881  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [NEM] NEM -New Economy Movement - No Envy Movement - Updates+Discussion thread on: June 01, 2014, 01:03:31 AM
ive followed nxt price for a long time, im pretty sure nem def has something to do with the price rise, im not saying its the only reason, but nxt has only done 110,000 volume the past 24 hours and its risen 12%, what did nem do $50,000 volume the first day, easy math says its plausible.

people can sell so cheap because they got a huge return on there investment already, price will rise because dev is making it so you can own 2 stakes now, plus people will want to get in that didnt get a chance to from the start.
886  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [NEM] NEM -New Economy Movement - No Envy Movement - Updates+Discussion thread on: May 31, 2014, 11:06:20 PM
i would hope so, personally i dont stroll down past the top 25coins on coinmarketcap if all of a sudden it pops on top 20 its gonna get peoples attention.
887  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [NEM] NEM -New Economy Movement - No Envy Movement - Updates+Discussion thread on: May 31, 2014, 10:58:36 PM
usually when a coin launches the price always dips at first because there will always be people that sell off, after you clear out the dumpers the price will rise, im curious how they will list it on coinmarketcap, list it as 1000 coins total cause of 1000 nem tokens, or 1 billion coins because that what 1000 tokens equal or total or 4 billion coins total because thats how many that will be, id rather see it listed as 4 billion would help get it in the top 20 on coinmarketcap right away.
888  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [NEM] NEMstake tokens are listed on Nxt asset exchange on: May 25, 2014, 05:57:55 AM

why do people like nike pay athletes millions of dollars to wear there brand? of course it doesnt make maxcoin a must buy but it def helps the coin, the guy sends out a tweet and the coin gets a pump. its happened a few times now. if he really gets behind this coin and pushes hard you think his celebrity wont matter? if I had a regular joe selling me a crypto currency compared to max keiser selling me maxcoin who do you go with?
890  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best Alt coin to invest in 2014 on: May 18, 2014, 05:38:51 AM
1. maxcoin
2. nem
3. nxt
4. darkcoin

maxcoin -its not always about innovations when you have a guy like max keiser as the face of your coin, shitty launch but that will be in the past by the end of the year, coin may have reached its bottom at 5 cents the other day.  he can do more for this coin than most other devs can do for theirs in aspects of getting recognition.

nem - big community support lots of hype, i see it in competition with NXT. if they can get it released in a timely matter.

nxt- with the release of the AE recently price has been climbing keep a eye on it.

darkcoin- the 100% anonymous coin, people who will want to hide there money will love this feature, that of course if they can keep it anonymous.

Thats the issue with alot of people is the HOLD aspect, to many people about shorting coins instead of holding, than people want to cry about the unfair launch and innovations, so many other coins are better than maxcoin blah blah blah maxcoin may not be the best but it has max keiser, people listen to him, people will invest in maxcoin because of him he has proved it a few times already.
892  Other / Archival / Re: delete on: May 18, 2014, 04:41:34 AM
I agree with you, $1 per maxcoin wouldnt take much pumping from him, he could make himself so much money and im sure he knows it. Dev's came out recently saying projects are def in the works, jump on board for the long run and you wont be disappointed.
893  Other / Archival / Re: delete on: May 11, 2014, 02:21:30 AM
If BCX is getting information that is true, maxcoin is far from dead, I always felt that maxcoin would target UK first sounds like they are from what BCX was told.  Alot of people bought in early and hoped to become rich and alot of people got burned so they got out at a loss and a part of the hater train. people need to get over the idea that you are going to get rich in a week, all these coins are long term investments, get involved in a few coins that you believe in do some research buy and hold and hope you made the right choices.
894  Other / Archival / Re: delete on: May 11, 2014, 12:54:47 AM
Maxcoin has been on a downtrend for a while now since the excitement of the block halving died off, and the past few days really little buying lots of selling, now all of a sudden BCX makes a post buy support is back up, volume is up from what it was a few days ago, ive read BCX tare into Maxcoin from previous post, Maxcoin dead Max Keiser isnt even supporting it anymore, Max Keiser could easily push this coin to $100 but doesn't, well from what ive gathered from this topic is he has now found answers to his questions before to why he felt Maxcoin was on the verge of being dead. I consider the people on this forum to be the early adopters to something that we hope one day will be huge, Ive said it before in previous topics involving Maxcoin, Hate all you want to but it has potential, what do you really have to lose by investing something at this point? 6 cents per Maxcoin are you kidding me, invest 60 bux grab 1000 coins and hold, if it fails your out of 60 bux so what, what Maxcoin has that most other alts coins dont have is a voice, Max Keiser has alot of followers and if he starts going huge on Maxcoin you think people are going to ignore him unlikely, you think people with no computer background are going to give two shits or understand how the coins are mined, or that the first day the devs made a bunch of coins, or that it is sha3, bitcoin was connected with silk road and that helped it take off, the stuff we complain about now really wont matter in the future, personally i feel like if what BCX is saying is true, he will push this coin and he will push it hard, and if you are a Max Keiser hater buy some anyways and if it takes off say you made some money off his ass lol im not a huge bag holder by the way i have roughly like 1600 coins just my two cents.
895  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [POLL] about NEM New Economy Movement (everyone should take 30 seconds) on: April 21, 2014, 11:57:39 PM
i like how the ipo was set up I paid for my stake not mad about it at all, if anything it helped with sock puppets, if you gave every stake for free youd have a heck of a bunch more sock puppets in my opinion which would hurt NEM
896  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Maxcoin: how to make 100,000$ with just 100$ on: April 20, 2014, 05:34:51 AM
just to many coins being produced in the beginning to sustain a good price, still the case in my opinion, 1/5 of the coins already mined, it sucks its not expected to halve again for a while but time will tell.
897  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: nem - What will the NEM stakes sell for at the auction? on: April 19, 2014, 12:56:03 PM
trust me i would love to see price skyrocket at launch, there is def strong community support and people are wishing they got in when they didnt anything is possible just got to fight off the dumpers in the beginning.
898  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Maxcoin: how to make 100,000$ with just 100$ on: April 19, 2014, 12:46:14 PM
if this coin ever has a chance to reach 100 it wont be for a couple years, the coin is fairly new still too many coins being produced daily for it to really take off in value, 20mil coins already since the launch, they should have made the block reward level less than 48 with blocks being found every 30 seconds, max keiser still holds the key for that 100 dollar a coin price to hit, in the back of my mind im hoping he just wants to keep the price low so he can buy up coins at a good price which takes time, but time will tell.
899  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: nem - What will the NEM stakes sell for at the auction? on: April 19, 2014, 12:39:20 PM
price will take at least a month to stabilize i feel like, alot of people will be after that quick buck and dump. i can see market cap being 5 million though to start off.
900  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: nem - What will the NEM stakes sell for at the auction? on: April 19, 2014, 07:46:11 AM
from my understanding NEM will not be a copy of NXT originally it was going to be than they decided to write a new code from scratch.
