I am noobie in the crypto area, and very interested in governance structures. Can you explain how the Super DAO works, is it like a registered company somewhere, or more like a non-profit organisation? is it a legal entity, or not possible to classify yet? So many crypto projects look like breaking securities law with unregistered security issu and sale, but DAO look outside the box all together.

For those who are interested, I currently have the lowest sell order on NuLagoon, about 890 BKS for 1 mBTC each. I have more to sell after that as well. I can't wait for B&C to be finished and would like to get out. Check here if you're interested... https://nulagoon.com/exchange/Isn't the dev do a scam and run away last year? Who will finish the project?

Noobie question, komodo looks more ambitious and advanced than most other alt coins, is there a foundation running things like there is with ethereum? What governance procedures are in place?
afaik komodo does not have any foundation, jl777 is in charge of the tech, and notary nodes were recently elected. Governance and consensus are decentralized based on voting by coin holders. Thank you for reply, how often will elections happen, what requirements to be a future candidate?

Noobie question, what are PoW and PoS inflation rates, are they constant, or do they decrease in later years?

You know,
Years ago, 2014, this use to be my favorite coin. Then bitcoin fell out of favor and i totally lost track of it. Now i look and bitcoin is approaching $1000 WOW!!!! So i look for PHS and discover Cryptsy is no longer alive (this is where i had stones). I looked at the price and its very disappointing. But you never know, if we can band together, we can bring this coin back to life. I did like the fact that there were not billions of total coins and that its POS. If anyone of you guys (gals) are interested in bringing this coin back to life, please reply!!!!
Yes, I am interested to acquire first gen alt coins.

I am new to crypto, what strikes me is how unprofessional things are, how many amateurs have started alt coins and made money. I think alt coin era hasn't started yet.

Are you envious of criminals? I wouldn't quite call this feeling envy, more disgust.....
I see where you're coming from and I understand. However, I do not see any crime in the case of Dash! It is Ok to work hard and earn some money. It is not to OK to instamine. And that is what happened.
I was here when the project was posted. It was an experiment. There was a simple thread and linux software. It didn't seem to be deliberately designed as an instamine at the time. It was only later, when price and interest had increased significantly, that people even became fond of the idea that there was an "instamine". This is my personal opinion on the matter. If you mine your own coin and people gradually become aware of it, would you consider this morally reprehensible? I was there when it was lauched intentionally without a windows wallet whilst they had tons of amazon instances ready to rape the chain with the broken dif adjust. It was a 100% intentional coin grab and captive instamine. This has been proven many times over I can fetch the links if you want. Insta scammer posting here is a know dark/dash supporter Even if it was a mistake and they realised whooopps we mined up nearly all of the available coins by mistake..... did they relaunch or distribute them for free to the community (they nearly did after we all noticed it was a scam) no they kept them all. Then what did they do??? the reduced the rest of the available minting by 75% to make their loot even more of a huge % of the total minting. Then what did they do??? the made masternodes so they simply took more of the minting just because they already owned most of the coins and now make all the decisions. Huge scam. Anyone defending remember them as scam pumpers and enablers = scammers themselves. If DASH is a scam, why has it been accepted? I have seen the reports of corrupt launch, but there must be another side of this story. Not saying the scam isn't true, but why so many buy this DASH anyway, don't they do any research before buying? does it work?

I will start this days to invest serious money in altcoins.I will go to find one of trading altcoin sites where I can see that it is added chat so I can speak with other traders and like that invest smarter when I find clever trader.
Troll boxes are the worst place to seek advice. I have been observing these troll boxes lately, many drunk men arguing, avoiding their responsibilities, nothing to learn there, professional traders use automated bots, not manual trades.

If you don't mind, I'd like to share a bit of unsolicited advice-
Don't trade altcoins solely as long term investments. If you're going to do this, at least include Bitcoin for a large portion of your portfolio. The fact of the matter is, on average, altcoins overtime will depreciate in value to nill. In general, they just aren't good long term investments to make. Beyond this, comparatively large or well known altcoins don't have the same explosion factor as the unknown shitcoins, but they both have the potential to die.
What I would suggest (and what many people seem to do here) is to start out with a small amount on Yobit or Poloniex and just play around for a while until you get a good grasp on the market as a whole. Once you've familiarized yourself with a number of coins, you can put larger amounts into coins you are personally bullish on- coins that have missions or communities you actually believe in. On top of this, you can do some day trading if you'd like.
Very good advice, that is my thinking too
