8541  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITDICE - 🎲🎲🎲 ICO ANNOUNCE 15 AUG 2017! JOIN THE TRANSFORMATION! 🎰🎰🎰 on: August 09, 2017, 04:59:40 PM
Small update.

BitconCash was credited as BTC to all investors who had a balance on Aug 2. Even those who already divested. The median price was a bit higher than today's - 0,11BTC. We've been selling on Aug 2-3, slowly, to prevent market crash and get as much as we can with the low volume on the market. We did our best to maximize profits of our users.

Regards,
Alex.

That's really kind of you Alex, specifically giving people those who had divested also. This must have made all gamblers very happy already it's a winning site and more you get to win in it. The Ico also is particularly getting one of the best responses I have seen till date, especially the promotions are just awesome, Alex and his team are doing some amazing work.
8542  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you set up limits for yourself? on: August 09, 2017, 04:54:40 AM
Hi guys!
We all know that gambling is not only a fun but also potential danger. So are you limiting yourself somehow when gambling? DO you use casino's instruments to prevent you spending more money?
Or do you just limit yourself by setting a certain amount of money to spend? Or you don't limit yourself at all?
Thanks for sharing!
Cheers,
Yours OshiHugo, Oshi.io CM

This depends on who you are and what you want from gambling and most importantly how much you have to spend. Normally I feel most users set out with a x amount to play with and that's how they do it, that would be my strategy as going with without a strategy and set balance a dangerous prospects that can badly back fire on oneself. It's very risky that one cannot even set a fix balance he won't have a fix limit he shall get his hands burnt badly.
8543  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: August 08, 2017, 10:15:39 AM
Arsenal in action in the field. I just realized, too often other club fans patronize Arsenal and always regard Arsenal occupants position 4th. I now know, Arsenal can always be calculated for the league champions.

This kind of trophy is good enough for arsenal to boost their morality so that they could have better performance in the new season. Arsenal is a very great team actually but their past performance was their main reason for their low morality . With this trophy there could be some changes for them perhaps

Arsenal was becaming the champion of Community shield 15 times and that's equally to Liverpool achievement but some of EPL fans trust that the winner of this event won't became the champion of EPL but i don't think it's become a benchmark for their upcoming performance because 38 matches untill end of season against plenty different teams would not be easy for them so my questions is could them manage their performance untill end of season

Arsenal scrapped through on penalties and no team really plays for this trophy it's more of a formality, arsenal will always have a bright start, and then suddenly will phase out and in last few games wake up and it's to late, till last few years it worked this year it didn't, don't really expect them to be title contenders, most importantly they they are in Europa league welcome to Thursday night football.
8544  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Game of Thrones - Who will rule? Odds and betting discussion on: August 08, 2017, 10:10:54 AM
It is time for a guessing game!

Who do you think saved Jaime Lannister from Drogon, when he tried to attack Daenarys?

I have a strong feeling it was Jon Snow. They need Jaime to be a hostage to get Cersei's attention and also to negotiate terms with her.

Yes, I think its better for Jons Snow to save him or together with Tyrion. But still I am clueless about it. Smiley I am a big fan of this show. Very excited every Sunday  or the day after.

How can you be so blonde? Jon wasn't there it was bron who saved him and it's so clear, that due to the force of the fire they both sunk down, and Jamie went deeper, that's only done to save him, he's very much alive and not a hostage. If you don't know, cersei is to die at the hands of her brother, she suspected it would be tyrion but all facts point it shall be Jamie.
https://www.nytimes.com/2017/08/07/business/hackers-demand-ransom-for-stolen-hbo-files.html

^ Those who leaked the last game of thrones episode are holding future HBO media/data hostage, threatening to leak all if HBO doesn't pay a ransom of $6 million in bitcoin.

The funny thing here is, many game of thrones fans will be praying HBO doesn't pay the ransom so they can get future episodes early.

