8581  Economy / Speculation / Re: I think we have to see 35000 usd in 2018 according to this table on: April 02, 2018, 07:07:35 PM
Today (2018/03/31)                   7003$

A year ago (2017/03/31)            1020$

Two years ago (2016/03/31)       417$

Three years ago (2015/03/31)     243$

Five years ago (2013/03/31)        93$

Six years ago (2012/03/30)         4.90$

Seven years ago (2011/03/31)     0.70$

So bitcoin is not dead and may see 35000 usd in 2018 Grin. What do you think ?

Why you have stated that "so bitcoin is not dead"? Just because of the current price behaviour? That's a lol for me if you will based on it. That prices you have posted are being spreaded recently at any platforms (forums, social media, just a simple post etc. so I think you got it there.

Anyways going back to topic, past performance can't guarantee future results. What matters here is, bitcoin price is showing a good support at their established dip during a price decrease scenario. What does this means? Meaning we can't expect a much lower price level on that level as the resistance is strong. It's good to see that bitcoin price are having a times like this so that we can see how well the support it at any price level. Jumping at much higher price level for only a short period of time is completely a product of pump and hype and this is the time where putting money is at more risks.
8582  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: April 02, 2018, 06:02:44 PM
I hate when young people that never saw a single game of Michel Jordan on TV or something and talk like he is the GOAT.
Few youtube videos don't make an expert, keep that in mind. And enjoy watching Lebron, he will clearly pass the all-time scoring record, which is crazy.
Micheal Jordan's charisma and attitude i think separate him from Lebron James. I was lucky enough to watch Michael Jordan plays at his peak and watch the beauty of his plays.
Michael Jordan was a king among kings when the likes of Magic Johnson and Dominique Wilkens were playing up against him and the Chicago Bulls were a team going to the playoffs as Golden state are every year.
He wasn't very arrogant and always had a smile when he played.
He was a gentle giant on the court, and LeBron James is not.

Haters? lol.

You will not see the positive traits on the other side as long as you only looking on a single side. There are big differences about Michael Jordan and LeBron James nature and system during their time and for me, it's doesn't making sense to compare those. Why in the first place?

Just enjoy the game mate and appreciate greatness. Smiley

Can someone point me to a quick money app on android? $ 1-2 / day

Wake up, it's 2018. Straight answer, there is none*.

If you want to have $1 or $2 a day changed that kind of mindset and began searching other works instead. There are lots of Android apps offering good rewards and some of them are really paying and legit (as tested by me) but it will not meet your expectations of $1 to $2 a day as that has a pre-requisites to achieved and not by an instant or quick plus consider also the location or country of yours.

Can someone point me to a quick money app on android? $ 1-2 / day
go to the legit  mining or generating bitcoin, there an quick money, but you have to spend or invest for you to generate bitcoin.

Don't waste time on this. A good and well build rigs today are having difficulty to mine bitcoin and then it will just be an easy task for an Android app? lol.
8584  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading pump and dump group on: April 02, 2018, 04:55:53 PM
personally I do not really believe in pumps and dump groups, because no one will help voluntarily and bear the big losses for the sake of people who have never been known before, so they are still trying to make a profit.

Pump and dumps groups really exists but that is only applicable and effective for "limited altcoins" that can shaken be up for a range BTC.5 to BTC1 "in general" and that will also depend on the exchange where that altcoin is traded. But for that to make it successful all subscribers must joined the party but I doubt all of that will.

For some people, they are comfortable joining those groups but for others they have an opposite insights. So for a newbie, why trust others if we can do analyzations on our own. Once a newbie is progressing, they will automatically knows what things should they do to deal with that kind of concern so just be serious learning all aspects about crypto trading.
8585  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to 3000$? on: April 02, 2018, 04:38:46 PM
Some people are talking that Bitcoin will be 3000$. What is your opinion? When will recover all this falling? Is this the END?

Not just going back to $3,000, there are also talks about going back to $2,000 and even lower than $1,000. What my response to them? Be careful what they wish for. It's fine to state speculations as long as they are properly backing it up whether impossible theories, analysis or not.

When will the bitcoin market recover it's price? We are just used to experienced that bitcoin price is always uptrend that's why when there's a large price decrease, others thinks that "it"s a crash". Remember the bitcoin price growth rate through the years and we will see the biggest changes every year. Hug the dip and take advantage of it.

What's my opinion on going back to $3,000? Then so be it. We can't control the market in general so if that will happened then it will happened. Still way better than sitting on $200+ price level for about half a year.
8586  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jackpot...... on: April 02, 2018, 04:25:52 PM
March became my lucky month in gambling sites, I won 2 jackpots that made me feel shock a little bit.

