881  Other / Off-topic / Re: When is it useful to borrow bitcoin? on: August 04, 2015, 03:22:49 AM
Why didn't you try borrowing in a site, like BTCJam?
Your problem would be solved Cheesy Cheesy
I don't want to involve myself in that scam site.
882  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is gambling fix your life? or wreck your life? on: August 04, 2015, 03:14:21 AM
For me gambling pretty much ruined my finances. Once you win big once and some people have the personality type to go back to the casino over and over. That was the case for me, and I ended up loosing more than winning.
883  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Brazil has more than 150 stores that accept bitcoin on: August 02, 2015, 09:16:41 PM
Brazil a big country so you have to take that into consideration. Still, I am planning a trip to Brazil fairly soon and this is good to know. I may be able to dump some cash up here in Canada onto my phone and bring it down there with me.
884  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bit-X is the worst bitcoin prepaid card ever on: August 02, 2015, 09:02:35 PM

Dude look 3 things : maybe you are the most stupid person on bitcointalk if so congratulations! or you have a sexual relationship with the Bit-X owner,  if so i respect Love  Kiss  and i hate gays, Or you have no options if so SHUT THE FUCK UP,  First you said :

i loose about 5-10% exchanging btc to skrill here on forum    -  WHO THE FUCK CAAAAARES  ?  ARE YOU FUCKING HIGH ?  you are trying to exchange TO skrill using exchangers, that why we are trying to use stupid services like e-coin, bit-x  got it .?   Shocked

also why you bring bank fees , we are talking about the service fees also the most stupid thing about bit-x is this (again):

The maximum amount that can be spent in one transaction must be under 70% of a user's available balance ...  LOOL   Kiss
Im done!

I sure hope you are done, because you obviously have a problem with both manners and logic.
I'm talking about how for some people, there's an obvious benefit from using bitx card instead alternative skrill version, and i was talking about overall costs because i calculate my costs in that way.
But you're right, i am an idiot for trying to explain it to you when you, so i'll just stop trying.

cheers

Yeah that the best thing to do , Stop explaining your shit, talking about using skrill while we are talking about Bitcoin prepaid cards , Please Kill your self or change your profile pic cause u make me sick (sir) with your stupidity .
If you don't want to pay the fees associated with bitcoin debit cards, simply do not use them and stick to local fiat to Bitcoin trading. Telling people to kill themselves because you don't have a good argument makes you look like a coward and a complete moron.
885  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: I have 20$ LOOKING TO BUY on: August 02, 2015, 08:48:55 PM
If you live in a reasonably big city like Boston on Seattle or bigger, you're likely to find a bitcoin exchange locally. Unless you have a method of payment that does not involve service like paypal, no one will want to deal with a new user straight to loans.
886  Other / Off-topic / When is it useful to borrow bitcoin? on: August 02, 2015, 08:31:14 PM
When is it useful to borrow bitcoin? Considering that it is really hard to get a loan here on this forum even with escrow, and the plentiful amount of scammers floating around here, is there really a great reason to even bother getting a loan here? I mean unless you're flat broke I could understand but even still it's an uphill battle. It's way easier to take out a cash advance in an emergency. I suppose if you're dealing with a trusted borrower and trustworthy escrow you may have a chance in obtaining your funds. Other than that, it can be difficult for a scam-less transaction to take place.
887  Economy / Economics / Re: What will be our new world currency? on: August 02, 2015, 08:20:58 PM
I believe that Bitcoin stands a chance to become the new world currency. The US Dollar continues to depreciate in value and the American economy is in turmoil. Considering that the blockchain was created to help solve this economic crisis, if and when the dollar completely collapses, those who have any of their assets in Bitcoin will be in better financial shape than those who dismissed it as a sham.
888  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: August 02, 2015, 07:54:08 PM
No doubt the bears will be out in full force soon...they tried hard for the last few days but leverage short is a big mistake at this point imo !

Shorts on bitfinex at 9600. No one shorting the rallies anymore.

If we hold this technical level the next three months could be exciting.

EDIT: and the walls are gone, toehold back on 280 again..

With this volume shorting is dangerous...

Hopefully there is less trading volume so let's hope the price will not drop by that much.
889  Economy / Economics / Re: Did Bitcoin Ruin Your Life, Or Help Your Life? on: August 02, 2015, 07:48:16 PM
Bitcoin is a new technology that is definitely helping me. I have been able to find a way to find work online and build a career in computer programming. I think Bitcoin is definitely going to help my life quite a lot since I only knew about it late last year so I didn't loose too much really getting in/learning to to earn bitcoin. I think now this is going to help me tremendously when the value goes up.
890  Economy / Lending / Re: Loan Requet 0.2 btc on: August 01, 2015, 09:12:06 PM
i am pro lender here

do u needing lendings ?
GTFO scammer.

hes not a scammer, but rather someone who enables and promotes scamming in this section.
I think he's creating a bunch of sock puppets and trying to make it look like he's gives out low-condition loans. I think if someone else were to ask him for a loan, he would not give it.

