881  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you consider gambling to be a "fun activity"? on: December 10, 2019, 12:36:08 PM
Gambling is like Trading, Bet only what you are willing to lose if you bet $100, $1000 or even $10000 if that is all money you've got and you bet in on gambling site there is something wrong with you. Never bet like that unless you have so much money and willing to lose. Gambling is a very risky thing. Maybe it is fun for others and not for you we have a different status in life.
882  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which cryptocurrencies are highly undervalued these days? on: December 10, 2019, 10:07:51 AM
Some people considers NANO as sleeping giant and I considered it as undervalued its price is sitting now at 0.7 to 0.8  dollar, their transactions is very fast and it is fee less very convenient the only thing left is real world use case, Maybe partnership with a big merchant and this will skyrocket. Just my opinion though.
883  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Which decentralized exchanges (DEX) are the best ones to use now? Help me plz on: December 09, 2019, 05:11:22 PM
Store funds on exchanges either Centralized or Decentralized for short term only don't hold funds there for a long term it is not safe.
If you want to use CEX use exchanges with Insurance like binance they call it Secure Asset Fund for Users (SAFU). If they got hacked they can refund immediately.

Anyways here is the DEX that I have used. (Try in your own risk)

For Binance Chain:

For Ethereum:
https://idex.market/eth/idex

For EOS:
https://newdex.io/

For NEO:

884  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: new projects should be about new features on: December 09, 2019, 04:18:02 PM
We cannot deny the fact that there are some copycats projects and they only modified a little bit and called it their new own blockchain. I guess altcoin is very competitive like ETH, BCH, EOS, Stellar, TRX, NEO, etc. This platform is almost the same they have the same capability they can create tokens and some can deploy and create smart contracts. But I guess they have different TPS someone is claiming to be better than the other one and vice versa. But for me, ETH is the original they have gone another fork or upgrade recently the Istanbul upgrade some of the details you can find it here:

885  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling for increasing and decreasing money on: December 08, 2019, 03:40:44 PM
I think everyone know when they enter gambling there is a big possibility to lose money. My number 1 rule is to never barrow money just for gambling it is too risky.
As an individual I do gambling just for fun I don't do it often to be honest I have more losses than winnings. I guess there are more peole like me still playing and hoping to hit that big jackpot but it is very rare to happen. For me gambling is all about luck, But if you are playing card games it needs some skills too.
886  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is China ahead of US now in terms of digital adaptation? on: December 08, 2019, 09:55:08 AM
Update:

It would appear that China is doing it with its present progress they are claiming to have 220,000 (TPS) transaction-per-second. The fastest until this point on the off chance that it is truly valid and they are intending to Onboard Two Billion People Reducing Gaps Between the Dollar and the Yuan.

887  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Mobile Wallets on: December 08, 2019, 09:21:21 AM
Trust wallet is good in terms of Ethereum, you can import your ethereum private keys there and you owned it. But on BTC it seems like you don't have control over your private keys.  I suggest wallets that you have full control over your private keys it is safer. Like Mycelium, electrum wallet for mobiles.

888  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Consider All Altcoins Bad on: December 07, 2019, 03:58:50 PM
There are so many altcoins created every week or every month I see new announcement/bounty thread here on bitcointalk. I cannot blame some people saying all altcoins is bad because in majority maybe in a count of 10 only 1 is good. Bitcoin alone is lonely, Altcoins gives colors to the blockchain world and it is designed to a specific need or use cases. Bitcoin cannot perform smart-contract, dapps. etc.
889  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How Effective Telegram SCAM report ? on: December 07, 2019, 02:33:28 PM
I am a member of this telegram channel I join it to be updated with the latest news about cryptocurrency and they are really helpful and updated. Also, there are some trading tips but I don't bother trying it on exchanges. If this is the only channel promoting this Vinexbtc maybe this channel has some connection with the said website and this is their goal from the start, maybe I'm right or maybe wrong.
I guess this channel is also managed by them,

890  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sale my old bike and buy bitcoin, what do you think? on: December 07, 2019, 11:14:52 AM
I am really hoping that you made the right decision, no one can predict the future but there are some rumors in the year 2020 like you said the bitcoin halving will happen. Bitcoin miner rewards will be reduced by 50% and in theory, if the reward will be reduced there is a possibility an increase in price but these are just a theory. I am really looking forward to a green market in 2020. But what if the opposite will happen? Well, it's your decision in the first place I hope you made the right bet.
891  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why every IEO on P2PB2B exchange? on: December 06, 2019, 05:45:15 PM
It is very obvious this exchange has scam accusation and its volume most likely fake and only pump and dump projects launched an IEO there.
Be careful with these exchanges I will list scam accusation threads below. Please read before joining an IEO there.
Here are sample threads and many more.

