What you should say is: I'm not going to post much over 50 posts so please pay me the higher rate of the two, which is fixed post..  Yeah,why not? who doesn't like being paid more for less works?  and actually I always post more than 50 posts in a month. Requirements are minimum of 250 posts and 240 activity. New members aren't accepted anymore.
