8461  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It's freaking 2017 - Do you own 1 BTC? on: April 11, 2017, 02:25:35 PM
I'm just a beginner but hopefully I can have that at least for the year 2017.
I have to figure how to grow my money, if I will just buy it would be easy but I want to earn that.
That is what you need, eagerness in order to get what you want. Just keep exploring the bitcoin world and max out your limits so you will be able to earn that 1 bitcoin for at least in the end of the year. When i was a newbie or a beginner, i also want to earn 1 bitcoin and because of the eagerness, I also find ways to earn bitcoin or grow it easily by just exploring the internet world.
8462  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: No matter how much we love BTC, confirmations take way too long! on: April 11, 2017, 02:13:27 PM
Our love can't deal with the confirmation time of our transactions because there is nothing we can found in our love to help confirmations to be faster. The only thing we can do to make confirmations faster is to unite and help the team to solve this problem by generating an idea on how to solve this problem and just tell the team or any staff here and give your suggestion to them, i think it is better than just loving bitcoin because a love with action is always the best.
8463  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Daily use of bitcoin? on: April 11, 2017, 01:58:22 PM
For now, I am slowly saving my bitcoin because I heard a lot of good news about it and I guess it will help me to gain from my investment.
As I heard in the news about japan's big adoption, it will certainly make an impact in the market and that is very huge.
You're doing right, that is the best thing to do for this situation as the good news like the acceptance of Japan for bitcoin. Saving is always a must not only in good situations and bad situations because this will help us to expand our capability to earn more money just like now, if you save a lot of bitcoins before then after a few weeks when the impact is already reflected in the market, for sure you already earn more than a thousand of dollars.
8464  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bribing via bitcoin a good idea? on: April 11, 2017, 01:48:23 PM
What? Bribing is not a good idea. But that depends where you use the bribe. But if its for illegal, hell no! I will never do that just to change someones judgment or just to get someone he wants. Either if its money or bitcon. Bribing is still bad on everyones jurisdictions. Its a crime.

I agree with you... You are on point...yea bribing is bad..a crime it is...
Bribing is not crime as long as the person that you asked to do something is on the same side to you or if he agree with your deal. Bribing is not that common way of doing a crime because most of the times bribing is done to pay something to another person which they make a deal before doing it and that is not enough to consider as a crime.
8465  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The future of Bitcoin on: April 11, 2017, 01:39:37 PM
The question you brought up about whether governments are considering buying up bitcoins is an interesting one.

It looks like the classic Prisoner's Dilemma problem. All governments would be better off if bitcoin died out, but the first government to initiate a bitcoin-reserve buying program would be in a much better position than other governments if bitcoin does become ubiquitous.

I think in the world of American hegemony we lived in between 1990-2000 there would be no bitcoin buying, but in an increasingly bipolar world of East vs. West that is developing today along with a few fragmented rogue states such as North Korea and Iran, someone will defect and start buying bitcoin which will trigger a cascade of strategic buying.

Disagree about the creation of i-coin though. No nation has enough power to unseat a truly global currency like bitcoin once it becomes ubiquitous, unless they conquer a super-majority of the world.

Future of bitcoins depends on the masses that are using it. The value of it depends on the total amount of the investors investment s.people needs to spend it in order for it to circulates.
I agree. It is always depend on the amount of people who are using it and how much is being invested in bitcoin and the most of important is if the circulation is still working. Bitcoin just those three (People,Money,Circulation) in order to protect its future from any harm of the internet environment.
8466  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: You can't avoid taxes by investing in bitcoin on: April 11, 2017, 01:23:16 PM
I use and already invested in bitcoin but i can avoid the taxes? So what i think we can still avoid the tax just like me. I just use my fiat money and buy a lot of bitcoins and when i earn from my investments, I sell them and withdraw it without any minus amount in my money, so i don't think that if you use bitcoin then you can't avoid tax because bitcoin is decentralized and no one is controlling it so it is a tax free currency.
8467  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If YOU were Satoshi, what would you do now? on: April 11, 2017, 01:15:25 PM
If i am satoshi nakamoto then i will join the hype now and i will introduced my real name and myself into the public and help Japan to be successful in adopting the bitcoin into their country and if it's successful then i will keep helping and spreading the good benefits of bitcoin so other countries will also adopt bitcoin as their another money.
I think he stands a better chance of helping Japan and the entire community by showing up rather anonymously, because he is a wanted man. The authorities cannot forgive or forget in a hurry that he unleashed so much freedom to the people and for which they are still at a loss how to handle the situation. Moreover far so many criminal accusations, including that of Silk Road, the 1 million coins e mined and other deep web activities would be linked to him and tat would weigh on Bitcoin.

