881  Other / Meta / Re: Why mods now are very strict and many post are deleted on: November 11, 2017, 07:41:46 PM
... which means, we are unable to post at the same topic multiply times?
I didn't know about such rule. Hmmmm.  Huh Shocked

When the all details are shared on the said topic with lot of replies even then their are users who for their camp post are posting same shit which has been posted in the start of the thread , so their is lot of spam on the threads and going with high pages makes the site slow . that is why mod are deleting the topic which are having same question in multiple thread and mod are deleting that thread so what ever the post has been made in that thread are deleted.
882  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is holding bitcoin Greedy? on: November 08, 2017, 09:39:11 AM
Most people now with the rise of bitcoin value, just want to hold bitcoin for as long as they can so that they can maximize their worth. But isn't it a little too greedy to just keep holding bitcoin?
We've all read that story in the school with the moral "Greed is a Curse".
So what if too much greed in bitcoin may backfire? What if, the hodlers end up with nothing?

It is upto your decision of whether you want to sell the bitcoins are 7k or 8k value or you want to hold it for long. Because no one can force you to sell or hold bitcoins. I am just holding only some part of my bitcoin income in bitcoin balance i just convert to fiat currency on all rise as i cannot take risk if tomorrow bitcoin goes dead , let it be that in future the bitcoin will be more high price i am satisfied with small amount of bitcoin investment.
883  Economy / Economics / Re: When will more retailers accept Bitcoin on: November 08, 2017, 09:35:54 AM
Just like Japan when all other country start to legalize the bitcoin then we can see more retailers accepting bitcoin as payment option. It is due to the status of bitcoin it is not able to get more retailers. In my country still bitcoin has not status so their is no stores to accept bitcoin but bitcoin users are so many who are doing trading in bitcoin and other altcoins and earning it and converting to fiat currency and enjoying it.
884  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How did you first hear about bitcoin? on: November 08, 2017, 09:33:46 AM
Like all i got introduced to bitcoin through my friend that time bitcoin was not that much famous and when i told about it to my friends and family everyone thought that i am wasting my time. but today they are working with me in bitcoin through this forum and earning nicely , as the price changed the bitcoin in all life.
885  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your plans with your Bitcoin? on: November 08, 2017, 09:11:12 AM
Hi guys Smiley May I know what are your plans on your Bitcoin in the future? Do you plan to keep on investing on Bitcoin related businesses or do plan to convert it into fiat and ventures on new business?

I'm planning to invest more on Bitcoin related companies and convert some of my Bitcoin into fiat and invest it on our local stock market. How about you?

It is very good planning of taking some bitcoin out and converting it to fiat currency, but it is risky of investing in local stock market. you can go for buying some gold or invest in real estate as it will surely give appreciation in future.

I just convert the bitcoin 80% to fiat currency and invest in real estate and balance keep with me for my expenses, this way i am invested in bitcoin and same time i am invested in fiat currency also.
886  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Disappointed with Banks on: November 08, 2017, 09:03:45 AM
Yesterday, I accompanied my wife to a bank because she wanted to open a new account. We went to the first bank and it seems everything is ok. However, I noticed that they are asking too much questions, like what is the purpose of opening one and where are the money coming from, so I find it quite surprising. Then they asking a lot of identifications and I have to go home to find another proof of billing address. And then what irritates me is that the bank manager is asking too much question about me, eventhough my wife already noted that its not a joint account. But later, the bank manager declined our application, so I was very pissed. Next we went to another bank were my wife has a previous account but due to personal reasons, she has so closed it years ago. So the same thing happened, and I was again so pissed because my wife already should 2 ID's and the bank manager says that the signature of each one is identical. My wife reasons out that his SSS ID is like taken 20 years ago so due to time, there might be some deterioration on the pictures, and of course they might be some discrepancies because the ID is too old. Again she was declined. This got my thinking that I would not transact to any banks, though my last transaction with a bank is like 2 years ago.

Do you guys have the same experienced? I understand that this maybe because of the KYC/AML complaint but at least they should used their common sense on checking ID's or documentations.

