Arsenal average 2.07 goals per game, which is 6th in the league, but Arsenal concede the fewest goals. It seems to me that these two indicators taken together are enough to get the best possible results.
Wolves won't be giving arsenal much trouble than they could handle in this their game, arsenal has an excellence front line this season that can breakthrough any defense it may take time but they always find way to break in and get the required goals and I don't see wolves stopping them today from claiming the 3points.

I also think that Newcastle will win - United had a period when luck smiled on them but this does not mean that they are no longer a rubbish team..
The Newcastle vs Manchester united game is very dicey to think of the possible results as right now even Newcastle has dropped a bit of a form though playing against an inconsistent team like Manchester united with a dramatic goalkeeper. All I expect from this game is a draw.

Judging by Arsenal's last game (6-0 against Lens) they are fine and I expect 3-0 against Wolves.
In the Newcastle - United game, the result can be anything, but it’s hard for me to imagine that a team with a goal record of +16 (31-14) will not beat a team with a goal record of +0 (16-16) at home.
The first half of the game has just ended and it's quite refreshing that your expectations are near reaching with Arsenal already leading with a 2:0 score, and in my opinion the goals might go beyond 3goals as they return in the second half.

It's all about fans banter so you shouldn't be surprised, after all you also said similar thing calling Manchester united a rubbish team. I won't be shocked to know you are a Chelsea fan Grin

You might be surprised, but I'm a United fan. But since TH took charge of the club, I think that they are going in the wrong direction and since the management has some inexplicable delay in his dismissal, I don't wish the club to success.
I am definitely surprised now knowing I was wrong about your fanship. Manchester United have been frustrating this season and I think Ten Hag is exhausted with all techniques as he has nothing brilliant anymore to offer to the team. I believe management are just been patient with TH till the end of this year to see if thing can change for a better by January but by then United would have lost important points  affecting their position in the EPL table  and also drop from the UCL too.

As a Liverpool fan I’d love to see Wolves take points off Arsenal but I just don’t see it happening. Arsenal are not scoring a lot of goals, they have got lucky a few times, getting late goals but I think they will have too much for Wolves today.

I think Newcastle will beat Man Utd. They don’t cope well with aggressive football and hostile atmospheres which St James Park certainly is so I see Newcastle winning here.

The thing na this Coin wey them dey call Dogecoin I observe say time to come this coin go dey very great and if you check e don dey rise so I go like us to invest now wey e still dey cheap,  after now e go dey very hard to afford so make we take advantage now.
OP I understand you are not a professional and you giving people a crypto professional advise on what altcoin they should instantaneous invest into. That's not fair and risky not only for those that will take this advise and put it to immediately action but also you op as all blaming fingers would be directed at you should anything goes south. Don't forget that's an altcoin.

It would have been preferable you had made the post  appear in a way that suggests that you are only bringing in an altcoin idea you think might do well in the future and that any person that feel interest should also do their own research about it and think of the next action to take based on how they also observe it. Instead you make it sound so sure and that investors should troop in immediately and invest before they miss out.

My candid piece of advise to anyone is that, if you have to invest in altcoin invest a very amount that won't hit you hard if it happens that you lose it, and always DYOR.
884  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not a get rich quick scheme. on: December 02, 2023, 12:35:29 PM
It's not entirely wrong to view Bitcoin as a quick money gain, as it can be faster than investing in property or stocks. However, the problem lies in how people approach it, making Bitcoin not meet their expectations. They should understand the basics of Bitcoin first before making significant investment decisions just because they see their friends succeeding in the world of Bitcoin.
What you say is true when compared to other investments, BTC can become rich if they study Bitcoin properly and correctly. Maybe more precisely, Bitcoin can make people rich if they maintain it and are patient. If Bitcoin is a get-rich-quick scheme, this is just wrong because BTC investment is not like that, everything requires analysis and process so that we can get big profits in the future.

Many out there, especially those who are still beginners, view Bitcoin as a quick way to riches, so when they don't achieve what they want they will say Bitcoin is a scam. In essence, no investment is a get rich quick scheme, it all requires time and patience.
Bitcoin investment is not hard to understand and follow through with, aside from having the capital to invest which is not enough because you will also need the knowledge too to navigate the market , without the knowledge as a newbie you can invest wrongly and start blaming that it's a scam.

With the proper knowledge you would know when it's the dip and how to take advantage, it's surprising to note that there are newbies that can't in clear cut distinguish the dissimilarity between technical analysis and fundamental analysis, for all they are focused on is making profit not knowing that the secret to making profits in cryptocurrency is knowledge. Which is why they have to learn first before all else.
885  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can you make gambling a profession - a full time job on: December 02, 2023, 11:34:56 AM
But, in a broader sense, can you make gambling a career path, abandoning all other sources of income to focus entirely on it?
If so, why?
If not, please advise!
Probability, prediction, luck, chance, likelihood, presumption etc, all these words are summed up in one word - gambling! They all are words that expresses uncertainty, lack of assurance and reliance in every sense of it. Is that what someone should abandon all other sources of income of his to fully focus on? Hell no.

