I feel you! If it makes you feel any better, I've sent multiple tickets to CB to better understand policies and such, and they have been awesome at explaining things thoroughly and being patient with me.
Right on, thank you. I am really happy to be a part of the community here, I can't thank everyone enough for the help and support. That news definitely puts me at ease a bit more, I have no doubt they'll be able to get to the bottom of this. I'm happy your problem has been solved. He never said it's been solved, :p. He just feels better knowing that they are trusted by some of us.

Coinads refferal system any good?
It only pays based on referrals completing offers, but the offer system has been shut down. Effectively there is no referral system now. Then the owners should work on removing it. I don't see any kind of work like this being done right now. Referrals are still being signed under your account if you use your referral link. And sooner or later those referrals will be of a good use. Good to know! Is there a plan to add a listing of referrals at some point as well, so you can see how many you have (if any)?

Wait a bit. It takes some time to see the stats.
Yeah. Wondering if the OP's seeing his stats now. If not, there's an issue somewhere.

Is that really a good idea? How will he ever be able to spend that dust? Yeah, you can. It's a good idea to merge the amounts every once in a while, but most sites compile multiple payouts into one before sending it to you, so you don't get a ton of transfers. Free bitcoins are always good especially if you don't have to work for it. Yep! And even if you get BTC's from other places, you just get extra with these methods, :p. It'd be different if BTC's were an infinite source but since they are finite, having a bigger piece of the pie is ever more important.

The Bitcoin address I used is the one I have on Cryptostocks. Would it still work to recover those DVCs?
Don't think so because Cryptostocks doesn't allow you to export your private key, that I know of at least.

When it gets in an orphaned block, does the chain just keep trying to put it in another one or something? Yep, that's what should happen! The transaction is still being relayed and should find its way into another block soon. Good News: Situation resolved. The transaction has now been confirmed 22 times on the valid chain. That's cool. Thanks for the answer btw -- I'm still a newbie to BTC so learning as things happen, lol.

Just out of curiosity, where is your server located?
"Located in Amazon's West Coast data center (Oregon)" OK. Ugh, I love the multiport feature, but its so far im only getting a 75% accepted share rate. And I live in Illinois. It has to be my pathetic Frontier internet. I have around an 80% on some coins. With LTC it's 100% or very close to it. The issue is some coins have a time of like less than a minute, so a lot of shares will be lost regardless of the pool.

Again, thank you for your comments and feedback. I have decided in my next release I will include the source as a packaged bundle. I understand people's concerns over trust issues but can only leave the decision to you. On my API set-up help page I have clearly stated don't have 'withdraw' ticked in BTC-e! & Regarding the name of my bot, - It was simple, easy to remember and fitted perfectly! ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) The sucky part is that sharing the source means others can "crack" and distribute it much easier. But not doing that, I can see the issue people would have with not knowing what the program is truly doing. Talk about a double-edged sword, =S.

Before anyone asks.. it's Sally Fricken Struthers. It's an 80's thing.
The fact that you had to specify that makes me sad. Or maybe I'm just feeling old. Which makes me sad. Looking forward to the megarig pics... Going to guess you guys are just old. I had no idea who that was, o.o.

your site is bugy.
Can you make a better one? No? Then silence.. Yes? Make one then talk. I could! With that said, the address is obviously in beta. In fact, the first post says it's in beta. Why people don't comprehend what beta means is beyond me, so I guess I'll explain for the others. Beta is a "testing" stage. This is where bugs are meant to be found, reported and fixed. It is not considered as a "live" (read: mostly bugless) state until it's out of beta. That's the whole point of beta. Hope that clears some confusion people clearly have, lol.

The Web site shows loading error.
The site I linked or one that tries to load after hitting "Next?" The site's up and working for me right now... not sure if it was down a little earlier.

Hold off until next year and use all your time using the faucets - you'll easily rack up $50 in BTC
By next year BTC will be worth even more, so easily over $50, :p. Use a faucet rotator to speed it up!

I can't cash out my WDC. What am I doing wrong? So far I did that: - Saved my address
- Press "cash out"
Based on a previous post, my understanding is that the script takes a little while to process the cash out. It won't show up immediately either as it's updated every 15m(?) or so. Over the time of 2 days I have tried multiple times, my balance just doesn't change. EDIT: Never mind - It worked ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) ! Did you do something different over the past couple days? I haven't cashed anything out yet so wondering if there was a special step you did this time or something. No, not really. It just worked ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif) . Got ya. Thanks, ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) .

Will Litecoin pass 10$ by the end of June?
I dont believe it will. Doesnt seem to have enough demand tbh. Maybe if a few auctions sites like a certain infmaous one took LTC it would pick up, but well see. If you mean eBay, it'll never happen. eBay owns PayPal and PayPal has said many times that they are against BTC (cryptos in general). I think it's because it's an alternative to their service and they don't rack up tons of fees by having a near-monopoly.

Anyone know where some instructions on how to make a coin faucet site ?
Just write a simple script to take the address and store it in a database (txt or sql). Then pay out using one of the API's depending on which online wallet you want to use, and bam, done, ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) .

Hello everyone, I didn't look around the forum very much so please excuse me if this question has been asked alot before. In any case it is not clearly explained on the official bitcoin wiki.
My question is, besides 'regulating' the rate of blocks found, what is the role of difficulty? The emergence of ASICs will probably cause a great increase in difficulty this year. Does difficulty also reinforce the security of the network? I find this interesting because if so, I'd say the bitcoin value can be expected to go up with the prevalence of ASICs since they will lead to a more secure network and might attract more investors.
I think the difficulty affects the security of the system as well, such that the more difficult it is to create a block, the more difficult it would be to break it. Not 100% sure about that though.