Which country you are living and tried this procedure dont know but i am from India and here if we have aadhar card then very easyily we can open the account as now everything is online. Last month i opened account for my son and it took only 15 min to open the bank account with fully KYC verified it.
887  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you surprise by bitcoin price now? on: November 08, 2017, 08:57:35 AM
I am not surprise as this price is nothing but the starting of the boom, still bitcoin has lot of potential and if more country start to recognize it and implement some law and legalize it then this price will look low in that period of time.
888  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: bitcointalk.org everyone is invited on: November 08, 2017, 08:54:40 AM
is that a legitimate website? Can you please give us more info on your the site as well as how it works or this is posted just for advrtisement. It's kinda wierd having a reviews like that even if it seems to be a scam.

No, it's just a troll post nothing else. Also, if you'll consider to visit the site link (before asking if it is legit or not) it shows now a common 404 error.
I checked the domain details using whois.net and it seems OP used a privacy guard in order to hide his/her info. If someone out there have been scammed, I guess you could try to send an abuse report on the registrar abuse-contact@publicdomainregistry.com

If all the users complain it then the site will be closed and i think that only happened and now the site is not opening it , that is why it is showing the 404 error. which is good so that any immature should not have fallen for this scam.
889  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bitcointalk Account price estimator on: November 08, 2017, 08:48:10 AM
It's only me or i can't even open it for now, i wanna check my account  Cry

The Website is down too for me, OP are you planning to shutdown this service by anychance?

I dont think that OP wanted to shutdown this service but their will be problem with the server as heavy traffic of inputs or they may be down for upgrading the software with some more features. As i am also not able to open this site, it is just lagging and not opening it.
890  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can bitcoin considered to be a security? on: November 06, 2017, 06:57:47 AM
I would like to whether bitcoin is equivalent to any security in terms of investment? If yes. How it could be considered as a security? What are the measures? What are the main drawbacks of a bitcoin?

No investment can give you security and same is with bitcoin because of the price fluctuations you cannot say whether tomorrow your investment will be safe or not. but seeing the current scenario it is good for investment but investment should be on basis of like if tomorrow it goes dead should not affect your financial status.
891  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen if the government know bitcoin in your country? on: November 06, 2017, 06:55:33 AM
I think they will ban bitcoin because of the fearful that may affect of the economics of my country but i disagree there opinion because working bitcoin is very helpful for me especially the support financial.

What you are telling is because you country is worried about the freedom to the bitcoin users who can do what ever they want through bitcoin and government cannot control them. Their are two ways if the bitcoin is used in legal way then government can legalize it so that users can use bitcoin freely. second is government banning it in fear of usage in illegal activity, but for that government can make some rules and regulations on bitcoin usage so that users dont use it for illegal activity. In my country their are no rules as government is still to decide what to do with cryptocurrency and bitcoin. So until their are any rules we can use it freely.

Bitcoin cross 7000$
It's good feeling for Bitcoin holder.
I have 3BTC now hold or sell?
I am very confused please suggest me.
Now what can i do?

It is upto your wish of selling it now or not , because you should have made mind of that this much of profit when you will get you will sell it, if not then you should decide what to do , if you are in profit then you can start selling in split and not in one go. like if you have 1 btc then you can start selling on all high like 20% so each high price you should be gaining profit.

895  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin has gone beyond gold prices on: November 02, 2017, 02:08:19 PM
Bitcoin has now exceeded the gold price, is the choice of bitcoin or gold?

until now, i will choose bitcoin than gold because bitcoin is easy to earn than gold. for bitcoin, if we want to earn bitcoin, we can do by free by playing faucet but for gold, we need to buy it. so bitcoin is cheap and almost without spend any money to earn. so this is the chance for peoples in out there to collect bitcoin.

Indeed, access to get bitcoin is easier nowadays and seems faster/instantly transaction.
Imagine you have $1500 and want to buy gold, how much time and effort to get it? Compare to bitcoin than.
Both of it has high value to store our wealth of course but bitcoin is being trend for now which could double your money in few months

Well in terms of accessibility, it cannot be debated that bitcoin is easier to get than gold. However, gold, I think, would still be the wiser choice because of its acceptability in the market place. I mean gold is a prime commodity that is not so affected by market trends because its value keeps on increasing, although, these days, not as exponential as bitcoins, it still in a good track. However, it's not bad to delve into the bitcoin market while it's hot, and having both gold and bitcoin as a reserve stock would never be a bad choice.