I have seen many gamblers that depends on gambling without other source of income crumble to the ground, professionalism doesn't count and it's not a metric to achieve success in gambling it's all just luck. You can decide to go professional about it but if you are not lucky there's no success, and those that get lucky at it rather attributes it to their being professional.  If you want to be a gambler then just hit the road in a responsible manner and have other sources of income that's how it works.
886  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Sentiment Poll for December on: December 01, 2023, 07:15:09 PM
$40k to $45k is the price I expect in December. I don't know why some of us have lost optimism regarding the existing positive trend, but perhaps it is true that correction is something that cannot be ignored.

The price of bitcoin has risen almost 130% in the past year, but the price is still minus about 43% from its last ATH. This trend should be sustainable as I think big investors are ready to spend a large portion of their budgets buying bitcoin. After all, we are also getting closer to the halving and it is one of the good fundamentals to expect a massive price increase. I hope there is no correction and this positive sentiment continues.
Not that it's a loss of optimism we should be realistic sometimes even as we express optimism.  The corrections are necessary so  it will put bitcoin price in the uptrend direct by next year 2024 as we all expects.

AFAIK, in this month of December bitcoin price won't surpass 40k because the resistance at the current point is still strong therefore price  will be experiencing a lot of consolidation building momentum for breakthrough either at the middle of January or by the end of January. Let see how it goes anyway it's just a prediction from my end.
887  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Using AI for betting predictions on: December 01, 2023, 04:24:44 PM
Should AI be relied on for sport betting predictions?
Last time I remember seeing a post with this similar question in the gambling section many comments disagreed with the idea of using AI to predict bets in gambling and I also objected to the use because ordinarily it won't be helpful to the gambler as it would to the house who are perpetually with the hedge in gambling.

AI works based on informations loaded into it it's not an independent information user like human are and if human can still be making wrong bets using human capabilities it then makes the AI introduction to bet predictions none useful as it's still humans that will feed it with the informations it will need to process predictions results.
888  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: new law by theymos to disallow mixers in the forum on: December 01, 2023, 12:46:42 PM
It's sad though there is nothing to be done other than this to save the forum from been affiliated with the illegal activities but that doesn't mean mixers are illegal.

Just as what @Brainboss... said, it's a new decoy by the government to frustrate the fundamentals and campaign for privacy among cryptocurrency users, they just by all means want to control everything we do on the internet and in our daily living. The government are always paranoid and anxious for nothing and whatever fruit that doesn't support their policies they look for a reason to bring it down before it germinates.

If privacy isn't very crucial as some of us assume, then why do the government always kick against anything that gives us privacy??? Think about it.
889  Other / Meta / Re: Mixers to be banned on: December 01, 2023, 11:52:30 AM
Weldone Theymos.

Though this didn't come as a shock to me with all what hàs been happening between mixers and the government  I believe this is the only pathway to exonerate the forum from the issues with mixers both now and in the future.

Sure If there were other ways to go about it you would have done but for now this decision is one in a right direction for the bitcointalk community it's been one too many, and it's a pity that big mixers like Sinbad and chipmixer has to be meet such fate in the hands of the government.

We just have to adjust to the rules, as rules are always rules.
890  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Only Sell what you don't need. on: November 30, 2023, 06:32:47 PM
Good advice, OP. It is very important that we think twice before we invest in bitcoin. Especially if we don’t have any properties that belong to us, using family property or something that doesn’t belong to us is a bad idea to invest in bitcoin.

However, you need to apply wisdom when taking such steps of selling a property to invest in bitcoin, make sure the property you are selling off you don't need it (a property you can afford to lose) because there is a risk in bitcoin investment the embedded risk of volatility shouldn't be neglected.

Although everything we sell because we want to invest in bitcoin is our wish, the main problem is that we should not invest and be panicking at the end of the day.
Thanks for the appraisal!
You know the risk  It hits differently on us when we invest with our own personal money to when we use money realized from the sale of a group owned property, that's where the panicking get exacerbated because the inner aspect of our being panicking is not just in losing the money but in the aftermath of the consequences and repercussion we have to face from others that have a part in that money.

