8761  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Troll sent tx's with message "Child Porn" during 2012-2014 (check ur addresses) on: April 04, 2019, 03:11:32 PM
Check that address using another explorer, to name a few --> https://btc.com/1CPxxxZkKeBYDgvX7pmiUZnMRxqELFV7Yb or https://blockchair.com/bitcoin/address/1CPxxxZkKeBYDgvX7pmiUZnMRxqELFV7Yb.
That name is reserved for Blockchain.info block explorer and does not represent any legal proceedings unless that the address is managed by persons associated with immoral crimes.
Even if this is true, if you can prove that you are not associated with illegal work you will not have problems.
I do not know if there are platforms that do not accept the money coins from the signature campaigns "especially gambling signature."

Unfortunately, many of the old coins are linked to illegal activities. Days of Silk Road.
8762  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Beware of electrum. !!! Stilling founds ? on: April 04, 2019, 02:13:01 PM
Where did you download that wallet? https://electrum.org/#download[/b]]https://electrum.org/#download  & verify download OS signature?.
I am afraid that you download a scam wallet [phishing scam]  this address "3JY8E6o77H8xWnhtQtAKnUPa2YFE3PA5BH" linked to the reporting of phishing scam wallet -----> LOST 8.55194 to the scam: Fool Of The Year Award.

If this is what happened to you, you downloaded a wrong wallet and lost your money.

Advise: Download the wallet from the official link and verify the signature.
8763  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Ledger backup plan on: April 04, 2019, 01:36:26 PM
I do not think a 50% discount of Ledger Nano S would be a big boost to buying.
This option will benefit friends in saving some money. "If the option was bought two Ledger Nano X and get Ledger Nano S for free, it will be better."

The time of advertising is important the price increase and many may think of safe wallets as the value of their currencies.
8764  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: how to generate seed offline using trezor on: April 04, 2019, 12:57:26 PM
can i generate seed offline without conected internet for first starting trezor?
Yes, you can generate your own seed without having to connect to the Internet using this site ----> https://iancoleman.io/bip39/ or https://github.com/trezor/python-mnemonic  [Remember to cut your internet connection "offline" and then choose trezor for recovering an existing seed.]
Trezor is an open source and secures so it will be safe if your computer is clean"no need to be offline".
8765  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: GreenAddress wallet rebrand to Blockstream Green on: April 04, 2019, 12:22:12 PM
I used GreenAddress wallet on my Android device and did not update it.
The wallet is well synchronized with my computer. I have not received any notifications for the update even though it works [send & receive.]

Overall I entered Google play and found the update:

 - The new design is wonderful. They worked perfectly well.
 - Some services are still up-to-date but the update is fairly excellent.
8766  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Eclair on mainnet on: April 04, 2019, 11:55:05 AM
Which other wallets would you suggest?
For beginners and those who have not used the lightning network, I prefer using Blue Wallet.  Although centralized in that wallet but LN payments often for small amounts.
As for the experience of lightning, the best is [Bitcoin Lightning Wallet.]
I have a bad experience with Eclair but maybe the problem is my device.
8767  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Useful Application that you can use in a computer/PC. on: April 04, 2019, 11:06:30 AM
I have a bad experience of using simulations on my windows operating system so I would not recommend doing it at all.
It is better to install/burn Remix OS on flash memory and then boot using the Android operating system.
The issue is not just about using 2FA using Google Authenticator but more safety, especially with the use of some wallets.

8769  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: It's smerit(sendable merit) not kmerit(keepable merit) on: April 04, 2019, 08:59:20 AM
Sometimes the point of not sending merit s not to keep them "keeping them mean nothing" but to wait until you get "high-quality" that deserve that sMerits.

In many cases, I see high-quality posts but don’t have sMerits, which makes the return to that topic/post in the future "when getting some Merits" are almost impossible.
As for low ranks, there are many reasons explained above.
8770  Other / Meta / Re: The forum is slowly changing on: April 04, 2019, 08:28:23 AM
This makes the forum flooded by shitposts that are just made in order to get paid on a campaign. Posts with no sense and doesnt solve the problem unlike before. Things really changed now.
If the problem is in the signature campaigns, it can be resolved in less than 5 minutes, "Remove signatures", but such solutions will lead to large distortions as you can see the results here.

