8761  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: my jalapeno shipped on: June 01, 2013, 11:19:32 PM
Does anyone know how much a Jalapeno, if received right now, would earn a day in dollars? Just curious.
8762  Other / Off-topic / Re: OMG i JUST broke a mirror! help! wtf do i do!? on: June 01, 2013, 08:50:41 PM
Removing bad luck: Broken Mirrors.

If you break a mirror you should never just throw the pieces away. This will effectively seal your fate and give you 7 long years of bad luck. You can either take all of the pieces of the mirror and grind them down to dust and scatter it in the wind or take a single piece of the mirror (big enough to reflect but not big or sharp enough to be dangerous to yourself or anything else) and wait until the next full moon. Depending on how close you are to the full moon you'll still get bad luck for a small while but if you use the mirror to reflect the full moon and gaze into it, it nullifies the bad luck. You can then bury the piece of mirror or keep it
8763  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [1 BTC Bounty] What is Bitcoin? on: June 01, 2013, 08:33:09 PM
Bitcoin is a cooperative money network allowing people to exchange value worldwide without business or government interference for almost no cost to the user.
8764  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin revolutionary? on: June 01, 2013, 04:56:19 PM
I just read through Satoshi's paper again and no where does it say he invented this system to overthrow governments or create a revolution. Why does everyone want to use it for that? Isn't it enough to just screw over banks that are raping everyone with ridiculous fees?

What country are you talking about?
8766  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Information Solicitation For Potential Butterfly Labs Inc. Lawsuit on: June 01, 2013, 03:29:48 PM
I just reported it here: https://support.google.com/mail/contact/abuse?hl=en&rd=1

If they get a few of these they will investigate because its in violation of their TOS. A few other people need to do this too.
8767  Other / Off-topic / Re: Religious beliefs on bitcoin on: June 01, 2013, 07:24:23 AM
Indeed my christian friends mentioned the exact thing when I introduced them to bitcoin, and they were very excited about the system because of the bible's prediction of one currency and it seems destined to happen. Personally I think it's a great thing to get the religious motivated as they have a very large and widespread network and it's a great way to spread bitcoin to a larger audience.

I like it!

Hashin fer Jesus - find a block fer God. Hallelujah! If you can get the moral majority to love Bitcoin you got it made. Throw in some apple pie and a baseball game and let's wrap this shit up!

...

You think a law firm would use a fucking gmail account? LOL.

If they don't want to be associated with Bitcoin, they might. lol

Be very careful what you send to any email address. The OP should be edited by a mod, stating possible phishing or scam.

Unless you use a work email. Here's your chance to get back at ur boss. lol

The "BFL Bitforce SC - 5 GH/s for $274.00 - butterflylabs.com" was the advert when I posted this. lololol
8770  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Butterflylabs Huge SCAM on: June 01, 2013, 04:04:24 AM
A number of people have asked for refund and gotten them.

Then everyone bitching should just ask for a refund or stop bitching.

8772  Other / Off-topic / Re: How long has your OS been installed? on: June 01, 2013, 02:48:55 AM
I have one old laptop that I reinstall the os everyday that I use it. It's never more than a few hours old.
Nice. Puppy is a pretty clean OS.

Yeah, it's sweet. No extra crap - just what you need. Funny that I thought a 16gb flash drive would fill up fast but after a year it's still only half full. I love the "computer in your pocket" concept.
8773  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Butterflylabs Huge SCAM on: June 01, 2013, 02:44:22 AM
Has anyone ever asked for a refund? Have you received it if you did? If not, it's a scam.

KE$HA found to be Illuminati. When one reporter asked the man on the street what he thought about this turn of events most responded, "Who the fuck is KE$HA?"

8776  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [ANN] VaginaCoin - The coin you want to fuck! (RELEASE IS NOW) on: May 31, 2013, 07:05:36 PM
lmao, the amount of innuendo in this thread is epic!

I think when you mine a new VaginaCoin, you aren't allowed to spend it for a while.

They need to be 18 blocks old!

Edit: too slow! lol
8777  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will fail on: May 31, 2013, 06:56:17 PM

Good God! Crypto-currency finally becomes Hard currency!
8779  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will fail on: May 31, 2013, 05:41:17 PM
I've been reading your other posts and wondering when you would post something like this. You are using rationalizations based on fallacy to attempt to guide logic your direction. It won't work here. Better posters than you have tried and failed.

It's ok OP. Daddy's got ya. It's all just a dream now back to sleep. Bitcoin can't hurt you anymore.

So much that's posted here is crap now that I just can't stop myself from making fun of it. I think I need a forum 12 Step Plan or something.
8780  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Massive DDOS? on: May 31, 2013, 05:12:03 PM
We're sorry. This was just a brief pause in service while all facilities were transferred to government control. Citizens Customers have nothing to worry about. Please carry on.