In that conduction long term investment plan becomes troublesome addition to when the market is not moving in the direction you had expected base on your own analysis before taking your decision. Investing in bitcoin is reliable to bring returns if only you can wait but how long can you wait when the co-owners of the money are on your neck, that's why we should make it a principle to always invest with our personal money, if we must sell a property let it be our own very property not a family or group owned property.
891  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: what is the importance of identify in your local board? on: November 30, 2023, 01:06:59 PM

1. Is it necessary for everyone to identify with their local boards and participate in the board discussions?
Yes, it's if necessity though it's not compulsory neither are you doing anything wrong if you chose to stay afar and watch how things unfold there. I trust the reason local boards had to be created is to give everyone an identity, and people will feel better to freely share and make certain discussions they ordinarily won't be moved to discuss about in the general boards as they may not be understood well enough in manner a fellow from same nationality/language will.

Quote
2. I would love to get a detailed aim For each of the local board and also know the kind of thread that's best to be created in the local board.
What other aim should be in the local board than talk bitcoin related issues, and discussions as it affect their nationality.

Quote
3. If it's necessary to participate in the activity of the local board, what happens to the people whose local board is not in the forum.
It should interest you to know that the first local board to be created in the forum is the Russian LB.

Local board mustn't be named after your specific country, in as much as you can understand the language or you share same/similar language you can be part of that LB. Take the Nigeria (Naija) LB for instance, we don't only have Nigerians there even forum members from other African countries are a part and parcel of the Naija LB community.
892  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Preparing and protecting bitcoin future holders on: November 30, 2023, 12:08:42 PM
Well thought op about the preparation of the younger generation towards the adoption of the leading cryptocurrency bitcoin but there are determinants and elements we have to consider in flagging such awareness campaign especially in a country like Nigeria where the government has no support for bitcoin usage in public and private institutions, so anything you do it's at your own peril. If anyone is so keen about the adoption I strong believe it should just be within his close circle could be family, colleagues/friends and at most neighbors, so you don't shoot yourself on your own foot based on how the system of government in the country is currently with bitcoin.

However, bear in mind that you must perceive an expression of independent interest by anyone you share the opportunity with and shouldn't be that it's out if coax or sweet-talk that they got the adoption interest. The reality is that you can't do much in a place where the authority is not on your side therefore, I  give credit and reckon the efforts of those of us that are in their little ways spreading the opportunity to whom it may concern.
893  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Its A Gambling Joke But Reflects Bad Things About Gambling on: November 30, 2023, 10:54:29 AM
I don't know if you've encountered this joke before, I often see it in my feeds coming from Gambling groups where I am a member

Guy 1: Hey, I have a friend who gambles a lot, and he just bought a new bike.

Guy 2: Wow! Your friend must have been lucky in gambling.

Guy 1: No! He used to drive a car but because of gambling, he sold it, and now he just bought a new bike to get to work.

Guy 2:  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

The first time I read it I laughed a lot but if you dig deep or think about it you will realize that it reflects many gamblers who are losing a lot and they have to sell things that are important to them and find an alternative.
The sarcasm in this defines, portrays and mocks those gamblers that are compulsive and going by their uncontrollable gambling life they move from a financial state of 100-0.

Gambling is what we make of it. You will enjoy being a gambler if you have that self-control with your wagering amount, bankroll, time spent to gamble, and accepting your losses as it comes not to chase after the loss the propensity of loss chase leads to more losses.

The loss recovery syndrome is what makes gamblers sale off their properties thinking that they can use the money gotten from the sale of their property to recover their previous losses. That's why we're admonished to use amount we can easily let go when we lose it to gamble. At the end of the day this sarcasm will always meet the victims with a cold feet.
894  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Only Sell what you don't need. on: November 30, 2023, 10:06:27 AM
~
Just my two cents.
Well, I want to agree with you, but whenever an investor goes, and sells their belongings (including property), I believe that they've decided it twice or thrice before doing it because the involved money is so huge that they might get affected when they lose it.
Agreed, though not all investors think it twice before take off, there are some that invest out of the fear of not missing out probably in the next profit (bull run) that may  occur. It's like I see people doing it so let me just join the queue by selling a property to invest too; but for those that did think twice with a scrutinize mapped out plan they always get what they want from bitcoin.

Quote
I know that there are some who don't like the idea of selling some of their belongings just to buy Bitcoin, but take note that there are some who risked it all, sold their properties, then bought Bitcoin, and their money doubled or even tripled already. Like I said, it's all about risk. Smiley As for OP, there's nothing wrong with your opinion. It's just that there are some people who want to risk it all because... because they are afraid to lose their potential profits.
I guess those that don't buy the idea of selling their property to buy bitcoin are as a result of how or what they might have passed through to acquire such property and to them they feel it's not worth risking with it so they prefer scrapping out another alternative to get money to buy and invest in bitcoin. Yes, people that are so confident about what they are doing tend to risk it all, like you mentioned about investors that bought bitcoin last year when it was low, they understood the time that it was the perfect  dip for those that have missed out of the last ATH.  So anyone that's ready to risk it all must be in the know and with a plan to invest for a long term as possible.