My first one was 0.00763365 btc won, and my big one is 2.46873821 eth... How about you did you experience to won Jackpot while playing at your favorite gambling site?

What gambling site is that? And what's that "jackpot" means, jackpot pool/prize of a gambling site or own jackpot as you consider it to yourself?

Hell yeah, it's kind of a nice pleasure when you hit something decent that you're not expecting. I have managed to won a decent amount already in my whole life of crypto gambling experience but that isn't can be called a literal jackpot in terms of sports betting as the is the reward based on my chosen odds and one on flutterclub.com worth BTC 0.8btc (not a jackpot, I just hit multipliers) where they held a promotional events during their startup.

Anyways congratulation and hope you will not be carried away if you understand what I mean here.
8587  Economy / Economics / Re: [ASK] How are you going to handle too much debt? on: April 02, 2018, 01:00:47 PM
what would you do if you had so much debt and that your income was not enough to repay your debt installment?
how will you deal with it?
how to solve it?

Prior to that "debt" of mine, why I came to the point that I loan something? For what? Emergency? Miscellaneous?

If it's not about emergency or urgent purposes, I will never get a loan if Im aren't sure that I can pay it and afford it. Why should I in the first place? Im making sure that I have sort of stable source of income before getting myself into a problem about debt.

But generally, there are unexpected things that even we don't want to involved ourselves in getting a loan because we are sure we can't afford it, still we have to. In here the best thing to do is to make a standard aggreement to the concerned party. It's not a wrong move if people will tell them their current status that they have  a problem resolving their debts so that some "things" can be execute for people to be able to pay their respective debts on a terms that they can handle. As OP said, there is an income but it's not enough so surely it has solution based on what will be the proposal.
8588  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Might We "Moon?"/ Bear Market Pain? on: March 28, 2018, 10:02:51 PM
To sell the bitcoin before it was necessary. It's too late to sell coins now. All those who panicked have already sold their coins. Now we are waiting for the price increase. I don't know when it will happen, but I'm sure it will be very soon. The market has already shrunk as a spring and soon the resistance will not be able to restrain it.

Too late? Why? Is there a price level where we can tagged as a good price level to sell our coins? Are we aware that this dip will happened so it was "necessary to sold bitcoins before"? It's easy to say that today because you already know what happened.

Long term holders doesn't need to care of the market behaviour since that's why they called long term holders in the first place. Ups or downs, they will just hold their stash until it hits their desired price level.
8589  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: March 28, 2018, 08:51:20 PM

And Lebron James need to play with his strength? What do you think he's doing now? lol.

Im amazed at LeBron James performance recently.

Instead of noticing some slow phase in terms of his performance, looks like he is still on prime eventhough he is on 33. He is the only one now at his batch who can do that kind of performance until now and overall he is being compared to players at different season. If he will continued to be like that, Im seeing LeBron James will surpassed the no. 1 All-Time Most Career points.

Yes Im agree. He is already matched up with the prime players and still getting matched up todays on the new generation by some of the sports analysts.

LeBron vs. The Bad Boys of Pistons (The 2004 Championship lineup)
LeBron vs. The Wall of Orlando Magic led by Dwight Howard
LeBron vs. Strong Foundation of San Antonio Spurs (The Big 3)
LeBron vs. Kobe Bryant
LeBron vs. Kevin Durant
LeBron vs. Paul George
LeBron vs. Stephen Curry
LeBron vs. Giannis Antetokounmpo
LeBron vs. Ben Simmons and the rookies of 2017

any many more.... at his age of 33.

LeBron James is maintaining his healthy body properly that's why he is not an injury proned player.

8591  Economy / Speculation / Re: instead of seeking reasons,... just adjust your strategies to new trend! on: March 28, 2018, 07:24:25 PM
i keep seeing topics asking "why is it going down" "when will it reach $$$",... and everyone is panicking about when the "moon" is going to be!

well if you are not a trader then why are you even asking these questions? just buy and hold. come back in long term and enjoy the big profit.

if you are a trader then asking these silly questions won't help you. if you see price is not recovering and falling then just adjust your strategy to match the new trend. and i am not just talking about now. this happens each time the trend changes!
market is not always going to stay the same, it has ups and downs and sideways and ... for each of these trends you need a specific strategy. you can't just apply one thing to all of them.

Sometimes people have to undergo that kind of situation so that "soon" they will be used to it. Without experiencing those common "misconception" about how crypto markets behaves, they will just stick on single trend belief and that is "continous uptrend" which is not the real thing that should always happened in crytos price behaviour.

