There goes my first pick of the day already out the window. Hope Wolves can turn this around with 3 goals and at least get me a close score. So unpredictable, as usual. Suppose it's bookie heaven this weekend.

^^holy crap LFC you actually did predict against Liverpool. I locked to see what toke was referring to;) Hope your deja vu works haha
8522  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: January 16, 2021, 11:54:43 AM
Big weekend guys! So ready to lose more money from all the games haha. Tomorrow's the nice sit for me, Liverpool and United, but games today should be entertaining as well.

Wolves should take this but Brighton were actually not bad against City. Or we gonna start with a draw? Enjoy and good luck!

Edit: I meant WBA of course, and they already lead haha.
8523  Economy / Speculation / Re: How low will BTC go before the next leg up to 45-50k?? on: January 16, 2021, 11:13:52 AM
Lower highs and higher lows which is what is happening now, suggest downtrend to me to be honest.

Ordinarily yes but as pointed out above, volumes on exchanges are actually relatively low, and last week's outflow of bitcoin from exchanges also suggest people are done selling for the time being and not even ready to take profit so 40k and beyond still very much on the cards.

Even retest of 30 shouldn't be at huge orders and with the books filled with orders there, think we are protected.
8524  Economy / Gambling / Re: FAIRLAY - SPORTS BETTING for experts - highest liquidity, provably best odds on: January 16, 2021, 10:11:52 AM
These exchange options were always present of their site, but it's easier to find them now on the homepage. I like how they organized everything though I wish they set the default odds as decimal instead of percentage(Minor issue).

I actually didn't know that haha, suppose I've never really explored Fairlay so much, usually I just head straight to my bookmark filters and look for my games.

I don't even remember default odds. Mine have been set to decimal though so since my login is saved, it always shows as decimal. Just save your account settings =)
8525  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io - Official betting partner of ARSENAL FC 🚀 on: January 15, 2021, 08:34:17 PM
Damn Roma already down 2 goals, doesn't look like they'll make it out of this alive now. But there's a huge game in Brazil later, putting some money on Palmeiras, Super Boost up to about 3.25 (I parlayed with Monaco Live to make it sweeter). Good luck guys, and here's to Roma scoring 3 goals with no reply. Immobile's a beast though...

8526  Economy / Speculation / Re: INSTITUTIONAL MONEY changes everything !!! How BitCoin gets to 100,000 Next on: January 15, 2021, 05:28:12 PM
However,  we are in ath again. This is not the best moment to be brave, but the best moment to be cautious.
Be brave when there is blood in the streets.

Yeah, I don't think I've seen as much enthusiasm during a rally before. Sure, the predictions aren't as ridiculous as they were in 2017, but that's actually scarier to see people really get serious about 6-figure numbers. Fun, and scary at the same time.

Good thing most of us are DCA-ing. Takes out the courage factor somewhat.
8527  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does Bitcoin Change GOLD AS STORE OF VALUE? on: January 15, 2021, 02:50:23 PM
Definitely one of the most "out there" articles I've read in a while, but identical to gold isn't gold. Just as scientists can already create diamonds in the lab, it just doesn't carry the same value as conventional "real" diamonds. Gold's still going to be gold and serves all its purposes for a little while more. Problem is not everyone can get their hands on gold, nor find a practical way to store and transport it.

Modern alchemists, didn't know they existed;)
8528  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcasino.io 💜 — 🕵️ Uncovering the mystery of lost Bitcoins 💡 on: January 15, 2021, 01:49:16 PM
Checked the video briefly. My objective view:

1. The very first "facts" presented are not true. I won't need to go down the list but the first point is not true (Swisssoft does NOT operate Bitcasino, it is a games operator providing titles to a lot of clients). Also the owners...
2. You need to back up your claims with evidence. I could make another video and make my own claims. That doesn't make my claims true.
3. If you were to lodge a police report in the US as the video says, you'd probably get yourself in trouble (you broke the law by gambling at Bitcasino as their ToS doesn't permit you to access their services).

Sorry, but, no cigar.
8529  Economy / Gambling / Re: FAIRLAY - SPORTS BETTING for experts - highest liquidity, provably best odds on: January 15, 2021, 11:08:55 AM
Just noticed the new landing page for the site greeting me now (I usually bookmark markets so haven't checked landing in a while) and it's a whole load of exchange options. Looks pretty clean, and haven't had the time to properly check out the rates, but talk about p2p exchange in a whole different way, eh? Might consider using it down the line for LTC/ETH as I do get some of those in lieu of BTC.
8530  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io - Official betting partner of ARSENAL FC 🚀 on: January 15, 2021, 09:43:44 AM
You should start to watch Serie A because right now is a super offensive football in Italy and not the old defensive style that we're used too. This changed in Italy in the last 3 years when a lot of new coaches came with offensive style that in the end changed the face of Serie A.

I doubt Liverpool can win against United at this form they're having right now ...

Serie A has definitely been in a revival and I think we ought to give credit to teams like Napoli, Atalanta, even Lazio for the past 3 seasons for changing the way Italian football is viewed. Not to mention the average age of offensive players in that league now. I know Inter get the plaudits also but it was really pre-meltdown Napoli that showed real attacking flair. Very entertaining!

I wish bookies would think like you too, Liverpool is still just over 2/1 to win. United have been irresistible, admittedly, but nothing fires up Anfield more than a meeting with their age-old rivals (sorry, Everton)!
8531  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Odds, units advantage | Sportsbook | +50123 units on: January 15, 2021, 08:41:59 AM
The dullest outcome possible happened. Wasn't a match I was really interested in but really, Palace could have snatched this. Anyway, Serie A and Ligue 1 action tonight.

