Count 50 or so to me. I'll be running a sale on them as soon as they're mature.

I have to conclude that you people didn't read what I posted or understand what mining does so I'll post the important part alone. I don't usually like doing that because it positions peoples ideas out of context.

Here it is: "since they are enabling transactions for a profit."

It's not the reward that he's talking about. It's relaying transactions which do involve exchange for fiat.

I don't think anyone will argue that Bitcoin is not used in just the USA so you all can stop parroting that over and over. However, the lead dev and, in fact, many of the devs live in the USA. BitInstant and quite a few other big businesses are based in the USA. So, for the sake of argument, let's pretend that we give a shit about how the legal system in the USA is reacting toward Bitcoin. Thank you.
I suppose that would be like saying the mailman is a money transmitter for carrying my checks to the utility company. You can try to interpret what FINCen is trying to say, but they haven't done a very good job of elaborating yet. There isn't any practical way to hold miners accountable for their accounting, so unless they want to be heavy handed and make an example out of someone as seems to be the practice of our land of laws, I wouldn't worry about it.

I'm not worried about it. I stopped mining back when I stopped being able to make at least 3-5 coins a day with my setup and decided to buy coins instead.

I'm amazed that Gavin Andresen and Patrick Murck are using the fear over the new FINCen law and its effect on mining to push their agenda of lobbying Washington on behalf of TBF. The Foundation's agenda is Americentric and only stands to benefit business members in the TBF business core elite (U.S. businesses). By calling attention to the currently illegal nature of mining they are using fear to rally support for their desire to lobby. This will backfire if American support for Bitcoin wanes because miners fear legal repercussions regardless of the unlikelihood of any actual legal action against an individual. Remember, people don't refuse to lie on their taxes because they think the IRS audits 90% of the people. They do it because they want to be sure that if they are one of the 1% that are audited they aren't in trouble.

Wow, you guys are still pissing and moaning about this issue 10 pages later? There's some really good porn out in the wild that deserves a lot more attention than this shit. Grab a bottle of lotion and have yourself a good day.

I don't know about these guys, but I can multi-task!

People with a lot of ignores should be banned. They add nothing!

You're the first person here I've put on ignore.

LOL - I like the members with highlighted ignore buttons. They add color to the forum.

*pun intended*

I'm personally in it for a long term relationship that would allow me to pop the question. I personally know of people that dated MANY years before considering popping the question, but I feel I want to get on with my life sooner and get married. While that doesn't stop a woman from say cheating or leaving you, it still strengthens a relationship, does it not?

No, it does not. It gives her absolute power over you and changes the direction of your life. All of the dreams you have are null and void if you get married. Oh, sex is over too within a year of getting married. Anyone that wants to find out if I'm right or not, put a penny in a jar every time you have sex the first year of your marriage. After the first year take a penny out of the jar every time you have sex. The rest of your life will be spent trying to get the pennys out of the jar and she will spend the balance of them on her next husband when you're dead.

You sound bitter. Get over it and choose a girl / woman that suits  you better... Seriously  ,guys like you are making me mad. You are probably 80 % responsible for what happened between you and your ex-wife. Taking the responsibility for this comes with your man-card. But it seems you revoked your membership. Renew it, move on and stop blaming somebody who was just acting accordingly to your behaviour. Women are like that. I guarantee you if you don't change some of your behaviour , history will repeat itself.

- A happy man.

I'm not bitter at all. I just don't like being controlled in a relationship when all I was looking for is sex and friendship not a mommy. Women especially after they have had kids can't help but mommy their husbands and it's really hard to have your mom talk to you all day then have sex with her that night. My second wife was great and has lasted more than 18 years. I'll probably ditch her soon though because I'm a selfish prick and she's getting too old.

This is why I call phonesex lines.

Seriously.

For the record I was referring to prostitution.

Oh I don't see prostitutes. Nothing against those who do, but for me, a few phone Mistresses are all I need to not feel lonely.

and blow a wad

Actually I rarely do that with them. I just talk for the most part. Some kink talk and some kink play sometimes but rarely to the level of needing kleenex.

You know how I can tell your lying? Because your phone is so sticky it bubbles when you speak into it. lol

I wish they all could be California girls...