Just let them have a mindset as part of building experience. We can't really say things directly to them that they must follow this, that etc. etc. Self experience will teach them to deal with that concerns and soon, no more questions like that will be made up in their mind.
8592  Economy / Speculation / Re: What's with the fud? on: March 28, 2018, 06:47:13 PM
After reading several topics about how bitcoin is going down and how people are getting out it just crossed trough my mind that FUD has started to shake weak hands(again) and that in next few days bitcoin really might start going up.

Anyone share the same opinion?

That is part of the crypto system since the beginning and will bound to lasts forever*.

Honestly, for a crypto enthusiasts, they will treat FUD as "chances" and "opportunity" rather than as a negative thing. People can ride the wave that FUD will bring since it's only the time where coins are on discount*. Now for how long it will lasts, no one knows.

Again, as part of the game, people must be used to this FUD and remain on their respective position as long as they understand what they are doing.
8593  Economy / Lending / Re: Small loan on: March 28, 2018, 06:09:35 PM
Your collateral is worth less than 27$.

I am unsure of the worth as of now but I paid roughly 90$ for the coins in hand.

You can view it's current price at Coinsmarket. And your total coins value is less than 27$ as of the current trading rates. Maybe someone deceived you.

I can take the risk for a maximum $35 loan but I don't really trust Coinsmarket just in case you will default. My advice is, just keep your coins on the wallet and let it stake.

Now for the loan, offer other collateral instead.
8594  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: March 28, 2018, 05:55:19 PM

I do think Utah will upset the Warriors first round but I do not see Boston getting very far either with Kyrie coming off of injury. He didn't play last week for the games I was watching the Celtics play.

That is possible if on the way the Golden State Warriors front players will not be present. Their bench squads have a chance to impressed Stever Kerr during their last meetup but ended up on a poor performance and didn't even gave a Utah Jazz a difficult way to win.

houston rocket or boston celtics will win the nba finals 2018. but boston wont be if kyrie irving cant return in 2nd round. im a cavs fan but cavs defense as of now is not that efficient and they need to learn how to rotate the ball like GSW and boston do, and lebron need to play in the with his strength and cuts down perimeter.  Cool

If you will based the Cleveland Cavaliers point of defense this season to what might happened on playoffs time then honestly it's pointless. Surely all teams will make adjustments on both offense and defense as usual once they are playing on playoffs.

And Lebron James need to play with his strength? What do you think he's doing now? lol.
8595  Economy / Economics / Re: Will this be the opportunity crypto was always looking for? on: March 28, 2018, 04:45:46 PM
I recently came across an article that talks about how the NBA will begin accepting micropayments for 4th quarters of games. This is phenomenal because it gives the incoming generation exactly what they want. The ability to buy something cheap, on their phones, quick, and everything else the incoming generation loves (me too). My question here is will cryptocurrencies follow shortly there after with micropayments, or will we have to wait say 5 more years for that?

https://www.theverge.com/2018/3/24/17159858/nba-4th-quarter-game-stream-99-cents

p.s. I wasn't sure if was best to post here, politics and society, or other. mods please redirect to the correct spot, sorry for inconveniences Smiley

If the demand and requests are massive, I think they will consider that. And honestly, there are NBA crypto related news already in the past like Mark Cuban will allow crypto payments in the American Airlines Center, the home of Dallas Mavericks so I think that is possible.

But we must take note that doing micro payments is not a best way to deal in bitcoin now. If that 4th quarter livestream will cost 99 cents, we will pay higher of the amount if we purchased it on bitcoin because of transaction fees. I don't think the association will ever consider using other cryptos aside from bitcoin to save fees but maybe who knows.
8596  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Beware of scams !! What kind of problems that may face, .. on: March 28, 2018, 04:22:05 PM
I've always heard such warnings. But it is hard to control myself where i get $275 without doing any work or taking part any bounty program. Now i want to know what kind of effect i may face ? does my mail address can hacked or my social id's that i used when joining any scam? Or any problem with my Ethereum Wallet ID ?

No matter, If i don't get this free money but It is horrible , if anything occurs with my Provided ID's .

You mean you provided ID's for that? But how come? Airdrops, giving email address, giving social media accounts etc. doesn't associated with ID's submissions or something. Or should I missed something here aside from what I mentioned?

