This community lacks of a competent dev giving simple answers to simple questions
How can we check the exact coins in circulation and the coins left to distribute?
Common sense and basic maffs. Which makes me wonder, how in the world did you end up buying ixc? All the information has been provided and discussed with the community along the way. Do some due diligence if you expect to get rich and look like you knew something. The block explorer doesn’t lie and I provided the basic math to show how much ixc is left at the moment to distribute. Maybe you should go buy some dash - they have “real” devs I hear, only 50% instamine and you can use it to buy crack and child porn cause, erm, “it’s anonymous”. Now put in some effort and catch up with this thread or maybe ixcoin isn’t for you. |

So... the fork that didn’t happen, in reality it happened without anybody knowing?
Every proposal was posted on this thread for community voting and opinions, and every code update was also posted on this thread, before, during and after. But I guess keeping up with 3-5 minutes of research per day on one’s investment is too much work for some.

Let’s do the maffs. 580,800 ixc premine which was generously returned donated by the community to be mined by miners. So about 130,630 ixc have been mined leaving us with around 450,170 IX. Probably 7-8 years left of mining reward even without any further donations. Some devs and communities like to take and take, while others prefer to give. The irony: everybody (“investors”) have been chasing the schemers, and hype coins for the promise of quick easy riches when the Lion of real wealth was roaring out to them for nearly a decade. Yes, the team is still working on the project and trying to improve BTX. This time with masternodes. MNrank shows 116 MasterNodes online. That's a good number and I admire the great work of BTX devs, we will see the fruit of their labors soon. Wishing that someday we'll see the prices of BTX before, one to two digits. When we can show we can surpass visa’s 150 million average daily txs. Soon. |

What is the distribution of the block reward between the miners and masternodes? According to the site https://mnrank.com/coin/BTX/ and block explorer block reward 3.125 mnrank.com shows the wrong data? The rewards for the masternodes are still not active. So the whole block reward of 3.125 BTX goes at the moment to the miner. As soon as the MN rewards are active, the block reward is split 50% each between MN and miners. At the moment mnrank.com already shows a MN reward, but it does not exist yet. Nice, this is good news BTX have its own MN now. How many are currently running MN?