What you are telling is true, still their are 80%+ peoples who dont know about bitcoin so if you want to sell then you have to go for online exchanges to buy or sell but if you have gold investment even in midnight if you go to your friend and ask loan in against of gold, he will be ready to give you. It will take time for bitcoin to get status of gold but bitcoin is more good as investment option.
896  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What to do when prices are falling on: October 29, 2017, 02:39:31 PM
What I usually do if prices are falling most specially if the coins are very low, I would buy more coins from a much lower price and your total amount of couns would then be divided; the result would be lesser losses. Read or research on google about books or ebooks on trading.
Indeed same as you I also did that strategies. If I have saw that coins is falling I will buy a lot of it and hold it until it pump again. Then I will sell it and wait to fall again and the cycle will be repeated. In that process you could gain a higher profit. And make sure that if you have seen that coin is falling you mustn't panic because it may lead into yout loss.

What strategy you are telling is good for Bitcoin and good Altcoins , you cannot follow same strategy on shit or low capacity coins, as they will always give loss. First you have to check the details about the coin value and then but more on dip as you know that price will surely bounce back and you can earn profit.
897  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-10-20] Great Day For Bitcoin $6,054 on: October 22, 2017, 07:28:21 PM
Bitcoin price suddenly on rally and could reach new ATH over $6130 across global exchanges.
Well, such significant increase only affected by big whales in this case Wall Street investors and traders FOMO, according to this article. Bitcoin development and acceptance always be the major things which influence bitcoin price, encourage people to invest in bitcoin. But the question is; when will they cash out? Whether they just see it as an object to gain profit or really attracted to bitcoin advantages/usability?

Bitcoin's price is not the only objective we should be worried about. We should think about adoption and how many different applications Bitcoin can serve. If that increases, whether or not Wall Street enters bitcoin, the price will continue to increase.
That's right, the new record is not the last one for bitcoin, bitcoin is still just in the beginning of it's history. The worlds acceptance and adoption are playing big role here, cause of banning and admiring bitcoin as illegal can really destroy it.

nothing can destroy bitcoin as now it has gone past all negativity this corrections are just stepping back to move more high. Banning and admiring bitcoin as illegal are just no more threat to bitcoin, as the real users of bitcoin knows about the technology and its security.
898  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are you going to keep your BTC on exchange during the upcoming forks? on: October 16, 2017, 03:13:17 PM
The common advice for a fork is to move your money away from any online wallet and store it safely in your own wallet. And this is in fact a really good advice, because it's always safer to store your coins by yourself. But after August 1st some people who followed this advice started making angry posts about how they regret listening to it because they missed on an opportunity to sell their BCH coins while the markets were closed for deposits for that coin. This showed that holding your money on exchange is a risk that also has a potential reward - immediate access to a closed market for a forked coin.

So, I'm curious to ask traders two things:

1. Did you hold your BTC on exchange on August 1st?
2. Are you going to hold on exchange during Bitcoin Gold fork and during SegWit2x fork?

Ya i had hold my BTC on exchange on August 1st, that is why i was able to sell my BCC coins on high rate before everyone got it. And i am going to do it this hardfork time also as my exchange yobit is supporting it,
899  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BTC effect on altcoins on: October 12, 2017, 05:54:59 AM
I noticed that most times when btc is rallying almost all of the altcoins dip. and when there is a crash in btc all altcoins suffer as well. my interpretation is that for the first alts can't sustain the price against the $ if btc is high. and for the second, everyone is panic selling btc.
what do yo guys think ??

If bitcoin price crash, yes, most altcoins will go down as well due to bitcoin has the biggest effect to crypto world.
But, if bitcoin on rally, usually altcoins such as ethereum, dash, byteball, bitconnect will follow to rise.
In this case, there's a time investors feels it's a good time to invest, and fear if bitcoin price decline and decide to sell off altcoins.
That's why there's no altcoins could compare or compete with bitcoin, if bitcoin fail, altcoins will worthless as well.

What you are telling is the theory for 80% traders who are buying other coins like ETH, DASH etc when their is correction in BTC and as soon as it gets settled they sell the altcoin and convert it to BTC.
900  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Going Above 6k Soon!!!!! on: October 12, 2017, 05:52:47 AM
Not a chance to get it to $6000 before Seg2X hard fork.

It's much more likely to hit $3K again... More and more companies are AGAINST Seg2x and they don't want to let the decision to miners.

I've been thinking the same, but I'm also hearing that many people are just sitting out trading until the hard fork. Might not move much before then.

But i think that it may hit before Seg2x hard fork and as most of them are expecting that it will boost after hardfork that time it will get hammered as it will get failed and we can see the price moving around 3k or even 2k around.
