Nie mam doświadczenia w tej dziedzinie. Czy kogoś łapali czy nie, sam nigdy dużej kwoty jeszcze nie wypłacałem. Może warto rozłożyć wypłaty na kilka lat? Jakby urzędników obchodziło pochodzenie krypto to chyba byłoby to w formularzu PIT. Przyznam, że uśmiechnąłem się jak przeczytałem o tych tłumaczeniach nt airdropów, bo kiedyś czegoś takiego doświadczyłem. Podczas złotej ery ICO aktywnie uczestniczyłem w wielu kampaniach bounty i w ten sposób udało się zarobić więcej niż przez wiele lat pracy zawodowej w "realnym" życiu. Chciałem część z tych środków spieniężyć, uczciwie zapłacić podatek i inwestować w inne aktywa. Konsultowałem temat z księgowym, który z kolei pisał pisma do US. Tłumaczenia było naprawdę sporo. Skończyło się na tym, że regularnie biorąc udział w kampaniach bounty i airdropach powinienem prowadzić działalność gospodarczą, a podatki płacić w momencie uzyskania "wynagrodzenia". Czyli jak jakiś scam projekt prześle mi krypto na mój portfel to powinienem zapłacić podatek. To był początek 2018 roku.