Hahaha I don't know whether I should support the hackers or the HBO it's enethicial to do it and hold someone for ransom but then I love GOT a lot, but I hope they don't realize only one and that to early bloody it's a long wait for the next one.
8545  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Scammed 16 coins taken on: August 08, 2017, 09:03:00 AM
So I fucked up big time. I bought 16 bitcoins back in 2011 and have had them stored all these years. When the bch split happened I got online and was searching for how to claim them, I followed a tutorial video, it has since been removed, and like a complete idiot I gave my recovery phrase to the website blockchain-bitcoininvestment.info. Believe me I now know how stupid that was. They drained me immediately. All my funds were sent to this address 1Be7Ej9WA8ioDuqrRKCaGcCBM6Uu3Mci53. I am aware that there really isnt anything that can be done. I just hope others dont make the same mistake I did, It seriously sucks. Be careful out there one fucking mistake can have some really shitty results

I can't believe it, this is Second post that has come up since yesterday, maybe there will be more but my second post and this is dam pissing off, 16 btc that's such a huge amount of money, as of now there is nothing can be done, but I feel if you file a complaint with your authorities they will be able to trace it back to IP address, and then you can file a complaint with the embassy that's the only thing though it won't yield much results as there are no law but it's worth a shot.
8546  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Japan has the highest bitcoin trade volume passing usd and yuan on: August 08, 2017, 06:51:13 AM
Just  the end of yesterdays stocks exchange japan right now is leading the market. It shows that japan was not being so quite when it comes to crypto currency. What are your thoughts about this?

Not really surprising to read, but could you provide a link to it. As far the volumes are concerned, it was about to happen as they are a big Country in Asia, and they know the importance of technology, they are the pioneers in driving this technology. Plus their airlines were also about to accept it. There was news that even Olympics were supposed to accept it, but don't know what happened. After China, Japan has been really instrumental in rising the prices.
8547  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2017 Football Summer Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: August 07, 2017, 02:40:50 PM
Barca has money so clubs are rising prices for best players, but now becouse of UEFA rules PSG must sell some players,Di Maria can be perfect for now,he is superb payer, meanwhile will be good for Barca to look at his players from Barca academy,Barca was the best together with players from his academy.Market is crazy, spend heavy mlns but wan player is injured than what.PSG lost his head, thay will end up LM on quterfinal like usually

PSG is selling Di Maria?  For how much?  I know one Premier League manager who could want to sign him in.  His club is willing to pay top dollar too.  Wink

Guess who it is.

Dont tell me it is Men United,i dont see to much succes for PSG.Football is team work, team hasto be star,it is Klopp,Guardiola,Ranieri,Allegrini and Emery pilosophy, poor Emery best for him is to find new club to coach.More birds are singing Hazard to Barca.Could be great to see Bale in EPL it is right place for him

Lol.  Yup, Man United but also Chelsea.  With Hazard going away to La Liga (Real Madrid or Barca) they'll need someone good on the left wing.  I watched the Community Shield yesterday (well the first half, was too drunk to concentrate on the 2nd half), and Pedro was 'ok' on the left.  But it's really differen't without Hazard.  At least with Di Maria, Conte will have an option.

Yes this has been going around since a long time, after mourinho was critical of the fact that Maria should never have been sold, but there is no denying, he really did not live up after the first few matches, and Bale was linked then said he's the main star at Madrid and now ronaldo says he wants England, this transfers are killing it, wonder who will Barca end up with Mhabpe or Dyballa interesting to see.
8548  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers have stolen my money on: August 07, 2017, 02:31:37 PM
Hi

Thanks

This is so sad op, I cant believe it but I am really surprised you let go of your phrase that's the most important thing ever, use electrum wallet next time. But sadly to say your coins are. All but gone, there is no way to recover this, it hurts me to see a fellow Bitcoiner loose his coins like this, it's absolutely sad but you should have been careful and not rely on such a video, I hope you reported it to YouTube so you they can take it down.
8549  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will registered poker sites ask for id? on: August 07, 2017, 09:04:47 AM
Do sites like Black Chip Poker or Betonline ask for id when you withdrawal with bitcoins?

I have never heard of this site ever, why do you use such kind of sites? No gambling site, will ever use it and for what kind of purpose I am yet failing to. I would never suggest any one to use this kind of site. I would kindly drawn your reference to my signature site, that is simply the best site ever, and they have best games and they are here to. Their UI is simple and nice, I highly recommend you to click on it and make good profits.
8550  Economy / Economics / Re: So this will be interesting... Bitcoin to insane valuations on: August 07, 2017, 06:02:53 AM
I was thinking about this earlier and I wonder what everyone's thoughts are on it. I think a lot of folks are trying to set an expected 'max value' on what bitcoin can and should be. I suspect it will enter the realm of something like the derivatives market where the total value of all derivatives is more than even all the money in the world.