No one is actually from California. If you took away all the people that were not born and raised in California the population would be about 50k. None of the native Californians live in the Los Angemex or San Franchina areas. They are all heavily armed and hiding in the Shasta/Trinity area near Redding.

Seriously.

If I'm lonely and miss my ex wife I call a phone sex line.

Basically I ask the woman on the other end to scream at me for a half hour and tell me I'm stupid while I throw dishes around my kitchen. Then I slam my bedroom door and go to sleep on the sofa. Ah, the good old days.

Yeesh, that second to last girl kinda looks like a corpse.  It seems as though they're all trying to look like children (or cutesy anime characters but roughly the same thing).

But I do agree with your final point, there's beautiful women everywhere and ugly women everywhere, just as there's handsome men everywhere and ugly men everywhere.  To further point out the absurdity of attempting to rank a nation by the number of attractive women naturally born and sitting within its borders, we must assume:

A.  That people do not travel (for starters),
B.  Most men share the same taste, which would imply,
C.  Most women of the nation which produces the sexiest women look alike.

Ignoring the first point, we could go back and forth debating which nations produce the sexiest women, but until we all agree that there's only one type of women we're all attracted to, we'll never get anywhere.  It's a futile argument which essentially boils down to, "Which nation's women are you generally attracted to?"

And I can't say I've ever seen the women of a nation who are, by landslide victory, all of the same height, skin color, facial structure, hair texture, and breast size, or else I could, at least, make an objective statement than "girls of nation X are super hot", let alone try to argue that my supposed objectivity should be shared by all my male peers, where we could, for a fact, claim that all women of nation X are the hottest of all the nations.  And if we can assume that personality has enough of an impact on a woman's attractiveness to affect their physical appearance, we're really better off just discussing what it is we actually like in a woman, because we'll never agree, nor should we.  All we're gonna do here is encourage the idea that people of a specific nation are always going to be one way, whether the stereotype is good or bad.

I can agree to that so I'll list what I like in a woman first.

1) She needs to have a pulse.
2) She needs to not be so ugly or fat that I can't look at her even when drunk.
3) She needs to say yes whenever I'm ready (this gives her points toward beauty if she needs them).
4) She can't stare up at me when she's blowing me like a puppy dog admiring a bone (she concentrates on the job at hand).
4) She needs to not speak directly to me when the deed is done (because my interest in her is limited at this point and will need time to recover).
5) Her mother must already be dead, incarcerated for more than 20 years in a geographic location that prohibits our visiting her or resides in another country and fears travel.
6) She needs to have a job and be willing to loan me money whenever I need a little extra.

This is my basic foundation for the perfect woman. Of course, other pluses or minuses will matter when you get involved with her such as sexual prowess, kink, breast size, natural breasts (can't really be determined until your squeezing em), excessive stretch marks, scaring, etc.

I think of all the places I've visited Japan had women that, on average, fit most of my desires.

Wow - How many people knew this little tidbit?

Quote
(PM) ALL miners are considered MSBs, since they are enabling transactions for a profit. The guidance is completely backwards – at a local bitcoin exchange the exchange itself is unregulated, however the people there are required to be registered as MSBs. The proper action for FinCEN to have taken is to clarify their guidance, especially related to product as technical as bitcoin, is to solicit public opinion to fully understand the matter. This step was ignored, and MSB regulation from the 90s had a virtual currency clause tacked onto it. Both the public exchange and miner issues should have been clarified in a public forum.

Not my best work, but you don't deserve my best.

edit: look closely at his eyes and see what he sees

What he sees in front of him is a herd of ignorant sheep waiting to be fleeced.

But those eyes are evil. He knows he must hurt them emotionally before ripping off their skin for profit. You can see the disgust in his eyes for the, as he calls them, "monumental assholes" that he's about to rape. Muahahaha

Just noticed that the auction is no longer on ebay. I wonder if the OP got his 25k or decided to mine with it.

Yeah, I just noticed that too but the item isn't available to view like with closed auctions. It's completely removed without a trace. That usually happens when someone complains to eBay about the listing or eBay decides to remove it on their own. I saw that a few times with big actual fireworks listed on eBay.

I look up to Britain.

Really? My first visit to London made me fully understand homosexuality.
