and GetGems, but both aren't complete yet so need some patience.

I'm holding a few GEMZ as well Smiley the market now is very depressing, but I have to keep telling myself it's still a work in progress like you've said. Their mobile app is awesome -  I really do hope that gains more popularity!
884  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I have $10 in Bitcoin. What coin should I invest in? on: August 27, 2015, 06:47:07 PM
I think you should go and try your luck in any of the gambling websites and if you are ble to cashout 4-5x your deposits then you can buy some Mining contracts ....(cloud mining).

How is cloud mining even profitable (for the one purchasing a lease)? All the numbers I've ran show that it's hard to break even on 99% of contracts... And that's if the site isn't a complete scam! How does one choose which coin to mine (and when)?
885  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why war is good on: August 27, 2015, 05:33:30 PM
War will never be something good no matter how justified it.

it depends for whom:

people: war is bad
looser: war is bad
government of winner: war is good
weapon producer of winner: war is good

i actually hate war; but that doesnt change that facts

Truth! Adding to your statement, usually the government of winner is in bed with the weapon producer Smiley Boeing, Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon....every war makes the politicians richer for lobbying to use their favorite brand of bullets!!!!

I cannot get a good paying job as i am only 15. However I have a good knowledge of many programming lanuages and the running of different things such as bitcoin

Age doesn't matter in the realm of freelance. Act professional, provide quality services, and nobody will even question your age in the first place. If you understand programming you should look into the services section or reddit.com/r/jobs4bitcoins and reach out to people in need of some programming help.

Truth!  There are lots of reddit subs for finding programming work.

If anything, you could sell some stuff for dogecoin on reddit (you can find a couple sites for individual merchants there) or eBay (but they rape you with fees) then convert the doge/cash to btc/other altcoins

I actually sold a few Nintendo DS games to someone through reddit, they paid me instantly (with btc or dogecoin, forget which).  Just beware of scammers!

cloudboy, what SuperNET coin do you like best at the moment? What do you think the future holds?
889  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / I want to understand other's altcoin behaviors - please take this quick quiz! on: August 27, 2015, 04:40:43 PM
Sup guys,

As I notice my bitcoin start to spread out over a wide array of altcoins, I figured now is time to take a step back, plan a strategy, and (however best) consolidate my funds.

To better understand how others are playing the altcoin market, I'm asking you guys to take a quick & easy quiz:

    1. What are your top three investments?  Top five?
    2. Do you hold these coins long-term, or day trade (specify if possible)?
    3. What exchange(s) do you trade on?
    4. Overall, has altcoin trading (or holding) brought you profit or loss?

Please no advertising/shill/FUD here, honest answers only  Grin

Thanks in advance!

890  Other / Off-topic / Re: if you entered your wallet and you found 50BTC what you will do ? on: August 27, 2015, 04:06:35 PM
if i entered my wallet and i found 50 Bitcoin on my wallet i would looking and find the sender and ask him to refund 45 Bitcoin for him and 5 Bitcoin for me as a tip,if i didnt find him/his i think i would spend it
or build my company and collect the profit and looking for the sender again Smiley

That is the right thing to do, but I believe it would be really very difficult to find the real sender who has sent to your address, so without assuring or confirming it would be very risky to send it to any random address, so unless If I'm not confirmed I would not send it to any random address, I would keep it safe in my wallet.

Yup...many people would try to scam the finder out of that 50BTC Smiley

Unless you can show undeniable proof that couldn't be edited

BADecker has got so many different threads of lies going on, the wet end just can't keep track of them all. Funny. Cheesy

Remember, you can lie to us BADecker, but you can't lie to God.  Tongue

LOL

Every single time I try debating with someone (on whether or not god exists), it seems to be with someone covering all the bases as you've mentioned.  That, or the other person is simply so full of themselves it causes their mind to shut out any alternatives to their own 'beliefs'.

I literally just said that if we can grow lesser organisms in a petri dish, it's completely possible that our universe is a mere lab experiment in itself...and I'm being argued with the same exact logic  Roll Eyes

We simply cannot use 'scientific facts' to understand something beyond our comprehension.  Humanity's understanding of....EVERYTHING....has been attained from our time on Earth.  That's it.  There could be thousands of galaxies out there, each with different 'laws' of physics/biology/etc.  We're carbon-based life forms.....who knows if there are species out there, created from the building blocks of 'elements' we can't even comprehend?

There are just too many variables out there, that it's both pointless and narrow-minded to be this devoted to finding a 'god'  Smiley

Have you instead considered focusing on that which is invariant?  For example, the relationship between objective content and perception is invariant, i.e. the existence of objective content is inherently linked to our perception of it. Not only is this self-apparent, but it precludes any unnecessary assumptions, e.g. that objective content can exist independent of perception.

The reason I mention this is to place a different spin on traditional exploration. Instead of trying to "find" anything, why not instead recognize, in the most simple of terms, how we come to understand anything at all (i.e. the process by which we know) and see what that might tell us about reality instead?  Recognizing the self-evident truth that objective content and perception are logically inseparable has vast implications on reality in and of itself, and it can even tell us a hell of a lot about things that we haven't explored or don't know about yet.

Interesting, I like the way you think (no pun intended).  Have any links or resources on this matter?

So you demonize Bitcoin, because of your security mistakes? You demonize the coin you hoped to clone and make money off of, because you fucked up? Anonymous tips to the CIA/FBI won't do much in terms of your attacker returning the stolen funds....
897  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why war is good on: August 26, 2015, 11:42:34 PM
the war is never good, yes it might reduce the amount of people but it does not help to develop as people destroy other countries and other potentially talented people that means war is stopping the development not making it faster

I'd be willing to bet that war doesn't even put a dent into reducing population size.  UNICEF estimates that about 353,000 babies are born each day (source, article from last year so the numbers probably changed slightly).  The ongoing war in Syria, which started in 2011, has claimed an estimated 320,000 deaths (source)...and that's over a span of four years!

well ok i made a mistake, its not reducing it it slows the growth...

also you did not answer my question...

...you didn't ask a question....
