It's still weak evidence. If I was interested in this project, I would give up as soon as I saw your post, but the greedy people do not give up because of this proof that you posted.
Lowlife begshit shitposters who come to this forum with their palms open and ask for airdrops are the reason that the links posted by the OP in that thread got overlooked. All those third world scumbags are only interested in getting the "free airdrops" and not interested in whether the project is credible enough or not. Their posts like "how to get airdrop?" and other silly idiotic questions bump the thread and make sure nobody sees the scam accusations.

There is no history on the team or anything else, i am just glad that topic is now removed. ICO's are bad if you don't do your own research but easy scams like these if founded should get noticed and be deleted. Scams like these hurt the community and the site.

They do hurt the community and not all ICOs are bad. But one must do their own research before investing in any ICO. But you did a good job in investigating these scammers.
8482  Economy / Reputation / Re: Bitlife Signature Campaign for Scam on: December 30, 2017, 08:03:14 AM
The one who understands all aspects of bitconnect will immediately understand that such figures can not be. Since no one else except bitconnect can create rules, or put forward their terms.

This is not associated with bitconnect. The only connection is that the same scheme and its a ponzi too. I have left a negative trust on the users account with a reference as the archieve of the signature campaign thread.

They also stole the thread design of aTriz and stolen signatures. The lowest level of scumlife you can ever imagine. This only attracts more bottomfeeding shitposters to the site and ruin the name of crypto.
8483  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Neutral Coins to Hold Currency on: December 29, 2017, 10:26:01 AM
what would you say would be a good coin to use for a neutral hold that doesn't gain or loose much at all?
some where that I can save my gains from something like LTC and take my gains while market goes red and put them into a certain coin that doesn't move,
suggestions thanks

You should buy more bitcoin then. Honestly it is the one currency that can give you good returns with hodling. Think of buying 100 btc in 2009 and hodling it till today. You would have been a millionaire then dont you think? Well not exactly because many people have cashed out.

LTC I dont know about future - there is a lot of speculation on this but I believe LTC has no future expect being a good altcoin second to bitcoin. You might want to buy some LTC and hold it but I am not very confident about it. But I can say that ether nem ripple are good hodl coins.
8484  Economy / Services / Re: FB Pages combining over 160k fans, can I join Campaigns. on: December 29, 2017, 10:07:46 AM
@OP
I would suggest you to look into the Bounties (Altcoins) section of this forum. There are many ICOs running bounty campaigns there where people with Facebook and twitter accounts can promote them and gain rewards in tokens as bounties.

But you are still a newbie now. So I suggest you to build up your rank as well because most bounties have some rank restrictions.

Also only use one FB account - per bitcointalk account. Enrolling multiple accounts into one facebook bounty is considered as cheating and you will get negative trust for doing that.
8485  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Requirements To Be A Bounty Manager. on: December 29, 2017, 09:59:33 AM
Hello fellow users,

I am just thinking that what process does the current bounty managers undergo before they become what they are in the forum. Are there any requirements such as no negative trust, the forum rank, experience, if there are other please let me know. I find it hard to organize a bounty campaign and I am just curious about it.

The first thing you need is the experience. While newbies in this field will find it tough to gain a position in the competition but the easiest way to do this is to become an assistant manager for projects. Assist the main manager in managing the ICO bounty campaigns and this should build up your experience.

Once you have gained a good portfolio you can venture into the Bounty Management solo.

Along with this a good reputation is the community is not essential but is always a plus point. As far as ranks are concerned there is no set rules but obviously nobody will accept a newbie.

The most important requirement - that you must a client!
I dont understand your statement. Roll Eyes
8486  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: John McAfee: The Spokesperson for Cryptocurrency? on: December 29, 2017, 09:54:14 AM
Yes he can, his doing a good research about each other coins. He has his own view about it. Probably he can be a sporkesperson for crypto

Cryptocurrencies have no spokesperson. Period. Only the devs can be official people who can comment on a certain crypto and not any other person.

I have seen the current twitter posts and I can say two things at most:
1. Either MacAfee is paid to make these statements. He does not even know or give a shit about crypto. He only wants the money
2. He is interested in the crypto economy and wants to make a point - like Dimon did

These people are making crypto look like a sell-out. Anyway I wont give into all this FUD and do my own research before investing.
8487  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: what impact has gambling make in your life? on: December 29, 2017, 09:50:54 AM
I don’t see any impact of gambling in my life because I just gamble occasionally. But every time I gamble it gives me so much pleasure. Personally I witnessed the life of many people who are now addict in gambling but I feel sorry for them because they failed to control their emotion which is very important.

If you are not one of those people who has once been addicted to gambling and left then you wont understand the difference. For most people who are potential gambler they end up getting addicted and playing until they are in debt.

