8581  Other / Meta / Re: How to upload images if I have a low rank? on: December 24, 2017, 12:55:39 AM
Hello!

I'm translating an ANN and I need to upload some images to it. Is there any way I can upload images if I have a low rank? (currently I have an activity of 14).

Looking forward to your answers.

Thanks!

You need to buy Copper Membership, it costs 0.00223178 btc:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2385104.msg24371150#msg24371150
After you will buy it, you will be able to post images, and other Newbie rank prohibitions will be removed.

Moonbitcoin just posted on twitter:

Apologies for the extended downtime due to server failure. We are working hard to get the service back up asap. Don't worry - your earnings and loyalty bonuses are all safe!
Finally some news from their side. It's good to hear that we won't loose our loyalty bonuses.
This is the basic official announcement thread for https://coinpot.co/
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2007856.0

... Support is always available at support@coinpot.co

So, what's the point of official announcement if it's locked and support via email isn't available because they ignore received messages?
8583  Other / Meta / Re: Theme for mobile phones on: December 23, 2017, 09:41:33 PM
I think that new forum software http://beta.bitcointalk.org wil have mobile friendly interface. But it's hard to predict, when it will be released.
It's not likely that theymos will update current SMF version by adding theme for mobile.
I agree with user above - current version of forum looks good enough on mobile screens and I don't have problems to browse forum with my smartphone.
8584  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: December 23, 2017, 09:21:20 PM
Faucet only user has to claim ...-snip-...e for users to accumulate the minimum amount to withdraw from this site.
How can it be lowered? I am sure this is not... -snip-...t fee?
Looks like this sudden fee conundrum is making an actual case for some. My Idea:
I think that merging freebitco.in with freedoge.co.in could be liable option here.
Both[?] sites no longer rely of advertisement, why not to merge them together?
This would give players additional option to withdraw with doge coin and take advantage of its cheap TX fee.
This will also make the service somehow bigger and more complete. I am a strange person, I like complicated things with tons of options Smiley
so for me, the merer the better. More stats, more "widgets", BTC price ticker and some new ways for utilising RP...please  Roll Eyes [example: small advert box for rent with RP{could be useful for some}, RP "hard conversion" in to lottery tickets, auto claim for rent with RP, etc.].

Remember (Im sure you know this by now) wetsuit, who doesn't move forward, is taking a step back  Cool

It sounds like a good idea, just maybe a bit complicated to implement. I would like if these websites would be merged and users woupd be able to convert btc to doge if they want (offcourse, they would have to pay conversion fee, which would be a new way to monetize website). Now Doge faucet is abandoned, no new features were implemented and owners are just loosing money by running doge faucet.
Big BTC price and huge transaction fees now killing Bitcoin faucets and something have to be done that users would be able to continue earning from faucets.
8585  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2016/17 on: December 23, 2017, 08:37:02 PM
I'm very surprised how situation changed since last El Clasico in August. Remember, Real won Supercopa easily and mostly people expected that they will win La Liga without any problems and it will be very difficult season for Barca after Neymar moved to PSG. Where is these predictions now?
Today in the first half Barca concentrated on defence and it looked that draw is good enough result for catalans. But in the 2nd half they started to attack much more and absolutely dominated. Another terrible match for C.Ronaldo. I'm also surprised why Isco didn't played - it's very strange decision.
It's also worth to mention referee who had a great match - no questionable moments, rare thing in recent years.
8586  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [Unofficial] Coinpot.co - new microwallet on: December 23, 2017, 08:25:37 PM
I never experienced any problems with them, but at the moment the site is down.

"CoinPot is currently offline for maintenance - apologies for the inconvenience, we will be back ASAP!"

What's your problem? The site is clearly offline for manteinance as the message clearly states.

