861  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | VIP | Instant withdrawals!|ARGENTINA & AVFC on: September 06, 2023, 05:17:53 PM
Hi, i wager only 100 $ and i want to withdraw my balance but i have in pending for 3 days my withdraw and they want to submit kyc, i complete kyc but for 3 days they told me to wait. For me duelbits is a SCAM site.

You concluded that they are scam jsut because they tell you to wait for your KYC verification to process? This problem of waiting will not gonna happened if you verify your account after you register so the waiting time will be negligible since you are playing.

Typically, it took 7 days or more to verify someone casino account. This is not only for Duelbits but for most of the casino here in the forum. Just wait.
862  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading bots... do they work? on: September 06, 2023, 04:52:57 PM
Looking to get some real-world feedback on trading bots, the pros, the cons and the most important question... do they work?

So please, only comment below if you're actively using trading bots and how successful they are.

3rd party trading bots? What do you mean working because all trading bots will work based on the setup you made on it. But if you mean passive profit using a programmed trading bot by random guy will surely scam/hoax. There’s no such thing as working trading bot that will give you consistent profit.

Trading bot on exchange are all working base on your setup as I frequently using it for DCA and range trading whenever the price is on sideways. What trading bot you are describing here?
863  Other / Meta / Re: censoring foul words. on: September 06, 2023, 02:45:30 PM
Forum embodied how being decentralized like Bitcoin is. If we start censoring words that offend someone here then this only means that we are already centralized.

Ignore button and report to moderators are your best tool to fight this since the mods will delete the post if this is just off-topic and made solely just to offend/troll you. This is the difference of Bitcointalk forum to the rest of the forum.
864  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fan of casino reviews online? This is a must-read on: September 06, 2023, 02:32:23 PM
To cut this topic short, stay the hell away from TrustPilot, I think Coinguru is still a better choice.

We have our very own casino review platform such as BTCGosu and Gamblingbro that is very active on updating their list of casino for their review. They gives a very thorough insights especially thise casino that has ANN thread here.

Just to be safe. Only play on casino that has an active ANN thread here and verify their score on the casino review website that I mention above to avoid experiencing headache from casino that taking advantage against their user since we can’t voice out our opinion to the casino if we are being ignored or worst banned in the casino.
865  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Learning from those who have experience on: September 06, 2023, 11:17:41 AM
I want to ask those of you who have a hard addiction experience in gambling and then you can treat it yourself, and today still playing gambling but with the principle of good management and financial management in gambling.
I want to know how you break away from the addiction, you can mention the actions taken or what kind of steps? And how long do you need time to break away from the addiction that has been experienced?

I really believe that asking this kind of subjective inquiry will only result to tons of spam opinions that doesn’t really came from a gambking addict user. More or less you will only get an opinion from a signature campaign poster that posting in gambling board for the sake of gambling post requirements even though they re not really gambling.

Don’t gamble if you don’t want to be addicted. Asking an advice from a previous gambling addict is a waste of time since experience teach them how to overcome it that means you will need to experience it first before you overcome since addiction can’t be fight while you are not starting yet on your gambling journey.
866  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Typical scenario when you are losing on: September 05, 2023, 04:56:37 PM
Breaking routine describes all those possible mistakes.  Not that it has to be unlucky just seems to go that way when you dont play the way you feel most comfortable doing so.  I would add small advice if you are out of your comfort zone, reduce size never be against in effect taking some profits by reducing the capital amount risked trying to win more.    I tend to stop after a while so I can return later otherwise getting too tired is a big one to induce unnecessary mistakes.

The word comfortable is very hard to attached on gambling since you are risking money at all times even with small amount. Small bets means small wins which either makes you uncomfortable too if you are just playing for a long time while your balance is varying from plus minus a penny amount.

For me, The only time I can be comfortable playing regardless of the bet size is when my bankroll is already green with a great percentage profit. This way, I can assure that all the bets I made is not a total loss because my bankroll is in profit.
867  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto or Real estate on: September 05, 2023, 04:43:18 PM
Which one do you prefer?

Real Estate requires huge capital in able to acquire one and earn a decent profit through renting or flipping it. If I would have a capital that is sufficient to be involved in rel estate investment then I will go for it since it’s less volatile while the return is good.

Considering my current finances makes me choose crypto over real estate since I can huge percentage out of my small capital with good crypto investment which I can do on real estate. Simply, crypto is for small to medium size investors that’s why common people will choose it like me.
868  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are miners congesting the bitcoin network? on: September 05, 2023, 01:49:53 PM

Thank you very much, so its clear those are ordinals, nice to know it.

my doubt start when I saw the status ADDED on some of those, i guess that those TX were broadcasted in the last second, anyway thank you again.