For those who learn that gambling is a waste of time and money - they will know these lessons which include not being greedy and not to fall for greed and temptations. Controlling your urge to play is important otherwise you will also end up broke.
8488  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin business success on: December 29, 2017, 09:48:17 AM
Bitcoin business success. after your success bitcoin business, surely you are first a simple biyasa humans who live simple, when you hear begin to know bitcoin, you believe that your future mascot you will be successful after you know bitcoin.
Your sentence does not make any sense. The level of shitposting and garbage posting in the forum is getting way out of hands now. You should post in your local threads and not in these threads at all.

INi who will open the door of our success after we participate in an activity that produces for us ..
But right now I am worried because there are already some Bitcoin uses that can not keep their finances well.
There is nothing to be worried about how others think of their finances. Everyone has their methods of making money and they are happy with it so let them be happy like that. You should concentrate on your portfolio of investments if you have any.

Quote
so it is recommended that we can manage finances well so that you are successful to start your business. This is part of your lucrative journey of life.
Well I have to agree with that - beginning a business is not easy and one must take care to look into every aspect of the business before investing into anything.
8489  Economy / Gambling / Re: "The Welcome Bonus Gimmick" - STOP GETTING BLINDLY ROBBED on: December 28, 2017, 09:57:23 AM
Some dubious online casino copies some effective advertising promo of some real online casinos like the welcome bonus gimmick to attracts many unsuspecting players into their games then later scam them.
Lol that is too much of an obvious scam mate. If you do find any site doing so and they have an account here dont forget to mention it in scam accusations to get their account negtagged. But if they are smart enough they wont venture into this forum because most scammers know about this forum and dont want to get more fed-flags to their "obvious" scam

Terms and conditions should be read carefully before any online casino.
Not just any online casino but to all other services as well. But often T&C are so huge and technical that people skim the first few lines and then overlook the rest.
8490  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why did I lose on trade ?? on: December 28, 2017, 09:52:22 AM
Because in the trading world has a high risk, if not able to analyze the price then the risk of loss is very large, so if you want to trade should be able to analyze the price in advance so as not to lose.

Not every trade is risky mate. If you bought bitcoin a few years back and sold it today then you are in good profits. That is not really risky is it?

However day-trading is risky and doing day trades one must be cautious of the FUD and the news that goes around pumping or dumping a coin. That said it is also possible to cash the FUD but that very risky and you need to be lucky at the same time too.
8491  Economy / Reputation / Re: Receiving Unfair Trust from user 'VOD' on: December 28, 2017, 09:44:49 AM
How do you know I am planning on defaulting a loan?
I have seen people like you before trying to make a loan request with a collateral that seems acceptable for the lender. Experience has taught me many things.

Quote
How do you know it is recoverable collateral, IF the user changes the email and password to his liking and there is no 2FA on the account?
OK so you know about the 2FA of the account. So I guess you have kept the 2FA of the account linked to your device so that in future after you default the loan you can recover it?

I guess that was what your plan was to scam the lender. Did I just social engineer all the information out your mouth? I need to keep an eye on this thread.
8492  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: About Bitcoin Bad Rumors on: December 28, 2017, 09:39:33 AM
Most of Bitcoin holder didn't give a shit when some smart 'investor' calls Bitcoin as A bubble. Bitcoin has been called a bubble since the first Bitcoin run up and yet the prices is now $15K.

Bitcoin has been called a bubble for no-one knows for how many times already. There are people who are ready to make a system look bad when they themselves are no-brain idiots ready to shill everything that gives them free coins. Ask them and they will say buy this shitcoin buy that shitcoin without even knowing if its worth it.

Bitcoin will continue to rise though drops are going to happen obviously.

There are always supporters and haters to anything. Just analyse the words and decide for yourself whether it make sense and if you want believe it or not.

Definitely! There were always good and bad rumors. They are just trying to manage your emotions to control the market. First thing I learned in economy school that every market is managed by people's fear and greed.

Its people's emotions that get in the way but its normal and they learn it eventually.
8493  Economy / Reputation / Re: Receiving Unfair Trust from user 'VOD' on: December 27, 2017, 10:24:20 AM
So I made 2 posts; one offering to sell an item, the other requesting a loan and using the same item as collateral.

It's very simple; I wanted to give myself the option of either selling it or getting a loan for it, since I'm undecided on whether i want to forego the item entirely.

But 'VOD' simply assumes I will not claim the item back if I get a loan, and hastily just shells out a negative trust and staining my name.

How is that fair?

I saw the thread which you had opened and I am afraid to say that this type of collaterals are not accepted as valid ones. This is a bitfinex account and these accounts can be social engineered back to the original owner.

In case you do default your loan and then the lender is stuck with this collateral they have no way of making it back. Rather if you offered the Ripple coins as collateral then probably it would be valid and such negative rating would not be given to you.