I'm just a "bit" worried of the loyalty daily bonus of the moon* faucets, let's hope the admin will take into consideration the fact one couldn't claim during manteinance and he will prolong the timout accordingly to not reset the bonus.
Yeah, I'm also worried to loose my 100% loyalty bonus. All their faucets offline all day long, and only few hours left to claim before loosing bonus.
Interesting, why maintenance takes so long this time? I hope they finally integrate Solve Media captcha on Moon faucets and finally will solve "Something very bad happened" error.
Maybe they will add BCH faucet this time?
8587  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2016/17 on: December 23, 2017, 12:57:15 AM
Can't wait for El Clasico, finally it's a day of this big match, great early Christmas present for football fans.
About importance of this match - you barely can win championship in 17th round, but you easily can loise chances to win it. If Barca will win today, Real can say goodbye to champions title. It's hard to expect that Barca will stay undefeated all season long, but their advantage just will be to big to reache them.
For me, logical result would be a draw today. But I hope to see something amazing, like on last Clasico in Bernabeu.
8588  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you think BTC will above 20k start of 2018? on: December 22, 2017, 03:40:44 PM
It's not very likely to happen. In recent hours we can see recovery, price is going up again, but reaching $20k is way too much. On this weekend Christmas and New Year period will start, and I expect that crypto markets will calm down a bit. Banks will not work on these days, so people will have difficulties by depositing fiat to trading platforms. But at least I hope that BTC will not drop bellow $10k bellow.
P.S. Do we really need Bitcoin price pumped to $20k again without any important reason?
8589  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Upcoming forks and wallet question on: December 22, 2017, 03:32:58 PM
Thanks - yes they did with bitcoincash. However they say they make no promises to do so in the future and just to watch for announcements.

So, it would be best to move your btc to a wallet, where you have control of private keys. I would advice to use Electrum desktop wallet, Coinomi Android wallet, or you can make a paper wallet and send btc to it. If wallet that you are using will not support fork, you only will have to import private keys to wallet, which supports fork.
8590  Economy / Speculation / Re: Expecting bitcoin drops below 10K within 24 hours, anyone with me? on: December 22, 2017, 03:11:08 PM
It's normal thing that Bitcoin price is dropping now. To be honest, it was pumped way too much in recent weeks. Now big traders cashing out their profits, but they will come back. I hope that correction will stop before $10 000. If Bitcoin will drop below $10k, we may see lot of panic sellers, because it's like a psychological barrier.
I think that rising to $10k was good enough growth. And then, crazy things with Bitcoin started and it reached unbelievable high, now everything is back to normal. But people already screaming "Bitcoin is dead" again.
8591  Other / Meta / Re: bitcointalk account compromised on: December 21, 2017, 11:49:27 PM
You had to receive notification to your email, where you able to lock account by clicking link. If you will lock account, hacker will be not able to access it, participate in signature campaigns and make more damage. As user above posted, follow instruction from sticked topic and then Cyrus will restore your account if you will prove that you're original owner (account recovery sometimes can took much time, because Cyrus is very bussy with many other hacked account recovery rewuests and he also have much more stuff to do).
8592  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Yobit campaign over? on: December 21, 2017, 11:33:40 PM
Actually, signature campaign wallet is dry for a bit more than one month. I got payment last time in mid of November. Previously, I got payment after waiting almost 2 months! Such payment delays become usual for Yobit and it's worying trend. I hope it's no over...
Both of their threads have been locked probably an exit scam where they aren't going to pay the people who have been advertising for them.
Both of their threads was locked by mods to prevent spam.
8593  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Charlie Lee Sold his Litecoin for "Conflicts of Interest" on: December 21, 2017, 11:23:40 PM
First of all, I'm not sure that he really sold his Litecoins. He said it on Twitter, but how we can know that is true? There is no proof of it, we don't even know, how much LTC he had.
But in this case, I don't see any conflict of interest. What's wrong that creator of Litecoin had was holding more or less coins? I think it's normal thing that he want that his project would suceed. I'm sure that devs of mostly coins have more or less their coins and nobody sees market manipulation or conflict of interests in that.
8594  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coinbase - next coins to be added on: December 20, 2017, 09:14:56 PM
There is no way to know which coin will be added next on Coinbase, we don't have inside info and we only can preddict.
In my opinion, next coin added on Coinbase will be Ripple. This coin perfectly fits to so called Bitcoin-bank services like Coinbase.
Then - IOTA. I believe that Coinbase really can consider listing of this coin. Only question - when.
Another coin worth to mention - NEM. Maybe it's not such mainstream coin like others mentioned above. But's great coin for business, they have solid team behind project.
Cardano - I highly doubt about it, at least for near future. No, it's not bad project, but it's too soon to list it on Coinbase, Cardano have to establish on markets. Maybe in period of year or two we mat see them on Coinbase if everything will goes as planned.
8595  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stop talking, start acting: let us all fight again BCC right now! on: December 20, 2017, 08:58:44 PM
I'm Bitcoin Hodler, how I can fight against Bitcoin Cash. I already sold all my BCH and I'm not planning to buy it, despite price increase and advantages against orginal Bitcoin. We - small fishes can't affect market much. It's a game of whales who hold big amounts of coins and they can manipulate market. We are only spectators in this game. BCash will not win this war.
8596  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What took you by suprise, in terms of crypto, this year? on: December 20, 2017, 08:15:21 PM
Year still didn't ended, maybe it's a bit too early to summarize things?
Many amazing things happened this and I can't choose which one was most surprising, so I will mention 3 things:
First - incredible price increase of all coins. Ten, hundred times bigger than it was in start of 2017 - it's something mind blowing and I think even biggest optimists hardly expected it.
Bitcoin forks - after successful release of BCH, so many new forks was made. Let's attract attention by using Bitcoin name to call a shitcoin.
ICO's crazy increase number of ICO's, compared with 2016. New trend to attract crazy amounts of money. Even scam projects without real products and usage attracting millions of dollars. It's interesting how everything will continue to develop in 2018.
8597  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [Unofficial] Coinpot.co - new microwallet on: December 20, 2017, 07:35:20 PM
Guys, I'm having problems with Moon Litecoin faucet for more than week. After trying to login, I get this message:
"Sorry, something very bad has happened - please try again later"
I tried to clean cache, cookies, loged out from Google account, used incognito mode, also used different browsers and devices. Website loads very slow and I can't login. I thought maybe they banned me, but I'm still getting referral commission from Moon Litecoin.

