Most of the oldies are way to traumatized and can't moved on, and some of the young people are too aggressive and just spewing non-sense all the time. (2) will be good but IMO the (1) should be accepted nicely, I was once using tranlations back then whenever I talk ti my Chinese Co-Worker, never know that it was a bad grammar but he do understand it, so I think we should be the same. yes it is allowed, but they shouldn't use it very often hence they should also try their best learning english for they'll get used to it when they're always using it or talking to people. There was once a user here who wasn't that good enough on that language (though he wasn't using translations, I think) but after a long time, he really is one of the Good Contributors here.

Just because of one person not trusting you, you say the system is broken? You also have issues Giving Merits to my fellow citizen, why is that?