896  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: November 29, 2023, 06:57:19 PM
Sevilla in the first half are playing fine they are more purposefully with the ball than PSV and their wingers are direct not slacking holding down PSV wingers not to have a chance to cross passes to their striker Dijon who's one of PSV goal getter in this competition. It would have been a 2 goals lead but unfortunately Sevilla second goal in the first half was denied by VAR with an offside ruling.  I am in the positive that Sevilla will score another goal in the second half as the match returns.

Manchester United on the other hand are not doing bad tonight, they had an early 2 goals before 18 mins, there's been a reflecting improvement in the team lately. Galatasaray' are more or less not been tactical in the game allowing the visitors to do more of the playing,  they are easily dispossessed with the ball and I think Manchester united giving by the way they are playing will win this match.
897  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Risking 1% in Gambling on: November 29, 2023, 03:07:14 PM
You must have heard 1% strategy in trading, the same can be applied in gambling too and believe me, you will feel a lot more comfortable using this 1% of your money in every game.
This also gives you a lot of games to play before you end up on your money as on every bet you will use 1% of your money. In case you lose all bets, you will be playing 100 games because your money is exhausted.
oh yeah, this is a fine strategy to save you money and keep you on many streaks but that's doesn't depict that you have to sleep in the bet shop or keep gambling all the day you must make for yourself a time limit you should be spending on gambling at every time you are to gamble.

But we shouldn't forget that by using of 1% for each game your potential amount to win will also be of a very small percent except you want to accumulate odds raise the amount to be won which increases your risk dropping your chances of winning.  If am gambling for fun and self entertainment I wouldn't have trouble with this strategy as it has the potent to increase how many chances I have to enjoy my gambling but not for a gambler that's gambling to make money from it. The 1% won't settle down well with such gambler who will chose to use bigger amount to stake with smaller odds.
898  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Only Sell what you don't need. on: November 29, 2023, 01:58:22 PM
Lastly, whatever property you have decided you must sell off,  you could always sell divide the money, use part of the money realized to invest in bitcoin stead of using all of it, and then using the other amount remaining to buy another of that property elsewhere for a lower rate.
Again, there is no straightforward solution so this may not be necessary depending on the circumstance around the sale of the property.
Yeah I agree the circumstances surrounding the sale of the land might differ promoting a different risk approach by the owner but as a new investor with that money from the sales of the land as the only capital in hand IMO it's irrational to nosedive with all the money at ones in bitcoin Investment  or any other sort of Investment no matter what the circumstances could be looking like.

There should always be a step by step Investment approach for a capital that is the only money at hand, with the result of every step made  you're clear and confident on what step to take next. In business the response we give to any circumstance is what matters most and not the circumstance itself.
899  Other / Beginners & Help / Only Sell what you don't need. on: November 29, 2023, 01:16:23 PM
Have seen many posts in the forum posters sharing their excitement about how they sold their property's to buy bitcoin and that's what called for this thread. Some claim to have sold land/landed properties, cars and other equipments. Yeah' no body has a right to dictate for you on how or what to do with your property , it is yours anyways.

However, you need to apply wisdom when taking such steps of selling a property to invest in bitcoin, make sure the property you are selling off you don't need it (a property you can afford to lose) because there is a risk in bitcoin investment the embedded risk of volatility shouldn't be neglected.

Lastly, whatever property you have decided you must sell off,  you could always sell divide the money, use part of the money realized to invest in bitcoin stead of using all of it, and then using the other amount remaining to buy another of that property elsewhere for a lower rate.

Now this is what I mean: assuming you sold your piece of landform $20k, you use $10-13k to invest in bitcoin and the remaining $7k to buy another land somewhere at a cheap rate. Surely, with years the value of that land will always appreciate so you still have a land (only that it's at a different location) while you invest in bitcoin stead of using (risking) all the money at ones.

Just my two cents.

It was really surprising to see some of the odd reactions but we appreciate everything. Sinbad have the gut to accept any kind of criticism. After all constructive criticism can make a brand better and stronger. Sinbad observes everything and they take things positively. I am confident that we have many more good weeks to come and Sinbad brand have everything to embrace the strong position they built throughout all these past months (54+ weeks and continuing). Let's appreciate everything we enjoy and support the brand to make the business bigger and better.

Fingers crossed and Cheers,
It truly feels good knowing that everyone is calm now as Sinbad has once again proven to be a leader in the business. Being my first official signature campaign, I had no doubt in the company and I was willing to wait as long as it takes to get everything back to the status quo.

I will once again thank the team at Sinbad and @Royse777 for handling the situation professionally. I look forward to better days ahead for Sinbad and all of us involved in this business.
Although I am not a participant of the Sinbad campaign but putting myself in the participants shoe I can only imagine your fears this few days. So I give kudos to all  the participants, CM, and Sinbad in handling the situation with a touch of maturity and relative understanding. All the best to the Sinbad brand!