To the OP stop scamming as well. Your account is worth nothing. Nobody is going to trust a newbie with such a negative reputation.
892  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: August 01, 2015, 09:04:38 PM
Yes,but problem is how to make bitcoin, without a job?
You can mine some alt coins then trade them for bitcoins. That's the best way to earn a passive income these days.
893  Economy / Lending / Re: only ManyProofs will give this, because he is pro on: August 01, 2015, 08:56:53 PM
Sock puppet account, quit spamming this forum with scamming attempts.
894  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Get bitcoins for PayPal on: August 01, 2015, 08:49:47 PM
Your piss-poor English skills, plus the large amount amount of money you asking up front makes me sure this is a scam. No way I would trust this user.
895  Other / Off-topic / Re: Which operating system do you use? Windows? Linux? Mac? other? on: August 01, 2015, 08:40:48 PM
I was using Windows 8 until I short circuit my motherboard. Now I am currently using a Macbook to do my work. Once I get the money to fix my PC I will.
896  Economy / Economics / Re: How to save money. on: August 01, 2015, 08:31:28 PM
The only money I save is through buying Bitcoin I've personally never had so much money at any given time in my savings.

I think that has happened because you have not made any other external use of your btc by investing it into something, gambling, etc. You're a hodler and you will not let go until it is a very very big market. That is a good thing but I advise you to play a little with your bitcoins and maybe invest them into something you think has a future, or better yet gamble with the coins you think you can afford to lose. Sometimes you will comeback with lot more you think you were ready to let go.

Suggesting someone to gamble with their money / BTC in order to save money is the worst and funniest thing I've read this week.. Overal, you loose money with gambling. Yes, there's a chance that you win money, but - in the end - there is always a bigger chance that you loose money (as the casino / dice website etc has an house edge in order to be profitable).

Investing might be a good advise - as long as you invest well and in the right project. That's very hard too..

I had the same ideology till a week ago, I was really tired of how things were working out for me and decided to gamble with 0.5 btc. I guess I was either really good at online casino or I was really lucky but I did make 6x of what I started with. I think gambling is fun when you have money to gamble. It is all about discipline too, you should know when to stop. I see a lot of negativity about gambling because a lot of people end up losing, its okay, to each his own Smiley
The problem (at least for me) is that is so addictive. I won $2000 dollars at a casino in my city and I ended up becoming addicted to gambling. I slowly lost the $2000 I won and then some. If you are able to discipline yourself, by all means.
897  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: August 01, 2015, 08:27:09 PM
The jobs directly involved with Bitcoin development will require you an engineer degree minimum, so it's a small %.
The rest of the jobs are also coding related, and then trading, not much else. Anything that doesn't involve coding is basically gambling, not a "true" job in the classic sense (for me someone that makes crypto trading for a living doesn't have a "true" job), sure skill is needed but it's too unstable. Sig campaign is obviously not a true job, just nice extra.

Yeah, you cannot treat Gambling as a job, as it is truly based on the luck factor, one day you win and next ten days you turned up loosing, as for fun it is good, but your life depending on gambling doesn't sound great.

On the other hand, signature campaigns are just a source to earn bitcoins or you can call it as a part time income to take care of your day to day expenses, Surely one will not quit his job for the sake of bitcoins. As the job provides financial security to a person and his family.
It's really sad to see that so many people think playing poker as a job. I had a friend who was addicted to gambling and he ended up demanded money from me to play poker, then got mad at me for losing. Don't gamble dude, you're only hurting yourself.
898  Other / Politics & Society / Re: [Vote] Who did 911? on: August 01, 2015, 08:04:00 PM
Look, my father is a hardcore 9/11 truther. The PHP conference was not too far away from the world trade centre. Everyone in NY said 9/11 happened the way it happened. My dad told me not to take photos of the WTC. I took one on my S5 and texted it to him without hassle. Sure there was some police presence. It was not constant and hey, what do you expect in a city like New York? These conspiracies are bogus.
so why is your father a truther if according to you and your family the towers fell because of terrorist from a muslim country done it with planes..

so is your father a NUT JOB  Wink Wink
you all know the truth...  so why is he a truther Wink Wink

Nice to see conspiracy theorist see a conspiracy in everything.
899  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Litecoin is the new Bitcoin on: August 01, 2015, 07:53:06 PM
Litecoin is certainly not the new Bitcoin. Bitcoin is used more by the general public and will always be worth more than Litecoin. That's not to say some people will still prefer Litecoin over Bitcoin because it suites their purposes. But in my mind, Bitcoin will always be the top cryptocurrency.

I'm currently working on my coding portfuolio, then building my first CakePHP application. That will take some time to do as I need to fix my old Windows 8 laptop. So no, considering I had to go find a job in my local economy.