If you think about it, the market cap is simply pegged on what folks are willing to 'part' with their bitcoin for. For that reason, it's completely possible that as it hits insane valuations, just about nobody will be willing to part with it. As this happens, at some point someone can say the current market cap of Bitcoin is so high that all the money in the world couldn't buy it all out. (and that would be just fine!) Just like the derivatives market with all the money in the world couldn't cover all the existing contracts, all the money in the world won't be enough to purchase what people are willing to sell their bitcoins for.

So while some folks see an upper threshold of something like all the gold (7 trillion) or world GDP ~80 Trillion, bitcoin could go even higher than that.
That should be interesting!

Bitcoin is about to break all thresholds and there is nothing stopping it, it's like that train 777 that's set on aa automatic break and no one to stop it. All the alts have failed, Bitcoin cash the so called alt that horribly failed, all the government can try putting in the restrictions but they won't succeed at all. All the factors point that it's going to succeed and that's the best part.
8551  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin remains strong despite the fork. on: August 07, 2017, 05:45:49 AM
Bitcoin price still remains strong and has grown significantly throughout the weekend despite the hard fork.
Though coin transaction fee's from local to international wallets are still at high. Many investors, miners and developers are still using the old Bitcoin. Will developers fix the ever slowing and expensive transaction fee's from the old blockchain or just  try to attract old bitcoin users to jump to the Bitcoin Cash blockchain? BTC

Of course the Bitcoin was always going to be high fork or no fork. And even before the fork was over it was obvious that the price was going to rise, ya about the fees it's bit concerning that nothing is being done. I feel something should be done, and it's strange the miners are happy to let go of this pressing issue. Let's hope sooner or later they sort it out.

Cross-posting from r/Bitcoin [Although lot of you might follow the sub but for those who don't,I've posted couple of images which are accurate as f] Long Live Bitcoin

Haters will say it's photo-shopped

There is no way bitcoin is stopping my dudes!
If you observer closely, any external event which doesn't favour bitcoin or even tries to make insecurities amongst bitcoin holders, the only resulting event that takes place is the rise in bitcoin's values.
I even derived an equation,

The acceleration of Drama as produced by the external factors is directly proportional to the price of bitcoins.

Loved the graph it's so apt, and true there seems to be no stopping it and there will be nothing that can stop it. There is August 8th event also wondering if that also takes the graph up and up. The price has come down slightly now but that I feel is ok, a little breather for those who want to get in. The long run is secured and there is no reason to worry hold on tight to it.
8553  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: regret by not believing in BITCOIN? on: August 06, 2017, 11:29:26 AM
who among you here heard bitcoin back in 2009 and 2010? I was one of the people who is very skeptical about it and I really regret it. Sad I missed the best opportunity for a lifetime.

I had heard it on a site and some people were using it as a payment, but that time I was more keen for paypal than anything else. So I completely ignored it and made the biggest mistake of my life. Had I just stored few Bitcoins, I could be so so rich or at least splurge like a king for few days. So many of us knew it and ignored and by the time we woke up, the ship had sailed.
8554  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Is Bitcoin's Value So Volatile? on: August 06, 2017, 11:13:51 AM
Why Is Bitcoin's Value So Volatile? I am confused to buy bitcoin now when it's value is too high.

It seems that you are totally new to Bitcoin world. Bitcoin is never stable, you need to look at current events and read around the forum and draw conclusion whether prices will rise or drop, see it depends on the demand and supply factor. Then the global events also play a important role in the price supply.
Bitcoin is and always will be very volatile, but this does not mean having to give up his purchase. If you look at the chart of growth rates you will see that every year the price of bitcoin is increasing. This trend will persist for a very long time so you can buy it at any time.

so i should buy bitcoin at this point or when the value reduce.

