861  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: [Updated Aug-13] Pilipinas - sMerit Distribution Summary on: September 03, 2020, 05:16:22 PM

Like members whose 'last seen in a month' or 'last seen a long time ago'
I was asked to make something similar today.
I just saw it, and it could be something like that as lin as wecan sort it out using Telegram app I guess? Besides it's more easy to use IMO.

...,don't buy anything from them ,don't deal with them
Impossible.
A large percentage of products here in EARTH are made from CHINA. Even though their products are low qualities in majority, but we can't deny the fact that they're cheap and somewhat usable on everyday's life that's why we need them.
Don't get me wrong here, am really not a fan of this Country but I'd rather speak with the truth and being practical.

Also I do understand your feelings towards this Covid19but we can't do anything anymore, it's all over the place now and we're already onthe NEW NORMAL LIFESTYLE.

I apologize in advance for this off-topic question...
is there any option or feature on Telegram where I can filter the members of a certain group? Like members whose 'last seen in a month' or 'last seen a long time ago'
Or is there a bot that can filter this out? or lastly, it can be somewhat created just like these bot notifier?

am really sorry for the off-topic

Good Day!

873  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Legal Matter on: August 28, 2020, 10:32:32 PM
Are we talking about Online gambling as a whole? Or Crypto gambling only?
I think we're talking about it as a whole, besides it will be the same as for legality of its nature when it comes to the government but still depends on what country where in,...
In other words, local gambling, of course, there are still many countries that cannot legalize its existence,
yeah, it's because it's all about money, and we're talking about it on how these governments will earn out of these OGs.

The school is partly to blame here on hiring incompetent people,...

877  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Legal Matter on: August 28, 2020, 12:46:48 AM
Honestly I expected to Find more of them.
Haven't seen ours on the list so,
I would like to add that here in the Philippines it is also Legal to run an Online Casino as long as it is registered:

Philippines

Edit:

To add, as for the OP, I think it will depends on the country or it's government, besides these casinos is also a large payers of taxes, so if they run it online, the governments won't have a way to get their taxes and will be hard to tell on how much these casinos are earning (JMO)
878  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Transaction or Mining? (Chicken & Egg question) on: August 27, 2020, 11:59:04 PM
Thanks! As I've checked we still having empty blocks, LoL,  I really didn't thought their would be no transaction even in this time were in. Anyways compared before it's getting small in numbers.
879  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Transaction or Mining? (Chicken & Egg question) on: August 27, 2020, 04:41:20 PM
There are blocks that are called as empty blocks.
can I get a sample? a link would be fine. I'm a bit curious about these empty blocks, it really is the first ime I've ever heard this, for what I know every block has a number of transactions, even one is the least that I can think...
880  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: [MEGATHREAD] Pilipinas Coronavirus/COVID-19 Thread on: August 27, 2020, 04:31:58 PM
