8661  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coins to invest in for a beginner on: February 13, 2019, 02:57:53 AM
if you ask about invest then i suggest btc because it's the most stable coin.
dont need to look the price everyday, just buy and keep it for 1 or 2 year.
its different if you want to trade, you must choose the great coin at that time, because trading can give you fast profit and also with risk.
Bitcoin first and if you started to become knowledgeable about the market, you can do deeper with these altcoins. Likewise, go for bitcoin for the first time and beginner investors would feel excited on how much you'll make with it. Don't fall for those altcoins that has nothing to do with you and can even make your standing worst of having an exit scam.

In the end you also need a good chunk of luck to hit an alt coin that goes up several times. Many people will tell you it's only about analysis, but believe luck is a good part of the success in crypto.

Using common sense and not getting blinded by greed is important, too.
Some altcoins really needed luck before investing and don't do this if you are into altcoins. Someone who's investing into altcoins and totally depends to luck isn't doing his research. A beginner shouldn't go with his luck otherwise he has to learn about the basic fundamentals on what coins are good to invest.
8662  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are there still opportunities for ICO? on: February 13, 2019, 02:32:26 AM
Opportunities? I don't think that there's the same opportunity that everyone has seen with ICOs before. I guess there's still a little of it but don't expect the same returns as high as before.
8663  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple vs Bitcoin on: February 13, 2019, 02:04:49 AM
Here the choice is obvious, bitcoin is a priority, but this does not mean that Ripple is a bad coin, it is promising and can bring profit, it must be bought and kept for a long time
Bitcoin must come first and Ripple or any other altcoin should be your last priority. I have more bitcoin than other altcoins on my portfolio but I don't hold Ripple as part of my alt portfolio. I'm not interested to have more Ripple in the future but who knows if I'll change my belief with this coin.
8664  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Tired of waiting? on: February 13, 2019, 01:42:43 AM
Won't change my mind, accepting all of those corrections and dips until few more years. If your source is crypto full time you need to endure all of those bad times where the market isn't so favorable. I won't get tired of waiting for the bull run but everyone of you who are tired of this market are free to go and look for some better opportunity.
8665  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happens to your tokens when you're gone one day? on: February 13, 2019, 01:19:58 AM
Create set of instructions that's designated for your family. Tell them that they shall open that instructions when you're gone or you passed away. Include all of those things that they need to know and easy to follow instructions on how they can retrieve your bitcoins.

8667  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No one is using dapps on: February 12, 2019, 11:50:00 PM
What's the real use of those dapps? Don't expect that just because there are thousands of dapps, it will raise the market quickly. It will go gradually if these dapps really has use and helpful to the community, they will be noticed.
8668  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are altcoins useless? on: February 12, 2019, 11:34:22 PM
I'd like to have few crypto's in the market, this can maximize the potential of each coin. If its just bitcoin, Ethereum and monero it's a good choice IMO. But you just can't please everyone and as long as there's a competition and market, people will keep on creating altcoins to compete to the existing ones claiming that they are better.
8669  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is stratis still a good investment? on: February 12, 2019, 11:18:15 PM
I'm not very intact with Stratis but every time I search for altcoins that gives passive income, it's always included to the suggestions.
But what  do you mean passive income, does it distribute dividends?
Yes, every time I search for those dividend tokens income it usually shows stratis as part of the choice. I don't conduct deeper research about that, you can research more about it.
8670  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bakkt is a new hope? on: February 12, 2019, 11:07:32 PM
I do not have high hopes for this. It seems to me that this will slightly affect the cryptocurrency market as a whole. But I could be wrong.
They promised it by January and they have promised again to pursue it by last week of February. It won't be surprising anymore if they will have another statement that they have to delay the launching. This doesn't look new anymore as it gives excitement to the people and can surge market because of high hopes by most investors.
Once again, I read the article today and they announced that Bakkt will be delayed and will be released by the end of 2019. Like ETF when Bakkt is always delayed, I seem to have lost my mind believe in this market. With this information, I believe that in the next few days the market will continue to fall
Don't stop believing in this market it's part of their strategy to make every person excited and crave for that pump. We're on the capitulation period and people are starting to get the idea that we are going to enter the bull run very soon. Wait for that time to come and don't even lose your patience just because of it.
8671  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When bullrun comes on: February 12, 2019, 10:54:05 PM
Your friend was lucky enough to earn with those shitcoins but are you thinking the same thing can happen to you? We are different now at this moment, most of those coins are unlikely to give you the decent profit you have been thinking. Focus with bitcoin or Ethereum which will give you the expected return in some days in the future.
8672  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Rewards- Stakes based or fixed tokens allocation based on: February 12, 2019, 10:36:05 PM
Having fixed reward is much better than to have stakes allocation. But what's important with this rewarding system, are they really going to pay? Bounty hunters doesn't really care anymore with the amount of stake or fixed token they are about to receive after the ICO but they even care more about the distribution process.
8673  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will the market improve in 2019? on: February 12, 2019, 10:20:17 PM
I don't believe we are going to see an improvement of the market in 2019. We can only watch and see what is really going to happen.
Don't believe it's okay but if the market ever do good by this year, you can take back your words. Yes, it's easy to say and just watch the market and take action if you see necessary movements.
Making quite sometimes and not seeing the market price will help to think the positive future of crypto.
A lot of people looks like having a drama, being discourage with the market situation. There is no need to put end our crypto life just for the declines we have, instead we look this as another opportunity to start over again. Forget the past bull runs and face the market we have now it eventually rise up again as it happen in the past years.
Don't look at the price, yes. It literally will give you the stress that you don't want because you've been thinking on how the market shall recover. But if you are focused with your crypto goals for this year, you will experience swinging but don't give up if you ever come up with it.

8675  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple vs Bitcoin on: February 11, 2019, 11:36:17 PM
By the time OP posted on Apr. 05, 2014.
Ripple's price was $0.008076 and we all see it went $3 by 2017 and now has been down to $0.303627. In result this is a good increase but let's take about bitcoin.
Bitcoin by that date was $446 and went $20,000 by 2017 and now sitting at $3,600. Both has good increase but still bitcoin gave more.
8676  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to make investor interest to join ico on: February 11, 2019, 11:16:53 PM
Wise investors won't invest to a random ICO today. Everyone has learned the lesson through the hardway and to make investors invest again into ICO's there should be a firm basis that project really exists.

8679  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can Bull run bring about the resurrection of ICOs and dead Altcoins? on: February 09, 2019, 10:02:48 PM
When the bull run starts, those coins that are dead wil remain dead.
If a whale would want to pump that dead coin it will be pumped for a while but yeah it will remain dead.
Bull run wont revive the whole crypto-market. It will be just a sign that things got better and projects that really have a real life usage, will see the profits of a bull run.
It will revive the whole market and that's why it is called 'bull run'. The market will run appropriately and that's what we all want to see.
8680  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bakkt is a new hope? on: February 09, 2019, 09:49:34 PM
I haven't heard about Bakkt this year. Was it actually launched or yet to? The noise should have filled the whole place by now if am right.