Generally for:

- Email - As long as you control your own password, never accidentally put it on a phishing site or fall on a trap then you are safe.
- Social ID - same as above
- Ethereum Address - same as above

May we know  specifically what are these projects, ICO's etc. you are talking about where you received $275 without doing nothing?
8597  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading without knowledge on: March 23, 2018, 07:38:52 PM
A lot of people do trading even if they don't know nothing about it and some people succeed on that but most of them failed.
One of the reason why I think they do that, is because of GREED which can result to a big loss for them.

Start with education, make a lot of research, do some practice trading online
and use it later on in real life. Don't rush to earn money because in trading its hard to do so.

Are you a trader in mind but scared inside?
Be more patient, develop your emotion and win in this market.

Well on the other hand, there is a good lesson too that can learned for those people who engaging themselves in trading without any preparations or knowledge. Because they are in rush for getting quick profits (maybe they see other people earned decently thru trading) , they will just leap on this without an ammo. And the result? The expected quick profits now turned into quick loss. Afterwards, chasing the loss will happened. Ang again, same result will happened. And so on..

Because of that, they are building now their trading experienced. While on process, they are now used to experienced loss that will make them think on what things they got wrong. And then building strategy will now take placed and then that's a good start.

Sometimes people needs to experienced mistakes for them to become better in the future.
8598  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Criteria of a good gambler on: March 23, 2018, 06:47:26 PM
A lot of people wonder what is the criteria of a good gambler, here are some of my thought about good gambler

a good gambler never chase profit

a good gambler able to control himself / herself

a good gambler know when to stop

a good gambler never cause any problem to the surrounding

a good gambler can accept lost

a good gambler should able to manage the time

Thank you for sharing this, actually I take as advice since you wrote a very nice post about a good gambler. On how to become a good gambler. This is really helpful to all gamblers that they should think about it while they are playing gambling.

That is a general info on how we look at the gambler who has some well disciplined traits. It's not an advice since that is already an output. It will now depend on you on how to become like that since we have different preferences and doings while doing gambling.

While doing gambling, you will be struck on a surrounding that a) can dragged you to other behaviour b) as is. If you successfully managed to defeat that a) then likely you will have a traits that is listed above.

Simply just go and enjoy the game don't care about the money making with the bets and always need to remember that gambling is an entertainment purpose not an money making business.

Enjoy the game? Then why not just don't play? There are lots of things that can give us an entertainment without risking money. Gambling is purely on money making purposes and not as an entertainment as a whole. In a physical casino, people can see that it's all for entertainment but all gamblers there are chasing for winnings and not just for fun only.
8599  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: March 23, 2018, 06:01:56 PM
And from the recent happening on Charlotte Hornets via Dwight Howard's 30+ points 30 rebounds record, another record again have been set by one of their rosters, Kemba Walker.

From those who didn't know, Charlotte Hornets pinned down Memphis Grizzlies for 61 Points. Imagine that big lead and one of the most biggest lead established in NBA history. Dwight Howard missed that game due to automatic suspension via 16th technical season so how much more it could be if he played. For 140 total points produced by Charlotte Hornets, 46 here is being contributed by Kemba Walker for 28 minutes of playing (take note that he already made 35 points at halftime).

Kemba Walker now joined Joe Dumars (1994) and Kyrie Irving (2015) for making a 10 big 3's and 10 Ft's in a single game.
8600  Economy / Economics / Re: HODL mentality destroys the currency aspect of Bitcoin on: March 23, 2018, 05:25:32 PM
It seems like only a small fraction of bitcoins as well as other cryptocurrencies gets earned while the vast majority of the coins are bought. But when people buy coins, they obviously aim exclusively at selling them later at a higher price, which is what speculation basically consists in because it makes no economic sense to buy a cryptocurrency to spend it on goods when people can easily spend fiat instead. However, if the price goes down, people aren't going to spend their coins either. And whenever someone complains about prices going down, the only reply they receive is just to hold to their precious bitcoins, no matter what the price could or would be. I have yet to meet anyone telling these bag holders to spend their stashes on something useful.

Apparently, the HODL mentality kills the currency aspect of Bitcoin.

Above all of your point of view, may I know if majority of bitcoin users really HODLing their coins? If you will only based on the statement or discussions here in the community or whenever you see some on social media then I don't see any sense here. As if those HODL coins by an average player scan make an impact on the whole bitcoin volume on the whole as they hold.  If HODL mentality kills the currency aspect of bitcoin then why it isn't happening now or before? Make sense.

There are countries who already legalized bitcoin as currency meaning the usage of bitcoin as currency is really on demand. You just didn't know the real stats but there are lots of bitcoin users who uses bitcoin not just for investment purposes but also to act as their main salary that will support their daily expenses.

I suggest to just go with the flow.
