin users.
8471  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoins Everywhere? Not yet... on: February 25, 2017, 12:37:33 PM
Most of the members consider bitcoin as major currency of future. Let us assume that it will be accomplished one day, but before that, I wonder which spheres of our everyday life will adapt bitcoin first?

Well Bitcoin is money and assuming it can be a big thing in the near future transaction with buying and selling will be the first to ensure to adapt it and I think it is right now and I think in that said future everywhere you go you can definitely can use your bitcoin in any transaction available and a much larger scale of buying and selling all over the world.

One currecny worldwide, no taxes or fee in transfer, easily transferable to any country instantly without any agent / fee. Which currency gives you all these features.  Only BITCOIN.

Although bitcoin not spread everywhere yet, but time is near when we shall see bitcoins in all places.

I think you can really see bitcoins all over the world the problem is not a lot is using it physically and there are just a limited merchant online that are accepting bitcoin I really think that bitcoin can attain the position of one currency in the future but for now it will be very difficult because the government doesn't want it cause bitcoin does not have tax and it is not controlable for them.
8472  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in Asia on: February 25, 2017, 12:12:44 PM
It is a good introduction.
Bitcoin in Asia? Of course there is.
There are a lot of bitcoin wallet businesses that are owned by Chinese.
There is BTC khan and they also have an application for android with news and prices of bitcoin in different wallet sites.
It is a cool app.

Yup I also think that way, that china has been a source of a lot of bitcoin blocks this past months and they are the reason why the value of bitcoin was never be the same, and I think BTC khan did a great job and they hold a large amount of BTC they have give promotional amount of BTC here in the forum I am once joined in some of their events and I had so much fun and all because they are giving a lot of free bitcoins in this forum.
8473  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It's freaking 2017 - Do you own 1 BTC? on: February 25, 2017, 11:50:28 AM
Obviously I have not own 1 BTC but I am trying my best to collect 1 BTC, by buying Bitcoin from our local exchange and doing some faucet (which I stopped since I realized it is a waste of time).

Well it is pretty hard to own 1 BTC if you don't know other ways to earn it and I think it would took you a lot of years to get the 1 bitcoin target, there are someone here just share sites maybe it could help you a lot when you try it, now that the value of bitcoin sky rocket I think I need an extra think to do to earn more BTC.
8474  Economy / Gambling / Re: [DotA] Bitcoin Gaming Warcraft III DotA Players Ready for Tournaments Here? on: February 24, 2017, 02:11:35 PM
Hi guys,

Good to see you here.

There is a solution for any problem.

1. The players will connect in a private chatroom - http://bitcoindota.com/

2. The games will be hosted by lagabuse GHOST++ , Tunngle

3. AntimaphackShield.exe will be required

4. There will be a newbie league $10 ticket and a pro league $100 ticket and the winner team wins and shares the pool's stake of the total amount of Bitcoins (Total/5 for each player). Bblockchain.info or other online 'Secure' wallet will be used.

5. Newbie league will consist of random teams and pro league will consist of real teams if there are any.

6. A test game is planned for this Saturday - 25 February around 20:00 GMT - so GET READY TO PLAY!

7. I would participate as OBSERVER arbiter

Let me know if there is something else?

Did you guys register already?

http://bitcoindota.com/

==> SHARE THIS TO GET MORE PLAYERS AND BITCOINS (Hopefully)!

A few problems I see here.

1. How will you connect every player that will register?
2. How do you prevent players from cheating? The game has been around for quite a long time and it has been hacked and cheated long before dota even came out.
3. Did you know there are hacks that can enable people from revealing the whole map and removing fog of war? There are even cheats that can land every skill shot and avoid every skill shot too.

You should said this earlier in your post I really thought you are only gathering players so you can have someone to play with It is really late that I have realized that you need to won in order to accumulated some bitcoin, well I would really wish it is DOTA 2 instead of the old one, but I think it is really important to know where DOTA 2 really started, and I think it is a gambling site that is why I came here!
8475  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in Asia on: February 24, 2017, 02:01:16 PM
Hey,
I just saw a blog http://www.w11stop.com/blog-w11stop/bitcoin-w11stop related to bitcoin and wanted to know is it acceptable in Asia?

Thank You

I think it is accepted in Asia and in the status of bitcoin now I really think that some business enthusiast would probably want to have a part with the bouncing up value of bitcoin and even the countries that are not accepting it will have a second thought on not making their country a part of the community, and many doubtful person would just believe the fact what have bitcoin has made!

8477  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Attraction on: February 24, 2017, 01:17:31 PM
For me, bitcoin has a lot of attraction in it, and i use bitcoin because it give us freedom to use it in any where, no restriction and tax paying and also nothing personal information, bitcoin don't want any thing. But it give us many profit if we know who to earn from bitcoin. It is too much better than fiat to use bitcoin on online. Great thing i attracted from bitcoin, it is bitcoin price value.

And I think just like you that has been attracted to the value of bitcoin I think and I highly believe that many people today are very attracted to bitcoin because of the price value and a lot of them are doubting bitcoin back then, well we can not criticize them for having second thoughts on bitcoin well to see is to believe for themselves.
8478  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will BTC overtake gold this month ? on: February 24, 2017, 12:57:05 PM
As of Feb 23, 2017

BTC: 1139$
XAU: 1242$

Bitcoin has been on a roll lately and is 9% away from overtaking gold.

Will February 2017 be remembered as the "golden" month for BTC ?
Will it happen in March ?

What do you think ?

Exciting times !

It will be possible, if bitcoin continuously rise. Because within month i am surprised to see the bitcoin's price going to up and up in everyday. So i could easily predict that in the coming month bitcoin will be rise at $1200 to $1500. But for me, bitcoin is always better than gold.

It is completely Outstanding how bitcoin managed to go up like this and it is my first time seeing that it is still goes up every single hours that I am observing it, well I could think it will never stop when February ends cause there are speculation that it will go down the time it reaches the limit of the month of march.

As of now Bitcoin price is $1152.97 and I assume it will continue until February will end, but I think Bitcoin and Precious Metals like gold has a Symbiotic Relationship there is an article that I have red about that Different people have different views about the relationship between gold and bitcoin. Yet, there seems to be some common ground. and Mr. Hoffman see that both are fighting against the fiat regime in different ways and believes bitcoin is more speculative and risky than gold.

So I think that even if Bitcoin would overtakes on gold it will still be the same and bitcoin would still be bitcoin and gold will still be gold.
8480  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betballer.com - Online Sportsbook & Casino on: February 23, 2017, 01:13:29 PM

Afaik they took down esports few months ago I asked support why they took it down and he said it was a business decision, I think this is to giveway to their esport betting website ggbook.eu

Yes esports was not there when I check it and they say that they move it on their new platform GGbook.eu and I just see that they had all sort of esports there counter strike GO, league of legends, star craft 2, hearthstone and more, I think I will bet on this and on other esports gambling site that I know all in one shoop!

We moved all e-sports wagering to our new platform GGbook.eu . Feel free to create an account there and bet on all your favorite e-sports games and leagues.. Contact us via live chat, email or Facebook - facebook.com/GGbook.eu

- BetBaller Team

Yup! thanks for the info and will try it out when there would be an up coming league of legends match up that I am awaiting.