Over time, reliance on merit sources will make fewer merits for shitposters and therefore less spam. "We need to legitimize campaign managers to make things work."
8771  Other / Meta / Re: is it possible to recall a report on: April 04, 2019, 07:39:39 AM
I think it's not possible so what about such a feature request?
Perhaps this feature is useful & will be included in the future as @theymos has been presented some ideas of the prizes for people who report.
It will be similar to remove " Report to moderator" feature when you report a post/topic to "Cancel your report."[Also, useful to know that you have been reporting this topic/post before.]

I remember once that I reported and mod sent pm explaining why he did not take any action.
8772  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: freecrypto.online on: April 03, 2019, 06:10:05 PM
To review free bitcoin services, you must be trusted, and in order to be trusted, your site must be managed by trusted people or by gaining trust. "Gaining trust takes a long time."
Start optimizing your interface, and then add some filters to determine the trust scale and on which basis the sites will be categorized and given points.

Do not make the goal of creating that site is clicking the referral links, do more.

I wish you success.
8773  Economy / Economics / Re: what are hurdles for bitcoin based projects/investments on: April 03, 2019, 04:55:35 PM
The reason for these volatilities is not Bitcoin as a currency but the behavior of those who use it, many use BTC to speculate more than it is a currency. "when was the last time that you pay using cryptos?"
If a lot of regulatory rules have been obtained and the manipulation of platforms has been prevented, it may limit the rigidity of these volatilities.

Until then, these obstacles can be solved by using platforms that accept cryptocurrency on one hand and pay fiat money on the other.

To convince investors that BTC is a tool for speculation, this is a false belief that must be combated.
8774  Economy / Speculation / Re: I SMELL FOMO on: April 03, 2019, 03:42:38 PM
Think of it as a FOMO= lose your money.

I am inclined to believe that we found a new bottom at $ 5000 and from it a stabilizing point for a short period of time.

The probability of going back to $ 3,000 is not quite as the reason for the hike is normal because There is no historical resistance barrier for $ 4,000.

There are still some indications to go back to $ 3000 but I do not think we will be at $ 4,000 for long periods.

Keep HODLing: The moon is near.

-snip-
This user has attempted to sell a Sr. Member account before in 2017 ----> http://archive.is/QCeHA.
So it is possible that this user has a lot of accounts and therefore the utility of any vouch copy is useless unless from are a trusted member.
In general, I wish @PryptoMontreal show us a tx link on the same day [March 14, 2019] and signed a message from that address to check about that deal.
8776  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Mechanical Turk based on bitcoin micro tasking? on: April 03, 2019, 02:37:13 PM
We need a platform like Mechanical Turk for crypto related stuff like solving capcha's , reviews, bb coding projects, signups, whitepapers. article opinions
I know there's Fiverr but mechanical turk is different
I did not understand exactly what you mean? Did you mean that you want to buy a site similar to mechanical turk's website and you want a developer? Or are you looking for an alternative for that site? Or are you looking to develop a similar site?

Generally, these sites are similar to mechanical turk's site and can be paid in BTC:

If you want to develop your own site you can start from this section -----> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=12.0
8777  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Worst case if I submit my passport to an exchange? on: April 03, 2019, 01:32:54 PM
It is a balancing act between what you are willing to take for your money and your privacy. If you have a large amount of money, kindly send the required files.

Everything is likely to happen, but your name will not be associated with big issues like money laundering, just stealing a picture of your data, especially if the platform report about losing it.

Next time do not put your money in a platform not far away from suspicions laws.
8778  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Top Rated Buy / Sell Exchanges For Your Crypto on: April 03, 2019, 01:02:33 PM
You ask a general question, it depends whether you want to trade, store or day trading.
Also, it depends on the regulatory laws and therefore on the state in which you live.

If you want daily trading you will probably lose "gain some experience."

My advice is to buy BTC and keep it for a long time or exchange it using Changelly to altcoin wallet and then save your keys.
8779  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Samurai wallet on: April 03, 2019, 12:30:53 PM
Samurai wallet has the advantage of anonymity by TOR----> Samourai Wallet Adds Tor Integration in Privacy Push.
I personally use the greenaddress wallet, it has the advantage of synchronizing with the wallet that is in my computer in addition to supporting the iPhone so it is the best.
There are no problems with Samurai's wallet so use it.
8780  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Good wallet to store USDT ? on: April 03, 2019, 11:58:42 AM
does ledger support USDT?
You can try the following: It will not cost you much or any personal documents

 - Download exodus wallet -----> https://www.exodus.io/
 - Move BTC from ledger to exodus wallet
 - Exchange BTC to USDT.
 - export private key.
 - save it [safe place].

If you want to restore your currencies BTC, vice versa.
