How do you spot the order of your gpu in claymore?
Because gpu3 in msi AB = gpu5 in claymore for example,
When a gpu beug, it's not easy to find the gpu order in claymore,
There is not a command to put them in order?
When this happened to me I disabled each GPU and looked in WattTool to see which one shut off. |

What are your rigs watt consumption?
Specifically looking for an rx 470s 6 gpu watt consumption
I have a 6 GPU rx 470 4GB rig that pulls ~907-910 watts at the wall at full stock settings. That's with a Gold rated EVGA 1300 watt PSU. With a little bit of undervolting I have it down around ~815 watts at the wall and almost the same hashrate. ^that is mining ZEC, mining ETH + DCR is another 20-30 watts extra. Is that 20-30 per card? |

I'll be using all 2x750w in open frames and 1600w in closed cases. All evga Titanium using 220v. Its hard to beat 96% efficiency.
I think it will be easier to resell a 750 vs a 1600.

I'am ordering 3-4 gpus for my first miner, is possible during the purchase understand the type of memory of gpu? what Brand is better?

Is there a command to see the number of shares each GPU has earned? I'd like to know which ones are performing. "S" only gives total and rejects.
I could not find the answer in readme file.

I believe I am using 1500 on my msi 470 oc 4gb. hynix memory.
I also have one that is micron memory? I thought they only made flash controllers?
Anway @ 1500 memstrap copied downward I cannot do above 1850 mhz or i risk freezing.
-100mv on gpu. Running 6 gpu quite cool and well in a closed server case
What has hash rates do you get? Do you know wattage? |

For the elpidas, what strap timing are you using? 1500 or 1625? and I'm assuming 1500 for hynix?

7 x MSI RX 470 Gaming X 4GB Al Hynix Memory Using custom 1625 strap. All mods done in the bios and used on all cards except 1, which I had to "degrade" slightly. 1160 watts at the wall.  This is a nice first try, but you can decrease the wattage dramatically. You can have similar hash rates with 800W PM Sent I got it down to 991 watts at the wall. My PSU says it is using 900 watts. I have a smaller platinum PSU which is only running at 90% eff. What else can I / Should I do? http://imgur.com/a/1Gj8O |

in my first reply you can see the insides, i mine zclassic currently and they get to about 73c-78c depending if the door is open or not for the room. my hasrate is 1750 straps unmodified but undervolted (brings power and temps down  ). like i mentioned i have 6 high cfm server fans in and it forces the air through the cards, i didnt pin the card fans to 100%, they run their usual 40ish%. the case fans are doing the work. Do you know what wattage you pull at the wall? |

Is it intended for the latest NiceHash dual miner to not select a pool for Decred? For example, when it selects Claymore's dual miner (eth + dcr) it chooses the NiceHash pool for Eth and mines that well, but does not select any pool for Decred. I was able to manually point it towards the NiceHash Decred pool, and it is mining DCR (although the rejected shares is at times 50%). The NiceHash Miner gui does not show that Decred is being mined, but it does show up on the website when I view it there. Is this just due to it being experimental at this stage, or do I need to do something different on my end? Thanks! can you tell me how to set this up? edit i sort of figured it out but maybe it wasnt the best way? i just pasted this -dpool stratum+tcp://decred.usa.nicehash.com:3354 -dwal YOUR_BTC_ADDRESS in the extra options box.. seems to be working. In your NiceHash installation folder there is a folder called "bin_3rdparty" and then another called "claymore_dual" > in that last folder there is a text file "dpool" that I added that information to. Which extra options box were you referring to? I'm not sure if something was changed on the back end, but I've only had a few DCR shares rejected today. if you hit settings you can add extra options to the command line.. it seems to work.. nice extra dollar a day for free. What do I need to add in the settings? Why isnt this already setup? |

I've noticed a lot of difference between the nicehash website which shows my stats for each miner and the miners it self. My miner has been solid at 200 MH for an hour with 0 bad shares and 0 incorrect shares. The nicehash website shows my hash rate much lower than what it actually is. I'm thinking of using this case for 7 MSI RX 470 4GB Gaming X cards. I'd mount 2 on the MB and flip the other 5 and reverse all the fans in the case.
How do you know you need higher flow fans?
