MSI RX470 (Samsung) IS BEST PROFIT  for gpu mining

if you want to build a rig,
  have a limited money,
  care about money too much,
and have to build your rig slowly,

and if you have time for buying second hand GPU's on internet,

+send a message to the seller and ask about to 'installing gpu-z program, and saying about the RAM mark, (don't say to searching about samsung mark cause if it samsung, seller understand that you have to buy his/r gpu, and  s/he will not make a good discount,  )
+try to make a good deal for buying MSI RX470 (Samsung)

buy a 500 or 750 watt psu ( select a good one) and build your rig, if your gpu number more than 3, buy another PSU, total 500+500 watt is enough, but 750+500 watt is more safe,

     RX470 (Samsung) IS BEST PROFIT 29.2 MH/s

note: my english is bad, i m trying to improve it... i hope it can useful for new miners,

I believe I am using 1500 on my msi 470 oc 4gb. hynix memory.

I also have one that is micron memory?  I thought they only made flash controllers?

Anway @ 1500 memstrap copied downward I cannot do above 1850 mhz or i risk freezing.
-100mv on gpu.  Running 6 gpu quite cool and well in a closed server case

I use RX 480 and got only 24 Mh/s

Is this normal?

Do you modify bios or do anything else? Overclock and others.

You need to modify the bios to get 27-30mhs.. there are guides on this forum and on google to mod the memory strap timing based on your memory type. Worth it and easy enough imo

Whatever is cheapest in my opinion, I get best hashrate with samsung mem. Sometimes its random whether you get samsung or not but there seem to be some models that certainly have samsung

Do they consume extra power for that? If so the efficiency isn't worth it
