I'm not a xapo user anymore and correct me if I'm saying it wrong that xapo is the same with coinbase that xapo to xapo wallet is for free.

And some other exchanges does have this feature to their users. Better to use blockchain.info they are now neutralized in terms of the fees.

I have the same experience, I used to send some funds from my coinbase and it's on the network. It's confirmed but it's not credited and I did nothing but wait for it.
