Amazing how it was detected only by and fixed by Realsolid.
The announce thread reads like a marketing spiel for mcxNOW.
Great job RS, you stopped your own attack!
~BCX~
How is it a marketing thread? He didn't even mention buying fee shares in the op...oh wait...couldn't even wait until 2nd post. I like RS a lot for what he has made mcx, even though he did bullshit in the past, but this smells bad Quite obvious, this series of events...

Maintenance on the payment system today

The sooner you guys realize Cryptsy's sole existence is to provide a safe, secure trading platform for any coins people want to trade, the better. It is not their place to regulate markets, they know that (and don't try to), and they have done a good job thus far

That's the first one. We haven't even launched it yet we are still working on it. I'm not going to beg you not to drop it, but we have the dev team working on more projects to support the coins instead of pumping out new bullshit than any others you will find.
Where is this unknown dev team ? https://github.com/LotteryTickets/LotteryTickets is abandoned, there is a pending patch there for fixing the getbalance bug. It's not abandoned at all. There are many known ways around that particular issue and it will be addressed in the clients next update. It's not enough for an update on its own That is an issue that affects many coins. To say it's a TIX problem is a bit unfair, even though we will have it fixed in the next update

so is this it for TIX, the web site WorkForCrypto.com where are the dedicated TIX web sites? Asking before we drop TIX and go with DVC or FTC That's the first one. We haven't even launched it yet we are still working on it. I'm not going to beg you not to drop it, but we have the dev team working on more projects to support the coins instead of pumping out new bullshit than any others you will find Pushing out a checkpoint today to get rid of the old checkpoint error. No need to upgrade, it will be hot fixed Appreciate the communication, just keep us informed it's a fast market thanks What other projects would you guys like to see? That's a question to everyone, not just you. We are doing our best to create places to make these coins usable in places other than just the exchanges. I think we are doing a good job on that so far. For this being such a young coin, we already have a lot more than many established coins do The projects we decide to push to the top of priority list are the ones that are going to actually get used. It's pointless for us to make something that nobody wants

WorkForCrypto.com starting to fill up with jobs, stop mining for pennies and come make some real money Devcoin should be up tonight or tomorrow at the latest. Just downloading the chain now then doing some extensive testing before we push DVC live

Wallet still saying checkpoint is too old (1.1-QT) but seems to be working alright. How's dev going?
Going very well. We have gotten very far with our work on WorkForCrypto.com - It's now up for beta testing, TIX is fully functional. Devcoin coming next, then Spots and Copper Bars

Alright, we are back up. Payments are working again. Devcoin coming soon. We know the Devcoin ticker is off, don't worry about it until it gets added. We have it fixed already on the dev site

We have reset all passwords for the new server. Check spam folders for email to log in to WorkForCrypto - Thanks
I use gmail, it isn't even in spam folder. Why do you think it is necessary to confirm email? This policy is outdated, it isn't a problem to register a one-time email on sites like mailinator. So it doesn't confirm user's identity in any meaningful way. Just let user to pick password and skip this confirmation step. Or even better: enable oauth/openid authentication, so that people will be able to login using their facebook, twitter, google accounts etc. We changed it to that. That's why the reset. Just start a new account and you can make your password anything when you register. We haven't sent the email out yet, it's coming tonight

Thanks, we are working hard to give you guys a safe, stable platform to use and earn DVC. Yea, we are still in beta and had to wipe all the jobs when we moved servers just to start fresh. No more job wipes, hopefully. Wallets are all on a separate server, though, so no worries with funds Yes, you can still use DVC at iGotSpots.com/other to get to the precious metals exchange http://workforcrypto.com/?job=be-adding-devcoin-soonI really dig this platform...reminds me somewhat of fiverr but with cryptos. Will make an account later today. Now, as kind of an open-ended discussion question: Would it be feasible to somehow link DVC bounties to this site? For instance, to create jobs from the Devcoin foundation for the sake of making big-ticket projects and bounties more visible. Yea, you can do anything. You can also request jobs to be done instead of just posting your skills if you are looking for something specific done