I'm having problems as well. The site can take ages to load then sometimes I get a white screen and 'service unavailable' in the top left hand corner. After refreshing a few times and being patience and can make a claim.

It's not just you buddy!
Thanks for information. At least not only I have this problem, but I'm starting to worry a bit, because I got that problem for already long time.
Maybe not everybody noticed, but the minimum fee-free withdrawal threshold has been raised from 50'000 sats to 100'000 sats, I don't know when exactly, I noticed yesterday:

Quote
There is a 0.00002 btc (2,000 satoshi) fee for withdrawals of less than 0.001 btc (100,000 satoshi)
Otherwise. there is NO FEE!
And withdrawal fee was raised from 1000 to 2000 Satoshi. 100 000 Satoshi withdrawal treshold is really big at current bitcoin price and faucet rewards. For some people it can be hardly achievable.
8598  Other / Meta / Re: What if I go offline month? What well happen? on: December 20, 2017, 03:26:47 PM
Why there should be punishment for inactivity? Don't worry, nothing will not happen to your account.
About activity - you need to make at least 14 posts in period if 2 weeks to get max activity - 14. If you will not make any posts in period of 2 weeks, you will not get any activity points at the end - your activity will remain same.
Your activity can decrease only if sufficient number of your posts will be deleted by mods.
8599  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: December 20, 2017, 03:11:45 PM
Incredible the Williams postponed in January the choice of the second driver in addition to Lance Stroll.
Sirotkin is always the favorite, but Kubica is back in the game!
His manager, Nico Rosberg,  proposed a 7M offer for the first 7 gp in 2018.
if the results are not satisfactory they can send it away.
I really don't want to see Sirotkin in Williams. It's just another driver with rich sponsor, same like Stroll. Money is important question, but I don't think that Williams can reach good results with these drivers.
Kubica was slower on tests, but it's understandable after such long break in F1. Kubica hava a lot of experience and I think it's better option for Williams. Offcourse, it's hard to expect to see Kubica at same level as he was racing in past.
8600  Economy / Reputation / Re: should i create new account? on: December 19, 2017, 11:30:00 PM
I want to join twitter campaign (bounty). But i don't want to join through this account.
I can create new account with same username "Ankit1" ?? ? ? or it against rule?
i guess you will get banned if you do it with two accounts
Banned from forum? No, you're not right. You only can get red trust rating if you will join campaigns with multiple accounts. But if you will joing campaign only from your alt account, I guess it's nothing wrong. But then not even try to join these campaigns from your main account.