892  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: new to bitcoin, how do i buy? on: December 06, 2019, 02:33:27 PM
Hi, Is this your first time buying cryptocurrency? In your country Don't you have a local wallet that converts Fiat to Bitcoins? In my case, we have one and it is very convenient. If that option is not available to you, Just try https://localbitcoins.com/ and buy with PayPal or banks.
Some exchanges and wallets also offers services to buy bitcoin with credit cards like https://cex.io/.  Anyways try in your own risk.
893  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 30th South East Asian Games on: December 06, 2019, 01:34:01 PM
I favor the host country they have the home and crowd advantage. Sometimes in serious moments crowd supports really matters but not at all times. In recent standings, it proves that the host country the Philippines is leading this tournament but it is not finished yet we will see in the following days.

I don't know if some betting sites cover SEA games, anyone knew?
894  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Questions for New Altcoins on: December 06, 2019, 12:07:38 PM
1. Why there are still investors in the new altcoins project? For what they invest if they know new altcoins are only about risks and losses?
It's like gambling betting on new projects sometimes they gain profit or sometimes nothing. Way back in 2017 in majority profit is guaranteed but now it is not really profitable. But except from binance IEO if you can afford their minimum investment and get a lucky ticket. I heard investors there have a big profit. Don't trust not well-known exchanges sometimes they give fake results saying they reach hardcap even if they are not.

2. Who are those developers that always create new altcoins projects? Don't they know that most new projects just ended with failure?
There are some developers who created altcoins for the sake of money, just pump and dump project and they will leave with no trace.
But there are some good projects too with real team and has good use cases.
895  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: FEAR OF DUMPING on: December 06, 2019, 03:18:16 AM
If the project team itself fears the dump there is something wrong. They have no trust in their project so why should we? They only used bounty hunters as a shield or reason for dump. In fact, it's not. Bounty allocation is like 1 to 2 percent  only of their tokensale on IEO or ICO a very small percentage. I can't imagine that small percentage can dump a project? Unless they are one manipulating it.
896  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Teach me how to fish on: December 05, 2019, 04:57:10 PM

898  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: UNFAIR TREATMENT OF THE BOUNTY HUNTERS on: December 05, 2019, 10:02:46 AM
What you are saying was a fact. Indeed some managers are abusing their positions. Like for an instance implementing KYC at the end of the campaign.
But if you are real and not a bot there is nothing to be afraid of, But giving data to a new project is unsafe that is why some hunters avoid this KYC.
And it ends up so many hunters are not being paid, free promotion. If you do kyc just make sure it is legitimate project with 3rd party kyc service, not just a google form or similar. Joining a bounty is like a gamble is the first place we don't know if it will succeed or not. These days only few of them succeed. 1 out of 10.  Cheesy
899  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are so few women buying into Bitcoin? on: December 04, 2019, 06:07:11 PM
Naturally, men are more interested in technology, discoveries, and everything. Men always want to explore complicated things. This is just my own feedback I knew there are women that have better knowledge than men in terms of cryptocurrency but in the majority, Men steps up. In fact, I think in this forum Men have more numbers.

I am not supporting your statement. We do not know the identity of satoshi it may be possible that satoshi is a women !!. In most of the countries, my tradition a man decides the investment for their family. That's why there are very few women I think.
I am not only talking about bitcoin and satoshi here, let's say she's a girl. okay. But I'm talking about statistics. I am only basing it on my local group just for a reference. We have a local telegram group the members are bitcointalk users and only one of them are female. When I am still in college only my male classmate has an interest in it.
900  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin can't survive alone on: December 04, 2019, 05:53:01 PM
If bitcoin is an island, island without a human is very lonely. It will survive but lonely. Same with bitcoin it will surely survive without anyone backing it, the proof is there, It still exists until now and no altcoin can beat its marketcap. But altcoin provides use cases specific to their uses and gives the blockchain world more interesting and colorful with bitcoin as inspiration.