100 units at Sportsbet on Roma, Leverkusen and Monaco to WIN @10.98. Other odds: 10.65

Units advantage: 33

Running advantage after 194 bets: +12,613 (+33)
All-time cumulative: +50,282
Running units after 193 bets (30W|163L): +5,962 (-100)
8532  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: January 14, 2021, 12:06:06 PM
@Globb0 I definitely remember when it was "boring" haha. Damn!

Arsenal recovered pretty fast. They won their last 3 league games. They didn't concede a goal in last 2 matches. They also beat Newcastle United in FA Cup 5 days ago and clean sheet serie is still going on.
I expect Arsenal to win this match and extend their winning series to 4 league games.

But Palace at 6/1 is even more interesting, is it not? I actually think it's really good value, given that Palace have a propensity for a few upsets of their own (when they're not being thrashed, that is). As long as Zaha's on form (and he is), he's always a threat, whether scoring himself or turning provider. Benteke as the foil.

8533  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ BitcoinPRBuzz.com's ⚽ Italian Serie A ⚽ Football Pool Discussion Thread on: January 14, 2021, 11:00:43 AM
About the 10 outcomes, I have only played Superbru for 3 seasons now and I remember the very first week of 2018/19 season someone got 9/10 and he won a small prize (at the time it would be 10,000 GBP for 10/10) and that was Premier League.

I actually don't know if anyone's ever hit it. But I've definitely seen 7 or 8 out of 10 a number of times in other leagues (but no prizes there).

Juventus march on in Coppa;)
8534  Economy / Speculation / Re: How low will BTC go before the next leg up to 45-50k?? on: January 14, 2021, 09:49:54 AM
Well, it does look right now like we won't be seeing sub $30k for a while now. Thought the last fall would take us through, bounced right off 30k, then middled for a while so I thought we might get another bear rush. Doesn't look like it's happening though, with 38k on track and the weekend approaching. Those bulls do love weekends.
8535  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Is Dying on: January 14, 2021, 08:46:43 AM
Speak for yourself. I'm still using it almost on a daily basis, and sometimes several times a day. My income is virtually all in Bitcoin, or crypto in other forms, and I have to sell to pay my bills and stuff. And what I can pay in Bitcoin, I do. I've also spread this usage. Others who were my clients or employers now have switched. We're all using. Sure we save as much as we can, but spending Bitcoin and using it? It's gone way past pizza my friend.
8536  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2021-01-12] US Dollar and Coinbase Also Blamed For Bitcoin Sell-Off on: January 14, 2021, 07:45:15 AM
I was just about to blame Twitter and Facebook for banning people all over. US dollar is too easy a scapegoat, and Coinbase too lazy a target.

What's actually more surprising to me is that the sell off didn't tear away at the $30k floor. And now looks to be notching up a gear or two en route to $40k again.
8537  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Odds, units advantage | Sportsbook | +50123 units on: January 14, 2021, 06:41:14 AM
Brighton actually had a good second half, so it was a shame we lost, a bigger shame that there wasn't a draw in that game. My other underdog pick (Marseille) also didn't make it and even Barca and Juve both only managed draws in their cup games. Not a good night for anyone in the end.

That does make it easy for me to bet on a Palace upset!

100 units at Sportsbet on Crystal Palace to WIN vs Arsenal @6.06. Other odds: 5.80

Units advantage: 26

Running advantage after 193 bets: +12,580 (+26)
All-time cumulative: +50,249
Running units after 192 bets (30W|162L): +6,062 (-100)
8538  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: January 13, 2021, 07:54:04 PM
I was about to rant in here about Man City have failed to live up to my 3 - 0 win expectations but I saw this in the pool https://talkimg.com/images/2023/11/16/FM9cg.jpeg, so I can't even complain, lol. Man City are playing well, but the goals have really reduced drastically this season, Man City have only scored more goals(a goal) than just one team from the top 10 teams in the league.

Silly me for thinking Brighton could snatch this. I ought to stop throwing away money on these games, seems like City aren't as brittle at the back anymore but their goal problems up front are same as Liverpool and others -- just tiredness.

As I'm writing this, Sterling penalty oops haha. This was worse than de Bruyne's miss against Liverpool heh.

Anyway, Pep apparently said he's found the secret to success with his team, telling them not to run but walk (with the ball) haha. In direct contradiction to Liverpool's high-press blitzkrieg from the front, defend from attack, although Klopp definitely slowed his team down from last season...

With all the hype and the high expectations, I think these two clubs could negate each other and end up in a scoreless draw.  And it’s also very possible that VAR could ruin this game for either club.

Boo, I woulda thought that pre-Bruno Fernandes but surely they'll want to have some fun;) 4-0 Liverpool, because secret weapons abound;)
8539  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 25% of crypto users not securing assets as well as they think on: January 13, 2021, 04:01:59 PM
25% of crypto users surveyed, more like.

It's likely some of those "storing" on an exchange/platform might not even be talking about actual Bitcoin. PayPal Bitcoin, for example;)

Trezor or Ledger, which one do you recommend? Both of them has been targeted with cyberattacks/phishing and malware recently.

Use a throwaway email. Those attacks took email data and sent them phishing attacks. Anyone who knows hows the wallets work shouldn't have fallen for them in either case.
8540  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io Betting discussion thread rev on: January 13, 2021, 01:20:37 PM
Late MM, hope this means some people actually forget to come in and make their picks;) Maybe it'll be a bumper Sat/Sun selection and no Friday games to give us false hopes.

Liverpool-United is going to be the game with the most even picks am sure. Rarely do they meet so close, and rarely to those close encounters result in double wins. I'm of course already parlaying the weekend match with the FA Cup follow-up. Should be an easy 5x right LFC_Bitcoin?Wink
