881  Economy / Speculation / Re: Sell your bitcoin NOW. November 8, 2017 on: November 09, 2017, 12:00:50 PM
Today is November 9th and bitcoin ATH is over $7800, sell at $7126 is a bad decision, as you've missed higher price.
If you want to sell bitcoin in case to avoid price drop significantly, it seems will not happen in the near future, look at current market price, bitcoin always recover and keep increasing in the end of the day. I say; just sell small portion of bitcoin if you need it, because bitcoin potential, could reach $15K in the next year.
882  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-11-08]Segwit2x "suspending our plans for the upcoming 2MB upgrade" on: November 09, 2017, 11:42:24 AM
Some people have predicted about it.
Segwit2x is such a bait to activate segwit, after a long, endless debate about bitcoin scalability.
At least we have segwit which a good upgrade for now to resolve unconfirmed transaction that can last for days.
As too many pros cons about upgrade block size, and segwit could handle current market transactions, it's fine to suspend 2x hard fork.
883  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Dragon Foundation on: November 09, 2017, 11:01:51 AM
All we have to do just invest money into a trading group? Waiting for profit everyday without doing anything?
But, trading is risky. There is no guarantee a group always gain profit and never loss at all.
You may want to share some picture about your investment in dragon foundation?

Basic problem about this investment is ; waiting time, 180 days and can't withdraw until 180 days is something funny and so risky imo.
884  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: PairTracker: keep an (automated) eye on volume developments at Bittrex on: November 09, 2017, 10:32:56 AM
Seems interesting, I will try it right now.

Still don't understand how to include data into table, from excel/csv? Or I should login into bittrex? Grin
even search function doesn't works.
Have to update interval manually, can't edit directly by typing it.
885  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What happend with BTC? BTC is going down under 7000 USD. on: November 09, 2017, 09:55:29 AM
I have more than 40 BTC now, And I am losing my money now.
I bought BTC at 7500 USD.....

Hold or not..

Nothing happen imo, just normal fluctuation in bitcoin world.
Bitcoin ATH is $7831, after reach the peak, bitcoin got corrected because people cash out their investment just in case bitcoin price will drop significantly, or just want to make profits. But, look at current price, recover to $7200.
You've bought BTC40 at $7500, that's a huge investment. Are you planning to trade bitcoin in the near future? Or want to hold it for long term?
No need to worry about it due to bitcoin will always recover, but it may take a day, a week or a month. Just hold it as bitcoin may reach $15,000 in 2018.
886  Economy / Speculation / Re: I BUY GOLD OR BITCOIN? on: November 09, 2017, 07:46:49 AM
I will recommend to buy gold and bitcoin for sure.
But, divide your funds like 20% in gold and 80% in bitcoin. Or a better option, 10% in gold and 90% in bitcoin. Bitcoin will be more profitable compare to gold, especially for long term savings. I consider gold just for backup plan just in case I don't have any other source to get cash, but will likely not using it for a long time.
887  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Genesis Mining support ticket open for over six months on: November 08, 2017, 12:58:55 PM
I always think that genesis mining is really profitable as people always get their payment and it's a life time contract, but I definitely wrong as I have read 2 posts today about genesis mining which didn't pay to customers. They just give a silly reason to close the new ticket, it doesn't make sense.
If they have pyramid scheme, many people will not get ROI or even ended loss, luckily for people who invest in the first phase, but not for whoever invest in the last phase.
888  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin new high 7500 USD on: November 08, 2017, 12:31:33 PM
Bitcoin new ATH is over $7600, then got corrected after reach the peak. But, bitcoin price already recover to $7500.
Bitcoin hard fork on November 16th will likely create an altcoins, people tend to buy more bitcoin in order to get more free coins of b2x.
So, it seems bitcoin may reach another ATH, maybe reach $8000 before hard fork occur.
889  Economy / Economics / Re: Regulating Bitcoin on: November 07, 2017, 04:45:26 PM
Cryptocurrency has been widely criticised for lack of regulation. Do you think it is possible to come up with a regulatory framework around Bitcoin?

Criticized mean nothing, action is something.
No matter who criticized cryptocurrency, government should regulate cryptocurrency, or at least regulate exchange and crypto-based business.
After Japan legalized bitcoin as legal payment, and its price continue to rise, more countries planned to regulate cryptocurrency.
They can't avoid this market, which has been growing and reach over $198 Billions dollars, it's too big to not notice it. Soon or later, every country will issue new regulations regarding cryptocurrency.
890  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-11-06] Goldman Sachs predicts bitcoin can run past $7,900 on: November 07, 2017, 01:36:40 PM
Bitcoin surprisingly could leap to over $7000 and reach $7600 as the new ATH.
No need Goldman Sachs employees to predict what price bitcoin could achieve, as we know bitcoin will always growing over time.
It seems that they are trying to influence people to sell bitcoin before it reach $7900 or state it as the highest peak of bitcoin before it get corrected.
However, nothing for sure in the future, you may sell bitcoin today but it will rise even further tomorrow and vice versa.
891  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: It is good to invest money to a btc doubler mining sites??? on: November 05, 2017, 12:56:45 PM
some says its fake.. other says legit paying. help to boost ur btc
by investing ur money. what do u tink? Huh

Depend on your luck, but most of those sites are scams.
If you're lucky enough, they may give you more btc as the bait for others, it's rarely happens obviously. If you want to take the risk, then invest small amount. But, do not expect for a big return.
892  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-11-02] Banks staying away from bitcoin 'bubble' due to money laundering on: November 05, 2017, 12:29:20 PM
Banks has the right to be skeptical about bitcoin due to price volatility. They can recommending clients to not invest in bitcoin, but people can do whatever they want.
On the other hand, banksters opinion seems biased because bitcoin-blockchain may become their rival in monetary system. Bitcoin can't fulfill all the services which banks offers, but bitcoin has its advantages, so it's better to use bank and bitcoin.
893  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin online payments on: November 04, 2017, 12:47:45 PM
When the community demands it in droves and it makes fiscal sense for them to do so