Every one will give you a mix reply, as one can see from the price, it's coming down, but then again Aug 8th event may push it up, watch it around for a while, it may just shoot up, and later come a little down.
8555  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin reached 3.2K!! on: August 06, 2017, 07:05:45 AM
Apparently Bitcoin has again broke the record by reaching reaching 3.2K (almost 3.3K currently it's 3,280$ on Bitfinex)
Gotta go fast bitcoin, gotta go fast  Grin Grin   I wonder if it coins going any higher  Smiley

Ya I was bit disappointed when it did not clinch the 3k mark on Aug 1st as the support had been locked in, and bcc was always going to be a joke. So I knew it would go up and am very happy that it's finally gone up its about time that it goes. There are talks of it shooting further up for Aug 8 event, as I had written in the earlier thread possible that's it has discounted the factor, but then again it's possible it may rise further who knows all I want this party to continue, never stop.
8556  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 8th August on: August 06, 2017, 04:36:42 AM
Who is all expecting a price pump on that day?

I am bit mixed on this, the reason I feel is that after the comic fall of Bitcoin cash, Bitcoin took the August 8 factor and that's why it's rose to 3300+ and now I feel it shall stabilize around 3200. Then another part of me argues and says since it's a big event 3500 mark is well in sight and it could possibly happen. There are many people even talking of 4k in the short term. Honestly I am glad it's only few hours and a day away. Let the party continue.
8557  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price Blows Past All Time High $3,000 Mark, Holders Rewarded on: August 05, 2017, 11:39:27 AM
After all the chaos of the past month, hodlers were rewarded Saturday with a huge surge in Bitcoin pricing. At press time, BTC was trading at $3,104, a new all time high. Reddit exploded with the news, filled with a number of funny GIFs showing the exuberance of the BTC marketplace.

Fear of the fork
Many analysts had changed their perspective on BTC after the news of the Bitcoin Cash (BCH) fork was made public. There were those, however, who directed the public back to the fundamentals of BTC, encouraging hodlers to remain calm and not give into fear of value loss. It appears for today that they have been rewarded highly.

 Other coins
Litecoin (LTC) and Ethereum (ETH) were also up on the day, though nowhere near the substantial gains of BTC. Analysts have previously suggested that the fork was moving some out of other cryptocurrencies and that ETH especially was undervalued. The BTC increase also saw a correspondingly painful decrease for BCH, down nearly 25 percent as of press time.

Yes we all those who believed in the Bitcoin knew it would happen, some fools clamoured for that shit coin, they even gave it the king status now where are they shitting in their pants, seeing the price rise. This is just amazing, I knew it would touch 3k on Aug 1st and was disappointed when it did not lol, but now I am glad it finally touched 3100 and hopefully upwards and upwards. This is the moment we all been waiting for.
8558  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin translucent until the price is $ 3200 more is there is this? on: August 05, 2017, 11:35:54 AM
I hope this is a positive thing about the bitcoin selling value that touches $ 3200 more if this is the effect of yesterday's hardfork failure, what's your opinion for this time?

This was always going to happen Bitcoin price was going to rise and every one knew it as soon as the support was clinched. There was no doubt about it, now this confirms me that bitcoin is way poised to touch 4k by winter and if all goes good 5k by next year. This is so much positivity for all, and victory for all those who believed in Bitcoins rather Bitcoin cash.
8559  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: World's Biggest AIR-DROP in History happening! on: August 05, 2017, 08:36:05 AM

Hello BCT,

So as of now most of you (who is holding BTC) have already got AIR-DROP of new BCC/BCH/Bitcoincash
What are you going to do with this new coin?
Are you going to Hold , Sell, already Sold? What is your prediction about Bitcoincash ?

I think people will sell all BCC and forget about Bitoincash

What is your opinion ?

There are people like me who won't even claim them, cause I don't feel comfortable that it can steal my coins. Plus look at its price it's going to disappear very soon, my advice would be to sell it and sell it fast make sure you are safe and make a good choice doesnt make any sense now to keep it. It's a alt coins and they don't last long, better jump the ship before it's to late.
8560  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I hope BCH will be pumped so I can get rid of it and stick to the real BTC on: August 05, 2017, 08:21:50 AM
That's all I have to say about this altcoin... it's going nowhere - you don't even have a trustful wallet for it yet.

Its just going to be dumped till it doesn't even exist anymore, look at coinbase.com statement they don't trust it and won't allow customers to use it till 2018. By then it's value will be nothing. I told everyone it's a bloody alt and alts are no good. It's best to dump them and move on. Though it's sad some people actually brought it lol. I had read it's stealing your coins, so not claiming them, very happy with my bitcoins. Dump it at the first chance.