In any case I am also giving you a negative trust because I dont trust people like you who are planning of defaulting a loan using a recoverable collateral.
8494  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why did I lose on trade ?? on: December 27, 2017, 10:17:36 AM
Mybe you have wrong to decide the good time sold. Why you sell when you know the price is come down? it's pure misunderstanding of your trading strategy and do not blame cex.io. you should not see a percentage increase when you buy but keep your eye on the movement of the sales curve.
Yes, I agree with you. Maybe he has choose the wrong time to buy. When the price down quickly, if you just click lately few seconds, you can lose hundreds dollar. therefore, you should be careful when choosing the time to buy. let be patient

Its important to understand when to hold and when to execute a market order. You cannot be greedy and buy sell whenever you want. Then its important to understand the points where support and resistance are see.

When prices drop for any coin if you are confident that it will go up buy some more and increase your stock. If you are not sure what to do hold it and dont sell immediately because it may just go back up again. If by mistake you invest into some shitcoin then consider dumping at the next pump.
8495  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New project - whitepaper or code first? on: December 27, 2017, 10:09:46 AM
In the case a new project is developed, what is more important in terms of success, user adoption - a good whitepaper, marketing and ICO, or something working on github? I understand that probably both, but let's assume someone has limited resources.

I would say both but more for whitepaper. I dont want to seem rude but for any new project the github code is important but so is the whitepaper. Also some people dont want to know if there is a github repository or not. They want to read the whitepaper and decide whether its good for them or not.

I can understand you have limited resources and would suggest you to look into the "services" section for hiring a writer for your whitepaper. Many people are willing to do this even for small amount of btc while you can work on your code.

Good luck on your project.
8496  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Is Now Climbing Back Again !! on: December 27, 2017, 09:38:01 AM
Ya its a good news.

It is nothing new in crypto. Every dump is followed by a pump and the cycle continues everyday. You can see the repeat occurring if you observe the coinmarketcap graphs where its visible.

Currently a lot of FUD is being spread about crypto and bitcoin and about the economy of bitcoin. People are trying to bring the price down by any and every means possible which is the reason for the recent dump and the pumps.
8497  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: what impact has gambling make in your life? on: December 27, 2017, 09:33:06 AM
Nice thread.

I've started to gamble in August 2016. Before that I didn't know shit about cryptocurrencies and thanks to gambling (with BTC etc.) I joined the crypto world. Long story short: I've made a lot of profit with gambling, trading and investing in BTC and alts. Weird to say, but gambling has changed my life in a good way.

You must be one of those lucky people who get lucky at gambling. But I highly doubt this to be true. Have you got any proofs to back up these claims?

If you made such much money in gambling and trading and investing you dont need to be in this forum at all. You should be driving a lambo and enjoying the millionaire life. Why come to this shitposter plagued forum at all?

Or are you just bluffing?
8498  Economy / Services / Re: I am looking for a bounty manager for our ICO. on: December 26, 2017, 04:56:24 PM
Recommend you check out ALU services. The ALU team has individuals who are experienced in the field of managing campaigns, doing escrows and designing signatures, websites and apps. They are the team your ICO needs to promote them by a bounty campaign and/or signature campaign.

Contact link is in my signature.
8499  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: what impact has gambling make in your life? on: December 26, 2017, 08:54:00 AM
Gambling is the most fun activity that i do to get away from stress and problems. Many people think that gambling is totally wrong. I believe that it has positive impact on our lives. It can teach us things. Patience is one of the things that gambling can teach you. As a gambler, you need to be patient, wait for the right moment and ignore all temptations. It can teach us how to manage our funds too. Gambling can have a good impact on our lives.

Imo, only few people who able to get some lesson from gambling especially if we talk about patience. Most gamblers are in a hurry to get easy money. Gambling for some people is a way to get money with little efforts.

That is why when they loose, it impacts their pockets negatively and they are bankrupt. Many lessons can be learnt from our losses also and not only when we are winning. I am an example of those who have learned to manage my finances because of my gambling losses in the past.

It can teach you one thing that being greedy will get you nowhere and only leads to a black hole. The way to make money is to work for it and not let your luck earn it for you. Gambling should be done for entertainment and not with the purpose of making money. You might make money but that is not what gambling is for. Its actually the fees you pay the dealer to entertain you.
8500  Economy / Gambling / Re: "The Welcome Bonus Gimmick" - STOP GETTING BLINDLY ROBBED on: December 26, 2017, 08:45:15 AM
I agree to this because lot of offering site nowadays are with welcome package etc, and that could make how caught a fish out of there ponds.

It is a marketing method to promote the site. When the site is still young and needs to gain popularity there are many people who promote the site with the tag line - Join now and get this this bonus. Albeit those bonuses are too small and are just to get potential gamblers to get addicted to the site.

However some scam websites show very lucrative bonuses which one must be careful to judge as to whether the site is legit or not. A big welcome bonus does not mean you can win the minimum withdraw in a short while and you can cash out.

Also some idiots may deposit their money on the site and if it was a scam then obviously we all know what will happen.