Well, youtube pay youtubers using cash, but it's better if they can pay everyone through wallet address.
I am not sure why youtube prefer to use cash instead of other payment method, or even paypal.
Considering bitcoin price volatility, it's make sense for them to use cash for payment method, it's easier to calculate and fiat currency value doesn't change significantly even for months.
894  Economy / Speculation / Re: Segwit2x in November on: November 03, 2017, 12:56:50 PM
There are a lot of discussion and argue about segwit2x all this time, but people attention focus on bitcoin price on rally right now. However, segwit2x will be launched on side chain, created an altcoin. People will buy more bitcoin in order to expect more free coins of btc1.
Hashrate decrease may not affect entire network due to there are many miners just get into mining activity, and miners will not let this opportunity of bitcoin's high price which generate more profit for them.
895  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] NakamotoX - New Bitcoin exchange on: November 03, 2017, 01:56:27 AM
We will discuss the escrow for the contest funds within the team. In general, I do not see a problem to set up a multi-sig escrow for the contest funds if it this will help to increase trust in our team.

Our plan is to roll out new pairs based on the community support and their activity. Each pair means additional infrastructure costs which are not low in case you want to offer smooth trading experience. We have secured funding from two local angel investors but we do not want to burn money just for infrastructure.

We are just testing newly added trading pairs which will be open during the Alpha.

If Coinbase is adding 100k users daily we have a lot of work to do on the marketing  side of the project and community engagement.
However, we are sure that thanks to our different approach we will attract many traders who will want to try something different and better from the industry standard which we have at the moment.

Alpha is coming soon:)

Indeed, an exchange could add thousands of customers within a day or a week, and NakamotoX may become the next great exchange in the market.
The alpha contest seems interesting, it is not started yet?
Multi escrows is a good movement to gain trust from people, and to increase your site popularity, I recommend to advertise it through signature campaign during this alpha test, even for a month or two advertising. You may consider it.
896  Economy / Speculation / Re: I do not have the guts to buy bitcoins now. on: November 03, 2017, 01:14:57 AM
At this price, me either. LoL
depend on your capital and how long you can wait, due to bitcoin may rise even higher or get corrected in the near future, no one knows precisely.
Bitcoin meant to be an alternative currency, not for daily trading object or a faster way to become rich, that's why you shouldn't invest if expecting for easy profit in short term. It's a long term investment, as long as there are no any merchant or retailer accept bitcoin as payment method in the neighborhood.
897  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Funds sent without my knowledge on: November 03, 2017, 12:39:43 AM
I am sorry for your loss.
But, it really makes me curious; how could it happen. Even though we know the funds unlikely to recover.
However, I've been using electrum wallet for months, for most of my bitcoin in electrum. Never have a single problem with it.
That's why this mystery should be solved, at least we know how did this happen, just for precaution act.
898  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-11-02] Siberians Use Cryptocurrency Miners to Heat Homes on: November 03, 2017, 12:14:14 AM
The idea to heat houses with underfloor cryptocurrency heating systems is great. It`s much more useful to mine cryptocurrency in Syberia, than in other warmer regions. Because as i suggest, prefabricated buildings in Irkutsk urban areas has no enough thermal insulation, this city consumes a lot of coal and oil,gas energy, that can be uses both for crypto mining and heating. Great idea.

A great idea obviously, instead of using coal and oil as fuel. As they have low cost of electricity, it's profitable.
But, my concern is about; Ilya Frolov and Dmitry Tolmachyov, have developed a functioning prototype for an underfloor heating system that utilizes the heat generated by cryptocurrency miners.
Frolov and Tomachyov have stated that they intend to construct around 2,000 “cryptohouses” by 2020 – with each unit providing heat through mining.

They want to construct 2,000 cryptohouses, whether they want to sell the house including ASIC hardware under the house? or they will keep the machines to mining for them? LoL
899  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Funds sent without my knowledge on: November 02, 2017, 11:50:56 PM
There must be a leaked which your bitcoin could be stolen in this case;
1. This is your address: 113Eab3eyWW4wfdpeZ3rNgD2gLWtDU84Gr ??
2. This is the address of the thief: 13y2Ct6ee6E7s6y7qK9z798oktVfb1jJ1R ??

You said;
1. have sent the funds from Cryptopay wallet to Electrum wallet
2. On Sunday 29 October at 08:58 I received funds that I had transferred from another wallet in my Electrum Wallet. I could see the Amount and Balance
    which was correct

But, after check on your address 113Eab3eyWW4wfdpeZ3rNgD2gLWtDU84Gr there is no any amount received on 29 October, instead of 27 October > BTC0.0165 received from 36TEeqDrHnMFz9izKjgJipquvooJ7iTDa7
900  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will all these forks do in the long run with Bitcoin? on: November 02, 2017, 11:11:16 PM
Normally, all this fork has nothing to do with bitcoin, but it affect bitcoin price indirectly due to people tend to buy more bitcoin in expect for free altcoins air drop from all of those hard forks which give us more profits. But, marginalize bitcoin? I don't think so, none of those hard forks or others altcoins could harm bitcoin price, instead of the rise of bitcoin prices causes a decrease of the price of altcoins.
So far, there are 2 factors which affect bitcoin price significantly, problem with exchanges (hacked) and government regulations regarding cryptocurrency, that's all that matters.