Ordinals is the easiest way to spam the network due to its hype or whatever shit they are doing on it. There’s still a possible that a miner is behind this attack since they are the only one who can benefit on it since paying insane fee for a dust transaction doesn’t make sense for someone that is into BRC20 collection.

This network congestion is really annoying since my transaction keeps being pending even if I bump the fee to the latest high priority because it keeps increasing in a short period of time before my transaction receive 1 confirmation.
869  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Disruption In The Gambling Industry Your Opinion on: September 05, 2023, 01:41:31 PM
- Do you think that big casinos can survive hacking because they have enough funds stored elsewhere

Yes, because they can recover easily as long as customers will not abandon them. But also it’s case to case basis based on the amount involved.

- When they assured that users are safe do you believe it or is it just a way to keep their status in the industry intact

You have no choice than to believe if you want to still control playing in the casino. Casino will not admit that user fund is not safe unless they already file bankruptcy. It’s the risk you are willing to take for still playing in that casino

- When top casinos are hacked and they still operate and still  into their business without interruption do you believe that

Yes, it’s possible but again it depends on the amount involved and the bankroll of the casino. Only casino can answer this question

-  Do you believe that there will be more hacking after the top casinos?

 - Do you think gamblers will stop playing for the time being after this is all settled?

Yes on both question.
870  Economy / Gambling / Re: No KYC Crypto Casinos & Sites | NoToKYC.com | Exclusive Bonuses on: September 05, 2023, 12:25:28 PM
No KYC Crypto Casino or Casino that doesn’t require KYC at first but later on you will be ask once you already register and deposit some money. Most of the casino with Curaçao license has the tendency to apply KYC when they see fit base on the circumstances given to the user.

I doubt this casino that you listed will totally not apply KYC even with some special cases that user is showing some shady behavior in the casino. Only decentralized casino are the only true non kyc casino.
871  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Give Him a loan Or Partner With Him on: September 04, 2023, 03:56:07 PM
@everyone I think it's a good point just give him what you can afford to give or better have a group session so all our friends will give what they can afford to give, I don't think he can find work with his condition he is a diabetic and he has his left foot amputated and he is in maintenance his gambling might have an impact on his health, but if ever he still good in betting I will encourage him if he recovers his fortune to just maintain a variety store, there's too much stress in gambling for someone like him with a lingering illness.

We will have a chat tomorrow morning.

This is the best solution. I know this is an off topic matter already but this kind of situation makes healthcare insurance shows how valuable insurance is for hard situations like this.

Yeah, helping him financially is the best thing to do but don’t loan him since he will be pressured to gamble just to pay interest and we all know what’s the implication in case he didn’t succeed. I have a friend like this that asking for loan to fund his job hunting overseas. We gave him the money but he failed the job and just waste our money on job hunting, now he is suicidal because he failed to find job and repaid us which we are not asking to pay us quickly.
872  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Stake.com Hot wallet robbed for 16Million + usd on: September 04, 2023, 02:40:04 PM
There’s a chance that Stake might changing the wallet they are using that’s why they move all their coins out from their wallet and temporarily disable withdrawal and deposit method for preparation for new wallet. Exchange is doing this too when they update their wallet.

But Let’s see if this is really robbed since Eddie will surely made an update regarding this.
873  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [JUST IN] Chinese court news said Cryptocurrencies are considered legal property on: September 01, 2023, 08:05:19 PM

What really concerns me is the source. It's from Justin Sun,  A well known hiller and the father of "news of news". This is not just in but Sun use it as a click bait for trying to manipulate the markets which is not effective anymore since everyone already tired to his useless news.

Being legal property means they will be charged by taxes. Also they still ban Bitcoin imho which makes this news confusing. I'm interested to find the real source to this news because I don't trust Justin word since he doesn't attached source to his tweet while this news should be headline just now.
874  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Hypothetical Question on: September 01, 2023, 07:36:52 PM
If someone told you a guaranteed sports bet that had a 100% chance of winning, how much would you bet on it?

If you had a $10,000 bankroll, would you go all in? We’re talking 100% can’t lose bet.

Would you take out a loan? How would you go about acquiring a large sum of money if you didn’t have the capital.

Let’s say the match is starting 24 hours from now, what would be your plan to maximize your profit?
Hmm so this sound like a match-fixing? But after I verify that it's legit, of course I will bet most of my money and I can even sell my house and everything only for it. I will also borrow money because happenings like this can be once in a lifetime only so I should use all of my chances now.

