you better sell the site into AUCTION section

Just explain how the site works and how much profit be calculated.
And if the buyer see coinut profitable, the buyer will start to bid

I'm sorry but your site isn't worth anything. For all intents and purposes you have zero value.

Interesting estimation. How do you come to this conclusion?

Interesting estimation. How do you come to this conclusion?

When you operate a site, you have liabilities, or costs. You also have revenue.

Simplistically speaking, value = revenue - liabilities.

Your site has no revenue to speak of, and pretty much no volume. There are all sorts of intangible liabilities involved:

(1) risk of service being hacked
(2) risk of being charged with money laundering depending on your jurisdiction unless you spend $xx,xxx+ applying for applicable licenses
(3) risk of service being hacked

I took one look at your site and I can immediately tell that it's not very secure, and that's a very bad thing for a financial site.  You are loading external javascript code from a random web service just to have a chatbox.

Let me remind you, if their random tiny web service (or their infrastructure) gets hacked, the attacker can control Coinut.com as well. One of the most basic rules of web security is that you do not embed external resources. As you obviously did not grasp that, I'm concerned about the security of other parts of the project.

Maybe it's a bit too rush to reach the conclusion based on what you know. If you know 796.com, you won't worry about the money laundering/regulation issues.
Regarding being hacked, all sites have that problem. I guess my site is not weaker than others. Using the scrollback.io's service is just a temporary thing. We want to prove that a chat function is useful first. Given that they are also a opensource project, and that their code can be reviewed, I don't see much security issue at this moment. Also, if you know technical things, you should also know that iframe can be as secure as <a href=....

Our background is written by in a highly efficient and distributed fashion. It can be easily adopted to do other type of exchanges such as futures exchange.
