Sampey how do I fix that after a restart the markets get zombie status?


It takes tremendous amount of time to set each market and once I get restarted and get zombie markets, they dont pick up in their process and have to start again. But the markets moved from last time I set them in CAT and it takes again a long time to wait the conditions change and during the waiting it takes worthless babysitting. Just to explain why it is important.

The different rates are caused by the difficulty and cost to actually transfer money to/from some of the exchanges, so how are you going to arbitrage that ?

Also, buy and sell / pool values, i'm having great difficulty understanding the concept and what they're used for, even after reading the guide and approx 140 pages of this thread. My understanding is that current buy pool for btc means that if i enter a figure in these settings it will never use over the amount that i specify, is this correct?

No I am not. Its just getting frozen every few days.
Even if I would, 10-50% of the orders doesnt get loaded anyway. Its just too much hussle with each restart thats why I trade manually although I have the C.A.T.
And once in a while when I do find time, gets frozen I am tearing my hair out and throwing computers outta window.
Basically, saving the params doesnt change much as there is 1/10th up to a half of zombies.

I have to go there, not sure if you can solve that anyway and I end up with even more wasted time again. Damn it!

What Java do I have to use, or is there any soft I need to get installed to prevent this?

I spent hours of setting parameters (you know how time consuming that is) and now please dont tell me I have to restart.

can CAT be used to "accumulate" a token that has low volume. 

i'd like to set it up to just buy very small orders over days / weeks.

Just wondering, CAT is really good at combing orders - but can it also split orders? for example, only sell X number of coins at a price, if that threshold is reached then sell the next X coins at n% higher?

Only thing that I got - it is difficult as fuck

Is there a reason the Global Gain data is not stored after sessions?  It would be great if this were stored and imported upon next load just in case the application shuts down for some reason.

Thanks - I didn't find the backup directory, I've found it now - good that I'm still playing around with things - A default save directory would be good to have if its easy to implement across operating systems.

I'm wondering, Is there a way to automatically save, load and restart processing if the application closes and reopens again? Windows rebooted last night  - and I thought the full backup every 5 minutes would mean my orders would be restored when I opened the application again - this didn't appear to be the case (although likely user error), is there any best practice I can follow to keep all my order chains and pong settings from resetting back to default?