Bottom line is, he does not have to show up to be able to contribute to Bitcoin!
Yes satoshi nakamoto is wanted and the government authorities thinks that he is a evil kind of person that created this harmful currency and all of the accusations are directed to him so we can't blame him if he can't reveal himself in the public and help for the progress of bitcoin to be used globally. Satoshi will still be anonymous but never forgotten by us.
8468  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does any bank accept Bitcoin? on: April 11, 2017, 12:58:10 PM
I don't think that there is an available bank that accept bitcoin as their payment option in doing deposit or withdrawing our stored money. Banks are owned by the government and the government also want to control everything so bitcoin doesn't suit to their wants so they didn't accept bitcoin into their zone and rejected it and that is what banks are doing as of now.
8469  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you keep your bitcoins? on: April 11, 2017, 12:47:47 PM
What is the best way to do this, and what's the best way of ensuring a backup?

How do you currently store your coins

thanks in advance for any inputs

The best way to store bitcoins is with hardware wallet and you can easily download it. And of course for backing up just make sure you got a proper storage of that wallet so that whenever you want to get it, you can have it easily. Online wallets are risky but if you do trust them go for it, just make sure you are aware of what can happen to them anytime.

Also because it is more safer than the online wallet, because the online wallet is so vulnerable to hacker because of the internet, and we all know that everything is possible in our technology nowadays, and compare to the hardware wallet, hackers needs to get your wallet physically, for them to hack your wallet and it's much pretty reassuring because there is a lot of hackers that wants money, that is why we have to be more extra careful about our bitcoins.
I don't think that online wallet are risky because if you know how to manage your online account and you know how to secure your account then there is nothing to worry about. Just use a strong password and a separate email with strong password also and don't forget to turn on the 2 factor authentication in the website so you will be more secure.
8470  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If no one spends bitcoin what might happen? on: April 11, 2017, 12:40:47 PM
I think if no one will spends bitcoin it will stagnant and its price will not rising because of its lack of users. This will leads to lose of users and demands of bitcoin. But ofcourse the reality for now, bitcoin is becoming in demand and popular in any countries.
I agree with you, nowadays, bitcoin is growing and popular, and it's more and more widespread and accepted by many countries, it's legalized, that's a good thing. Happy for those who use bitcoin. If nobody uses bitcoin, it will lose value and become garbage of technology. No one uses, does not buy and sells, and is inevitable.
Yeah. If no one will spend bitcoin in the market then it will lose its potential to be a great currency because there will no available supply in the market to be used in doing trades like buying and selling, the bitcoin users and holders will become hopeless with that and they will just abandon and accept that they lose in bitcoin.
8471  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin be replaced by another cryptocurrency? on: April 11, 2017, 12:32:57 PM
Does it make sense to believe that Bitcoin could one day be replaced by another cryptocurrency, that is, a cryptocurrency that really does make Bitcoin obsolete?

It's possible. but bitcoin has gained much more popularity and it has been adopted for mass use.
yes everything in this world can be possible but still it is not so easy to beat such a good and popular crypto currency.

e-gold was much better and it was replaced. everything is replaceable. Smiley
Yes everything is replaceable and also bitcoin,
if a cryptocurrency is better and faster than bitcoin with the same or better features
then it will easily replace bitcoin.
8472  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What were your experiences with Bitcoin when you first started? on: April 11, 2017, 12:18:42 PM
I would like to know what experiences did you had when you first started with Bitcoins. As for me, I had many that I would like to share with you.

When I began in the Bitcoin world, I was a complete rookie with no proper knowledge of how did mining worked or anything about cryptocurrencies. I just thought about Bitcoin as another payment processor like PayPal. But when I joined the BitcoinTalk community, I learned so many things along the way. In my process of learning in the first days, I decided to invest into cloud mining services. Since I didn't knew much about it, I invested a plenty amount of Bitcoins to start my journey into it. During that time, I had gotten into many different services. Those were GAW Miners, then Cointellect, cloudminr.io and finally Hashnest. After getting scammed many times by the services mentioned previously, (except for Hashnest) I have lost many Bitcoins. As a result, I decided to never invest into cloud mining and thus dedicate myself into learning more about the cryptocurrency and look for other ways to earn Bitcoins. It was then that I enrolled into the signature campaign that I am currently into and during all that time I began to earn Bitcoins as well as diversify my investments into different alt coins. Now I am dedicated to trading Bitcoins and other alt coins, as well as working for it (like the signature campaign and working as a freelancer) in order to earn coins and build up my portfolio along the way.