This hypothetical question OP is real to him but sadly he becomes a victim of false information since he literally lose big time amount by betting huge bets on the match that was supposed to be 100% win according to this https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5465213.msg62775177#msg62775177.

Lesson learned is to never trust somone offering a 100% sure win on sportsbook since fixed match is very rare and you don’t know if the player will follow or not because it’s their choice and they have the chance to backout when they are about to be caught.
875  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Sentiment Poll for September on: September 01, 2023, 07:27:34 PM

The chart already shows that 30K level which is the previous strong support turned into a strong resistance now. This means that the general trend is already bearish unless it was broken but this scenario is very low chance to happened on a normal day of crypto without positive news since everyone is scared to purchase more when approaching to the said resistance.

I’m more on bearish if there will be no bearish news since people will continuously take profit slowly specially those who enter during the 16K dip that still holding on including institutional investors that pump this price to the current level.
876  Economy / Economics / Re: Stable coin or having USD in bank on: September 01, 2023, 06:21:20 PM
I can decide to convert some to USD or stable coin. Which one is better? Or is there other alternative which can be comparable with bitcoin in a way it would be independent and having full control characteristic.

Stable coin is much better if you are holding huge amount since bank only insured a certain amount during their closure while you have full full control to your stable coin which you can react quickly if something happened since there's enough liquidity on exchange.

Stable coins is already improving in terms of legal aspect since they already have licensed issuers to guarantee that stable coins is 100% backed by real USD while liquidity is available anytime unlike banks that gives too much hassle to withdraw huge amount due to a lot of verification.

Overall, stable is better if you choose a good company that issues it.
877  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Behaviours of gamblers you dislike. on: September 01, 2023, 05:55:22 PM
I also don't want those people who continously making some loud rants when they lose and when they don't have enough because they put all eggs in one basket.

I’m playing like this but I’m making sure that no one hears me since screaming can help me to release my frustration easily compare if I will just keep my anger inside me. But I understand that this is really annoying if someone doing this in public casino because it will distract other players.

I’m always seeing person like this on our local gambling are and we typically just laugh about it so that it will not be too awkward. As gambler, we should understand everyone oddity when it comes to showing frustration with gambling except for those that being violent already because this is not tolerable anymore.
878  Economy / Gambling / Re: Empire.io | Free Payouts, VPN-Friendly, No Upfront KYC & 1 BTC bonus! on: September 01, 2023, 03:34:55 PM
We made an exclusive promotion for Bitcoin Talk users, and you can find it in the games and rounds section here>https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5465313.new#new

Good luck, everyone. have a great weekend!

Great promotion. How about those who already created an account before but never deposited? Can we create new account again using the referral link to avail your exclusive promotion on Bitcointalk?

I’m interested to know if there’s a wagering requirements for the profit made out of the free spin. The ToS should of the specific promotion should be attached on your promotion thread to make sure that everything is transparent to players since some user usually jump to deposit without reading the ToS. I’m sure that including the wagering requirements for the free spin reward will not gonna hurt the promotion.
879  Economy / Gambling / Re: 999LUCKYDICE GAMBLING SINCE on: September 01, 2023, 03:23:57 PM
I just notice that this casino is using bot/fake account to looks like someone play here actively or they don’t care that much about privacy since all the account complete name is displayed on the bet history available in the casino log.

All the name looks like a generic Russian name and more on a product of random name generator. It's very shady to see casino doing this kind of trick to attract members. Always take safety precautions when playing on this casino.
880  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I will pass KYC later is a bad idea on: August 31, 2023, 04:32:46 PM
By the way, there is another huge disadvantage of going through the KYC in advance: if we are dealing with a dishonest casino, then they can make money by selling our data to third parties. Judging by the fact that there are a lot of similar goods on dark markets, many services earn money by this (I don’t believe that all of them were “hacked”).

Good point, but even legit casinos (or other businesses) can have customer data information "leaks" which I suspect, a lot of times, could be due to some rogue employees stealing and selling data on the dark market. This happens on all levels, including banks.

Yes it's true. But we are talking about the KYC in the context of what it may be needed if we win big and then in order to withdraw the winnings the casino will ask us to pass the KYC to comply with the rules of the AML. Thus, the real need for the passage of the KYC arises when we have won big. Unfortunately, this rarely happens (and not with every gambler), so it’s not worth rushing through the KYC.

Exactly, Casinos typically ask for additional supporting documents in addition to the standard valid ID which the initial KYC ask as requirements. Some casino that ask KYC after winning big amount usually require supporting documents such as financial report or employment certificate to use as source of funds meaning the initial KYC is useless if the casino has the tendency to ask KYC during winning huge amount.
