why not putting all money (no house buying but rigs instead) in rigs and host them in a data centre near you? Thought about the ROI for all that costs? OK if money is no issue for you and you think long term...success!
I would do that. I would have them hosted and while you have them hosted, keep a couple home and tinker with them. I wouldnt recommend turning a house into a farm unless you seriously know what you are doing. Little by little learn and then one day turn a house into a farm if thats your wish...whatever you do have a qualified electrician come in and inspect everything. By the basic questions you asked i would say you arent qualified to know. Dont burn down your house |

Meh i just had a quick good laugh that you have "fact based cryptocurrency researcher" as part of your signature and the whole article was based on assumptions and opinions. Just funny to me how ironic it was....  Suddenly because my thoughts on Otoh are an opinion, the entire article is an assumption?... Nice. I understand you are only protecting yourself. It's not a problem. I want to mention too I even put in a good word for Viacoin (does Viacoin have any use?). How come no one talks about that? No because you want people to read your article and believe it but you didnt attempt to even reach the main developer for comment for you know.... "fact based type research". Why would your opinion (because thats what it is) be higher than anyone else's at this point. And protecting myself...um for what....nope just pointing out the facts just like you. Do you not understand that reaching out to the developer does not change what they've written (actually in the case of git, you can modify history, so reaching out the developer could potentially prompt them to change anything - of course I don't expect this to actually happen, but I take precaution (screenshots))? Why are you persistent on this? What other facts would they contribute? Yes it is a fact I didn't reach out to Romano, lets keep repeating this because surely it disregards everything else. Read the article, seems like a lazy article if you ask me. Did you reach out to anyone you mention in your article? Mention otoh support. Couldve asked him why, instead just offers an assumption. Mentions romano...just some more assumptions. Talks about the 1 month delay in segwit, didnt ask why there was a delay which wouldve explained it....overall just a lazy assumption based rambling....and yeah cherry picking commits, moving along.

This has been my experience so far trying to purchase accounts that have unpaid D3s.
Varyg - sent payment, did not receive account, user went dark, have not received any refund
seniormember992 - sent payment, did not receive account, user refunded me
mimk97 - sent payment, did not receive account, user refunded me
adamantasaurus - sent payment, did not receive account, he said he sold it to another buyer seconds before my payment went through, user refunded me (seemed decent, would probably do business with again)
jokinfol - sent payment, did not receive account, user went dark, have not received any refund
5/5 - I sent payment as agreed
5/5 - I did not receive any account information
2/5 - went dark/scammed
3/5 - refunded
So it looks like this community is a mixed bag. I actually left some "Trust" ratings for those who refunded me (they deserve it for being decent human beings) and I am trying to hold off on the negative ratings for the others, perhaps they will come to and have a change of heart!
That being said, (after all of that) I am still looking. Any escrows online?
Sorry to hear but 5/5 payment sent and no account, is kinda what i and other people expected. It was a scam waiting to happen, can i ask why you didnt use escrow? |