Anyways, what would be your experiences with this exciting cryptocurrency?  Cheesy
My first experiences were quite good. I was just starting out by doing some faucets, like most people, but I wasn't earning very much. So, I decided to invest into a ponzi scheme website and surprisingly, I manged to get my money, plus more, back after. This definitely wasn't a smart idea and instead I started to post on this forum and I am still doing that now. I occasionally write articles as well.
Same thing when i was just starting in bitcoin, i also go to the faucet sites because that is the most recommended site from my friends because they say that in that sites i will learn how to be patient in getting or earning money and i can confirm that it was true, i gain a lot of patience and respect to bitcoin that it is not that easy to earn kind of thing and now i found this site and i am earning good amount of bitcoin and also higher than the faucet sites rates and i keep those earnings for long term.
8473  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: April 11, 2017, 11:49:45 AM
I think that banks will not disappear, but rather adapt to cryptocurrencies.
Bank will never disappear because a lot of rich people are connected with the banks and not only the government so i think bank will still there even the cryptocurrencies are gone. IMO, banks will never adapt cryptocurrencies because it will be against for them and they will still stick to the traditional one which is by using fiat.
8474  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is It Possible To Use Only Bitcoin In Japan? on: April 11, 2017, 11:20:02 AM
many of us would love that, and it is always a good option specially if Japan is a foreign country and you want to go there. if spending bitcoin becomes possible everywhere same as spending fiat you wouldn't have to exchange your money at all you just use bitcoin.

but since we are still in early stages, it takes time until we reach that widespread adoption of bitcoin over there and hopefully eventually in other countries too.
It will surely take time to just use bitcoin in Japan without having any fiat in your pocket and that is a great trip or adventure when we go there. We just need smartphone, our backpacks and internet connection and after that we can enjoy the beautiful country of Japan with just using bitcoin Cool.
8475  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When will you start accepting Bitcoin in your store and boost your sales? on: April 11, 2017, 11:02:02 AM
Now, I'm just planning in building a small grocery store in our place and i'm also planning for adoption of bitcoin as another type of payment method in our place because i read the news about the stores in Japan and i think it will become successful in our place also. I also considered the bitcoin users here in they are most of the my friends and our mini community here are keep growing so i think it will accept bitcoin as soon as i finished building my own business.
8476  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In what situation would Bitcoin die? on: April 11, 2017, 10:54:51 AM
How and why would the end of bitcoin (and any other cryptocurrency) occur? Value decrease? Legality issues? Different technology/ideas to supersede it?
i think bitcoin is the most popular and widely used currency of the online world and its value and demand is increasing day to day, so it would not die.but the reasons if the government strictly ban it or if the other technology or cryptocurrency replace its value. it also depend on users of bitcoin if a large number of people stop using bitcoin then there is danger to bitcoin.
If the demand will continue and if it will become an over demand then it will make the bitcoin network very slow and it will eventually make the users think to just abandon bitcoin because of the slow network and longer confirmations that may take up to about a day or even longer. Whatever will happen bitcoin still has a chance to die because it has a limit and we need to remember that always.
8477  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Top 10 Bitcoin Wallets in 2017 on: April 10, 2017, 01:56:20 PM
According to me
1. Coinbase (Even though they now have fees it is still a good wallet)
2. Xapo (No fees Cool )
3. Desktop wallet ( Too much time to sync)
4. Block.io (Good interface and really easy to use)

In that list, i still preferred xapo because it still free in terms of fees and it is secured because it is not that easy to open or get access with an account. I put like 40% of my bitcoins there because i feel comfortable and not that hassle if i will do transaction because it doesn't cost even 0.01$, xapo is the best for me.
8478  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is Satoshi Nakamoto? on: April 10, 2017, 01:45:31 PM
Satoshi Nakamoto is the creator of bitcoin who wants a better financial system for out world so he created bitcoin where it is very cheap in the first few weeks of being launched but now it is considered as an expensive virtual item. Satoshi Nakamoto is one of the rich person that i know because he have a lot of bitcoin like a hundred thousands or even millions of bitcoins so he is very rich.
8479  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is Satoshi Nakamoto? Is he worth over $10 Billion USD today? on: April 10, 2017, 01:31:23 PM
Just like other people already explained, Satoshi Nakamoto is the creator of bitcoin and he is the genius who made this miracle and why we are here. I don't think satoshi nakamoto already worth $10 Bullion USD today because that is too big for the worth of his bitcoins i think it is just around billion of dollars and not ten billion but who knows if bitcoin will continue to pump then he will become a ten billionaire.
8480  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If YOU were Satoshi, what would you do now? on: April 10, 2017, 01:20:38 PM
